After having walked into the backstage area of the Hagan arena, Ethan Skinner was winded and a bit bruised and slightly bloody. He was looking around for something, or someone. He tossed a chair into a wall, bending the metal chair in half. Continuing his rampage, obviously pissed he was jumped by the Renegades, he sent a lightning tech through the concession table with a TKP. Spotting “Six” without his camera, for once , he grabbed him and mouthed the words “follow me “ . A dark sinister smile spread across his eyes as he appeared to be concocting a plan on the fly. Ethan started walking, silently and gingerly towards the centre of the building, He was looking for a specific room, because he kept checking nameplates on doors, while holding his stomach with his right hand.
--- Meanwhile a little later ---
Six looked at Ethan, “You know we should not be in Mr. Brody’s office, right?”
“I am looking for something” was the only reply from Ethan. Apparently having found a stack of folders from a file cabinet, he rummaged through them. After he jotted down some notes “Just need one more thing.”
Six liked “Mr Skinner “ as he called him but was right then feeling way uncomfortable, especially when he noticed exactly what was going on. “ I sti-- “ and was stopped short with a look. “One more word, and friend or not, you’re gonna get Black Arrowed through the office wall. You can either keep coming or go your own way.”
Heading out of the office, and turning towards Ms. Hayes office, Six veered off with no hard feelings. Ethan was left alone, and right then, for his friends sake, preferred it that way.
Just as Ethan was reaching the office of Savannah Hayes, however, the very door he sought to go into, opened and out stepped Commissioner Steven Brody, nearly walking right into the man.
“Oh! Excuse me, Ethan. I didn’t see you, there. My fault.” The Commissioner looked the man over, noting the bruises and welts from the brutal attack he suffered from after his match that night. “How are you feeling? Did you need to speak with Ms. Hayes about something? She’s available.” Steven stepped aside, allowing Ethan the opportunity to knock on the door if he wanted to.
“Actually no, I think I have what I need” He walked off, the scribbled note in hand.
“Very well, then. Have a good night, Ethan.” Steven remarked to Ethan before departing down the hallway until he reached his office, opening the door and stepping in none the wiser as to whatever it was Ethan Skinner had just done. Instead, the man sat down at his desk and held his head in his hands with an exhausted sigh. “What a night…. What else is gonna happen?” Sitting back in his seat, Steven caught sight of a stack of folders set out on top of his filing cabinet. What the hell is that? He thought to himself, getting up and looking over the stack before he realized they were employee records. His eyes widened in alarm. “Jesus, did I leave these out?” He did go through them earlier while figuring out next week’s card. That must have been it. Shaking his head, Steven began replacing the files back into the filing cabinet, muttering his breath. “Steve, you goddamn clumsy moron….” Who knew what would have happened if the wrong person came across these?
