The Genesis Championship is an open weight title contested for under TV title type rules. The defending champion must defend it
on every episode of Trauma. Matches are set at 15:00 time limits with the defending champion retaining if the timer runs out before
a fall can be recorded. Dona Rotten defeated Jasmine Matthews in the Finals of the Genesis Cup at Ascension II on 04/20/2021 to
become the first champion. Initially, it began as a Collision belt but swapped places with the Perseverance title during the draft in
January of 2022 when she and then Perseverance Champion, Hayley Halsey were traded between rosters, taking their respective
championships with them.
