NFW Aftershock #23 - 03/13/2021!

Scout Delaney v. Trina Tanaka

This match was quick, but it also made Scout have to dig deep in order to come out on top in her debut for NFW. Trina started off fast and furious against Scout, but after the early offense, Scout took over the match. She would deliver a snap DDT onto Trina before hitting her with Scout's Honor. Scout would sit Trina up and deliver the Shiniest Wizard before she decided to hit Trina with the Delaney-Go-Round and hooks the leg to pick up the win.

Result: Pinfall

We go to the back as Matt Shields comes storming through the curtain waving around his shattered kendo stick. He hurls it across the room before grabbing the nearest camera. He gets his face right in the camera, that creepy grotesque white mask all carved up and bloody, his mouth hidden beneath a zipper. He undoes it and we see his bare teeth and a bit of spit forming around his bottom gums as he looks practically rabid..

Matt Shields: FUCK! FUCK FUCK FUCKITY FUCKING FUCK BULLSHIT ASS FUCK! ...Maki, you been fucking me for too god damn long. Tonight I did a little fucking of my own. Two weeks time, I’m gonna fuck you so much god damn harder. Either Callaway is gonna make the match and we’re settling this shit in the ring… or I am making this match and we will settle this wherever the fuck I find you.

Shields shoved the camera back, almost knocking down the person holding it. He then storms off, almost attacking some of the security for getting too close to him before he leaves.

Sophitia Kohler v. Abigail Lindsey

In a spirited match between two female competitors who already had a troubled history, the rookie Sophitia Kohler gave everything she had against Abigail Lindsey. Control of the match was give and take, with “The Tuesday Night Delight” showing “Serenity” that while she may have caused her issues in the past, she’d seemingly pushed those thoughts out of her head.

The match came to a high octane finish after Kohler hit Heaven’s Arch on Lindsay, leaving her lying in the middle of the ring. The voluptuous blonde ascended to the top rope, looking to deliver Dip it Low, but Abigail rolled out of the way at the last second, forcing her opponent to land in the splits in the middle of the ring. With a pained look on her face, Sophitia was pulled to her feet long enough for Lindsay to turn things in her favor, nailing the blonde with a Springboard DDT before immediately climbing to the top rope to leap off and spike Kohler headfirst into the mat with her SERENITY NOW finish, allowing her to pick up the pinfall over the rookie.

Xander Fillmore v. Jamie Austin

The bell rings and Xander shoots for a double leg, Jamie attempts to sprawl, but Xander's wealth of experience makes it an uphill climb. The Genius fights through, and shifts his weight to the side taking Jamie down. Austin tries to punch Xander, who is in the mount, but he weaves his head to the side, traps the arm, and looks to be going for a choke. Jamie manages to slip her head free, and rolls, setting herself atop of Xander. This would prove to be a mistake, as he uses this disadvantage to lock in Tap Out MF'er, leaving Jamie no choice but to tap.
