The Perseverance Championship is an open weight title that showcases the physical drive and perseverance - pun intended - of the champion who holds it. Each match is contested under a minimum of triple threat rules with at least two challengers taking on the champion. The belt was introduced at March Mayhem III on March 20th, 2021 where Cali-Kate became the inaugural champion, defeating Faye Brown, Solomon Graham, Legion and Stacy Jones in a 5 Pack Elevation X match.
General Manager's note - Jessica Morian: As of November 11th, 2024, it was announced that division rules were amended to allow for one on one bouts for the title. Instead of mandated multi-man matches, the division will now focus on multiple falls, e.g 2/3 Falls, Iron Man Rules etc.
