This championship will be contested for across both of NFW's brands under Hardcore rules.
There is No Disqualification, No Countout and Pinfalls or Submissions count anywhere. After
the first champion was crowned, initial division rules defend it each week, alternating shows.
The rule was amended to match the rule of at least one monthly defense, like all other titles.
While matches for the title tend to be booked as one on one contests, the rules state that any
member of either roster may insert themselves into the match at any time, once the starting bell
has been rung. The caveat here is that while the challengers who seek to become champion must
score a fall on the current champion to win the match, the defending champion may score a fall on
any one of those individuals in order to retain the title.
