Eavan Maloney arrives at Arena Mexico in a black Hyundai Creta, and from the sound of the tires squealing when she arrives, one can already imagine the temperament she is in. She pulls her rolling suitcase behind her and tries to walk past Amy Connors with a sneer, before Amy stops her.
Eavan Maloney: I swear to Hades, Connors, I have enough money in this suitcase to pay whatever fine knocking your ugly ass out will cost me.
Amy Connors: I just want a few words about your controversial win last week against your friend, Stacy Jones. You had your foot on the rope, Stacy had hers under the rope and the referee saw neither…
Eavan puts her hand out and threatens to cover Connors’ mouth with it, before stepping back.
Eavan Maloney: First of all, I never saw Stacy’s foot under the ropes, obviously the referee didn’t see it either. Second, I didn’t know my foot was ON the rope, we were close to them, it probably got hung up there. Shit happens. However, do you see a problem with tonight?
Connors looks at Eavan quizzically.
Eavan Maloney: Once again, I’m getting the short end of the stick in this place. I’m headlining the fucking PRE-show against a former Shieldmaiden. I love my sisters in leather, but it’s no secret I don’t do so well against them so you have to think they’re banking on the fact I’ll be knocked down a peg or two. Except it isn’t happening. Bruiser and I are tight, but just like you saw when I faced Stacy, family connection goes out the window when that bell sounds.
Amy Connors: You’ve called yourself the voice of the voiceless, but lately it seems your words are more biting than normal. And yet on social media, you’re like a different person entirely. Why is that?
Eavan cocks her head and steps back, almost staggering.
Eavan Maloney: Wow, so you CAN actually ask hard hitting questions? The answer is simple. On social media, I only let who I choose in. They are my people. Here? Talking to you? Taking over a ring and hijacking shows? That’s so EVERYONE can hear me. You know, I can be those Twitiots who follow everyone so I can see the reactions from people, but I don’t care to. When I’m here, wrestling is my focus. I’ll get what I’m owed, I’ll get paid well. Once I’m in the car leaving the garage, back in the hotel, back on the plane, this business is no longer that important to me anymore. My mission here is clear. I’m taking the Undisputed Championship before I hang up the boots. And when, not if, I win that title, oh I feel so sorry for everyone on both rosters. Until then, I’m going to focus on kicking Becca Maguire’s arse, and then drive my ass north to San Diego for Friday. And you? Well, you’ll still be the trained chimp. See ya, Connors.

Match #1/Singles
(The winner determines which team gets the advantage in tonight's War Games!)
(The winner determines which team gets the advantage in tonight's War Games!)
As the bell sounds Ryan and Mister J waste no time in going right after one another and kicking off this civil war with a bang. The two meet in the middle of the ring, exchanging forearms and kicks, much to the delight of this crowd here tonight. Eventually we’d see Ryan start to get the better of the exchange before hitting Mister J with a discus back elbow strike that stuns the bigger man. Ryan hits the ropes and delivers a basement dropkick that puts Mister J down to one knee. Ryan hits the ropes again and this time delivers a knee to the side of the head that finally drops Mister J all the way to the mat. Ryan immediately goes for a cover, but Mister J kicks out at one. Ryan rolls out to the apron and as Mister J gets up to his feet, Ryan uses the ropes and springboards and delivers a clothesline that sends Mister J down and causes him to roll out of the ring. Ryan uses this to hit the ropes once again and this time, he delivers a suicide dive that drives Mister J back first into the barricade. Ryan then throws him back into the ring. He climbs to the top rope and looks to deliver Crash and Burn, but that’s exactly what he does as Mister J rolls out of the way.
From there, Mister J takes over in the match as he picks Ryan up and delivers a Fisherman’s suplex onto Ryan before locking a rear naked choke onto him. Ryan struggles and struggles, trying to find a way out, but eventually he rolls himself over and pins Mister J’s shoulders down to the mat for a two count and forcing Mister J to break the submission hold. From there though, Mister J catches Ryan with a headbutt before he delivers an Exploder Suplex. He picks Ryan up and now, he delivers a series of rolling suplexes before he delivers Legion’s Will and hooks the leg and picks up the three count.
Jason Hardwick: And that’s it for the first match and we have our advantage set, huh Andy?
Andrew Payne: Mister J wins this bout. That gives Team Trauma the advantage in War Games, tonight. They will enter at odd numbers, giving them a numbers advantage over Collision until the next member of the opposing team can come in and even it out.
Jason Hardwick: Bet that makes you happy as a Trauma guy, huh?
Andrew Payne: I’m an NFW guy, Jason. We’re sure for some good matches tonight but I don’t approve of the reasoning behind it. But, nonetheless, Trauma has their advantage tonight.

Match #2/Singles
The pre-show continued with Kasey Kash and Melody coming out of their corners. Despite the overall mood in the air and the motivation behind the show, these two reached out and shook hands to the approval of the crowd. When the two locked up, Kash had the clear advantage in strength but Melody was a slippery little thing. She slipped out of a rear waistlock and hit a dropkick to Kasey, sending him forward before she kipped up to her feet. Meanwhile, Kasey dipped forward from the dropkick and hit the ropes in a back handspring. He bounced back at Melody for a back elbow but she rolled underneath him and popped back up. She went for a Spinning Heel Kick. Kasey ducked, juked and went for a backdrop suplex but Melody rolled out of his grip and onto her feet behind him. Kash spun around and Melody went right for a codebreaker but Kash held onto her and prevented the sudden jerk. Instead, he braced his hands under her legs and exploded upward, popping Melody up onto his shoulders. Powerbo--Nope! Melody hit a hurricanrana that Kasey flipped through and landed right on his feet. Both competitors took a pause here and turned to each other as Arena Mexico got on their feet for the athletic display.
Kasey Kash picked up the first lead in the match by landing the first strike with a big dropkick that took Melody out of the air during a springboard. He started leaning more into that Backyarding style as he took advantage of his size and strength over his smaller opponent and just laid into her with forearms and knees. He proceeded to bounce her off the ropes, dropping her with a Flatliner, followed by a Blue Thunder Bomb for a nearfall. He then went for a BME when Melody for her knees up, catching him in the ribs to slow him down. It was time for her to fight back but she had to work for it as Kasey still caught her superkick attempt and blasted her with a European Uppercut. When he ran her off the ropes, however, Melody finally brought it back to him with a Tilt-A-Whirl Headscissors. She was able to follow up with a quick Meteora for a nearfall of her own but Kash showed his resiliency with a kickout. Again, Kash blocked a superkick and threw Melody into the ropes but his attempt at a back body drop cost him as Melody hopped up onto his back and hit a Leg Trap Sunset Flip Powerbomb. Getting a head of steam, Melody quickly followed up with a Standing Moonsault Knee Drop. The crowd was behind her as she got back up and moved to the turnbuckle. She knew she couldn’t waist time and she went right for the finish, coming off the top and hitting her BOO BOO and hooked the leg for the pinfall victory!

Backstage, we see Jenn Drew, she’s getting ready for her match tonight, a focused and determined look on her face as she finishes tying up her boots. As she grabs the wrist tape, we see Sammi Belmont come into the shot and look at Jenn for a moment before kissing her on the cheek.
Jenn Drew: Don’t worry, I’ve got this. There’s no way I’m being denied this time, especially since it’s going to actually be one on one this time. Everyone knows Yuka can’t beat me on her own. She proved that the last time we faced off for the Luchacore Championship.
Sammi Belmont: Yeah, I know, love, but in an environment like this, anything is possible. You and I both know that much, so I wish you weren’t so cocky about it.
Jenn looks at Sammi and gives her a reassuring smile and wraps her arms around her girlfriend.
Jenn Drew: Trust me, I’m not cocky, I’m confident. You know I’ve been waiting for this moment ever since I was screwed the first time around. There’s nothing she can throw at me that I won’t be expecting tonight. Hell, she can bring the kitchen sink if she wants to, I’ll be expecting it from her. This old dog though still has some new tricks up her sleeve that people haven’t seen yet from me. They haven’t seen just how down and dirty I can get out there when there’s no rules holding back whatever is in my brain at the time. The arena is my playground tonight and I can’t wait to fly off of something nice and high and take Yuka down to hell with me.
Sammi looks at Jenn, the concern and worry clear on her face right now as she is seen thinking about the dangerous stuff that could happen out there tonight.
Sammi Belmont: Just don’t kill yourself tonight, love. I don’t need you torn from my life. But I do hope you shut Kaede up once and for all tonight. That woman is a bloody little gnat.
Jenn laughs as she nods her head.
Jenn Drew: If Kaede thinks she can own me, she has another thing coming to her. There’s a reason I’m the Rebel Queen. Better people than her have tried to control me and tell me how to act, but they always fail. I’m my own person and there’s nothing or nobody that can change that fact about me. Hell, that’s why you love me so much.
Sammi Belmont: That and some other amazing features about you. Now, I’ll be sitting right here watching from the monitor and cheering loud for you. Kick some ass tonight, babe. Then you can kick mine later.
Sammi gives Jenn a playful little wink as she kisses Jenn on the lips and sits down in the chair, leaving Jenn to finish up her last minute preparations for the biggest match of her career in just a little bit.

Match #3/Singles
At the sound of the bell, Bosser and Kuu came right out of the gate, seeking to represent their brand to the fullest. They locked up and jarred for position. Vanita surprised Tahti in the lockup with a cross over hold as her husband Daryl Bosser had been known to do; clearly something she probably picked up from him. This pressed her forearm into Tahti’s face uncomfortably and gave Vanita a bit of an edge in the opening moments. She pushed Tahti off the ropes and went for a Roundhouse Kick as she came back but Tahti slid underneath and popped back up. Tahti went for a Dropkick but Vanita sidestepped and knocked her feet out of the way, causing her to hit the mat. Vanita went for a Jumping Kneedrop but Tahti rolled out of the way and Vanita’s knees ate canvas. Tahti saw the opening and came in with a Hurricanrana to the kneeling Vain One, driving her face into the mat. Vanita rolled out to the floor, finding her footing but Tahti Kuu was right on her, coming in with a Suicide Dive that sent them both into the announce table. Tahti stayed on the offensive, picking Vanita up and delivered a Russian Legsweep right on the padded floor. She posed to the electric crowd for a second before picking Vanita up to her feet and rolled her back inside.
Tahti waited for Vanita to rise and went for a Springboard Clothesline but Vanita managed to dash off to the side as Tahti rolled to her feet and as the High Flying Finn turned, the Shadow Sorceress came charging in like a bullet and nailed her with a Spear to turn the tables around. Once Tahti started rising, Vanita tried again for that Roundhouse Kick and nailed it right on the money this time. She locked in a Boston Crab on Tahti Kuu but the Finnish Beauty was able to make it to the ropes. Vanita picked her back up and fed her some more chops and kicks before running her off the ropes and stopped her in the center with a hard kick to the midsection where she then set her up for the Vain Mirror! Tahti wasn’t having it, though and she slipped free, driving her boot into Vanita’s midsection to set up for the Eclipse! No! Vanita shoved her into the ropes. Tahti bounced back, running right into the Vain Shot!!! This did it as she hit the mat and Vanita covered her with the leg hook for the pinfall victory. Another win for Collision!

Match #4/Singles
These two “friends” start off a little tentatively as the bell sounds for this match. The two of them circle the ring before finally locking up. From there, Becca takes control of the situation as she goes behind and puts Eavan into a waist lock. She picks Eavan up and slams her face first into the mat. She keeps hold of Eavan as she delivers a deadlift release German suplex. She then grabs Eavan and sends her into the corner and charges in, delivering a shoulder to the midsection of Eavan before taking her over with a snap suplex and floating over into the cover, getting just a two count. Becca picks Eavan up and sends her into the ropes, but as Eavan rebounds, she leaps and takes Becca down with a leaping clothesline. She follows up with a series of armdrags before she delivers a standing dropkick that sends Becca out of the ring. Eavan hits the ropes and delivers a suicide dive that drives Becca down to the floor.
On the outside, the two begin to brawl as Eavan tries to send Becca face first into the ring post, but Becca is able to stop it and deliver a back elbow to Eavan before driving her back first into the barricade. Becca takes Eavan and sends her into the ring steps as Eavan hits them and goes flying over and lands on the floor. Becca comes over and picks Eavan up, only for Eavan to send her face first into the steps. She then takes the fingers of Becca and places them onto the steps before leaping and stomping down on them. Eavan grins as the crowd boos her. She picks Becca up and rolls her into the ring. Eavan comes in, only to be met with a running knee lift that stuns her before Becca follows up with a powerbomb and goes for the pin, only getting a two count.
Becca picks Eavan up and rolls her out of ring to the apron before draping her from the middle rope and delivering a Maiden DDT. Becca continues as she picks Eavan up and delivers a bridging Northern Lights suplex that results in a two count. She then looks to deliver The Kickstarter onto Eavan, but she manages to avoid the move and she delivers a NOLA Makeover before hitting Becca with a Gnat Gnat! Eavan doesn’t stop there though as she picks Becca up and she delivers The Last Word and hooks the leg and gets the three count.
Jason Hardwick: Eavan Maloney gets the win and Trauma has tied the score!
Andrew Payne: You’re keeping count, Jason?
Jason Hardwick: You’re not? Oh. Well…
Andrew Payne: Yeah well, at any rate, that’s my cue. Excuse me, Jay.
Jason Hardwick: What, you’re lea--hey! Andy!! The show’s about to start! Where are you going?! The others are gonna be out here any minute!
Andrew Payne sets his headset down, gets up and walks off from the table, heading up the walkway to the confusion of the audience, even.

The camera comes on to Tren Descarrilado in his street clothes, a pair of leather biker boots, ripped black jeans, a white t-shirt, and a leather biker jacket. Mirrored aviator sunglasses finish it off, and he has a Newport cigarette between his lips. He doesn't look at the camera as he walks down the dirty, neglected street, nodding to folks along the way, or saying a couple of passing words in Spanish. He flicks the cigarette away before beginning to speak.
Tren Descarrilado: Welcome to the real Mexico City, motherfuckers. We're about three miles away from the arena where I will be a member of Team Collision in a WARGAMES match with serious implications. The rewards don't matter to me, much.
The large Hispanic man shrugs his shoulders, reaching into his jacket to pull forth another cigarette. He passed a man on the street wearing threadbare clothes and playing an old warn guitar. Tren takes a roll of cash from his pocket, dropping a US $50 into the guitar case before continuing on.
Tren Descarrilado: I didn't grow up here, but it was pretty much the same in Tijuana. If you didn't have money, you lived in a shithole, either begging for change or making your own way to survive. I didn't beg.
He lets that statement hang in the air.
Tren Descarrilado: I'm going to be completely honest with you. I ain't even sure who all is on Team Trauma tonight, and I honestly couldn't fucking care less. Trauma has a roster full of… talent… and it wouldn't matter if Anton Crowley hisself was standing in the ring across from me. Ain't none of em as tough as I am. I'll kick the dog shit outta anyone dumb enough to stand across those double rings from me. As for MY teammates? Captain Cass Baumer and her "handpicked" team to represent our brand?
Tren snorts back a laugh, shaking his head before taking a drag off of his smoke.
Tren Descarrilado: Baumer ain't got the fuckin stones to get it done tonight. Nobody else on this team does. Calloway knew he needed the Train Wreck, but he left little miss Headliner in charge. I put myself on this team. Aside from the Kingdom and Damon Cross? Ain't nobody in this company who's even earned a sliver of my respect.
Tren stops walking, looking up at the sky as he flicks his spent cigarette away.
Tren Descarrilado: Bienvenidos a la ciudad de México, hijos de puta. Es la hora. Hora de ir a la guerra.

We go backstage to where The Rock Hearts are. Stacy is looking at the camera as Griffin is sitting on a nearby backstage cart, playing his guitar.
Stacy Jones: Mexico....this place has a lot of memories for me. I watched Lucha Libre on TV....seeing my favorites in that ring ply their craft, wowing the crowd. I knew then that I one day wanted to wrestle here. Even when I was younger I had big dreams...and now years later, I team with my kids' favorite wrestlers, Super Tiger, Minoru Tanashi, Kairi Hagurushi..a mystery partner...and of course, my longtime tag partner Griffin Hawkins as we oppose Team Collision. Doomsday, Matt Shields, Jerry Watts, Kamilla Rose..and Maki. This is a battle for the brands...only one team will walk out. And if we got anything to say about it...it'll be us.
Griffin stops playing, taking off his Green Mirrored Aviator sunglasses as he looks into the camera.
Griffin Hawkins: Collision....Trauma...both brands battling for supremacy. Originally I wanted to stay out of this war between the two and let nature run it's course. But certain events drawn me into this feud, and now....it even caused The Rock Hearts to reunite for the first time since HYBRID's closure. Nobody knows who's gonna win this....all I know is, one brand is going down. Team Collision....you're gonna get rocked.
The cameras then go back to the arena where Jason Hardwick sits alone at the commentary table, looking like a lost puppy.
Jason Hardwick: Well, folks, that’s our pre-show. We’ll see you later as Invasion: Civil War begins soon! No worries! Your broadcast team of Nick Hanson, Miranda Augustino and Jim Reynolds will be on duty shortly and me? I, uhh….shit, I’m gonna go try to find where Andy went. He’s supposed to be here too!
Jason pulls his headset off and goes running up the walkway towards backstage as the pre-show fades to an end….
