ANTON CROWLEY VS. ASHE CORVIN
Our first match of Day Five saw Anton Crowley face off with Ashe Corvin. This match was a good opening match and both men fought tooth and nail to pick up the victory here. Anton definitely showed the veteran respect at the start, but Ashe didn’t have any interest in it. Instead, he met Anton with a stiff forearm to the side of the head that staggered the House Crowley member. Anton ended up getting backed into a corner early on from the offensive onslaught of Ashe. Ashe would send Anton from corner to corner and delivered a splash. Ashe would keep pushing his advantage for most of the first half of this match, delivering a double underhook sitout facebuster and getting a two count. Ashe would look to try and finish the match as he went for a double springboard moonsault, but Anton was able to get his knees up and counter.
From this point though, it was all Anton as he was first to make it to his feet from the counter and when Ashe made it to his feet, Anton immediately dropped him with a clothesline from hell and then just got into a mount position and started using his striking ability and started breaking through Ashe’s guard and delivering forearms to the side of the head. Anton continued pressing the advantage on the veteran and delivered The Fall before getting up to his feet and waiting for Ashe. Once Ashe made it to his knees, Anton charged and delivered Ad Stellam Matutinam and getting the three count.
Winner: Anton Crowley

TYLER GREY VS. EDDY POE
Everyone knew coming in that this probably wasn’t going to be a pretty match, but it damn sure was going to be violent and hard hitting. And anyone who expected that from Tyler Grey and Eddy Poe sure weren’t disappointed. These two came out swinging and swinging hard. The first few moments of this match saw the two of them exchange forearms and chops that echoed throughout the arena. Neither one looked to be backing down from the other before Eddy blocked a couple of forearms from Tyler and then opening up his offense a little bit. We’d see Eddy pick Tyler up over his head and drop him down with a gorilla press slam. Eddy kept pressing the advantage, going for Demonmania, but Tyler was able to counter out of the move.
Tyler then sent Eddy chest first into a corner and then delivered a forearm to the small of the back and then a side Russian Legsweep for a two count. Tyler continued pressing his advantage, using his speed advantage to keep Eddy off guard. Tyler would hit a springboard codebreaker and then following it up with a corkscrew moonsault to get the three count.

GRIFFIN HAWKINS VS RICK DICKULOUS
Next we saw newcomer to NFW Griffin Hawkins taking on Rick Dickulous. Rick looked to continue his impressive start to the tournament, but Griffin was looking to build off of his Day Three performance and continue his upward momentum. The two clashing was sure to be a match that kept people talking for awhile. The two shook hands to start off the match, showing a sign of respect between the two before Griffin began to show off his speed advantage against Rick, ducking clotheslines, hitting a springboard back elbow, and then a standing moonsault and getting a two count.
Griffing continued to try and keep the bigger man off balance, but when he went for a tornado DDT, Rick just shoved him off and Griffin hit the mat face first. Rick just started showing off his power advantage by tossing Griffin around the ring like a rag doll. One point saw Griffin in the corner and Rick getting a head of steam and just squashing Griffin in the corner before tossing him halfway across the ring with a belly to belly suplex. Rick would eventually go for Timber, but as he picked Griffin up, the rockstar superstar would deliver knees to the top of the head, forcing Rick to drop him. From there, once Griffin is on his feet, he delivers Shot in the Dark out of nowhere dropping Rick and getting himself the victory.

MAX LEBRUN VS. KEIJI SUGIWARA
Max Lebrun and Keiji Sugiwara came out next and Max was looking to continue his incredibly hot start to the tournament and Keiji was looking just to finally get himself on the board with some points in what was a tough week for the newcomer. Keiji came out focused and like day three, took the fight to his opponent early on. Keiji used his speed and quickness to keep Max off guard, bouncing off the ropes and using them and the turnbuckles to his advantage. Keiji was able to hit a Yakuza Kick and get a two count and then was able to hit an Osaka cutter for a very close two count. But, when Keiji picked Max up and went for a brainbuster, Max was able to counter it into a snap suplex.
From there, it was all Max for the rest of the match. He used his vertan experience to keep Keiji guessing what was coming next and at one point in the match, it looked like he had Keiji all set up for the wall check, but as he went, Keiji ducked out of the way and tried to lock in the cobra clutch, but Max refused and drove Keiji into the corner forcing him to release it before picking Keiji up and delivering The Aneurysm and picking up the victory.

JUDAS LASHER VS SCOTT LEROUX
The final match saw the world champion taking on Scott Leroux. This match ended up being very deserving of the main event spot for the men on day 5. The two men squared up and tied up to start this contest and Judas got the early advantage. Judas got Scott backed up into a corner and delivered a quick flurry of chops that lit up the chest of Scott. Judas would keep pressing, throwing Scott out of the corner and then hitting the ropes and hitting a sliding lariat that got the champion a two count. Judas would put Scott in a Dragon Sleeper, but the submission specialist was able to escape quite easily.
From there, Scott would begin to work on the legs of Judas, delivering a chopblock and then a DDT like move on the left leg. Scott would continue his focus on the legs, even getting Judas trapped in a figure four. There was moments where it looked like Judas was about to tap, but he clawed and scratched his way to the bottom rope and forced the break. Scott continued to work over the leg for another several minutes. Scott once again looked for a figure four, but Judas was able to grab him and roll him up for a two count. Both men were slow to their feet, but Scott was up first and charged at Judas, but Judas was able to spring up and deliver Lucifer’s Halo to pick up the win.

RIVER CHANCE VS. ADRIANNA SALVATORE
These two women opened up day five for the women and there was very good reason for it. These two women came out and the action was brutal from the start. Adrianna took control against the powerhouse early though using her quickness advantage to catch River off guard and it allowed her to hit a rolling forearm to the side of River’s head that stumbled her. Adrianna continued to press though, even picking River up and delivering a vertical suplex to the woman. Adrianna would proceed to work on the legs of the larger woman and try and keep her on the mat. Adrianna was able to at one point put River into a heel hook submission. River fought through the pain and after almost a minute in the hold was able to grab the bottom rope and force the break.
Adrianna continued to press though, hitting the MOAB Launcher and almost putting River away, but she was able to get her shoulder up at the last second. Adrianna went to press on though and picked River up, looking to deliver Ground Zero, but River was able to counter the move and shove Adrianna off into the ropes. When Adrianna came off the ropes, River just took the woman down with a shoulder tackle. River then used her power to keep the advantage throughout the rest of this match and she would eventually find herself picking up the victory when she picked Adrianna up and delivered a sitout powerbomb.
Winner: River Chance

KENNEDY CAMPBELL VS. LARA BLACKHEART
Kennedy came into this match looking to get back in the win column after a setback on day three and Lara was looking to maintain the momentum from that same day after knocking off the Women’s Champion. In the end though, only one of these two women would be able to walk out victorious. The two women came out and there was a bit of a feeling out process at first by the two trying to see which was going to make a mistake first. Kennedy would go in for a double leg takedown, but Lara was able to sidestep it and deliver a few stomps to the back of her opponent. Lara would gain control from there, almost looking like she was going to make short work of Kennedy. Lara had Kennedy in the corner and went to deliver a shoulder to her opponent, but Kennedy was able to get out of the way at the last second and Lara drove her shoulder into the ring post.
From there, it was time for Kennedy to take over. She would focus on the arm and shoulder of Lara for most of this and at one point, had Lara in an armbar. Lara looked like she was about to give up, but she fought and shifted her weight so she stacked Kennedy up for a nearfall. That was about it though for Lara after that as Kennedy picked Lara up and delivered a shoulderbreaker before grabbing the woman and delivering a nasty looking brainbuster and picking up the victory.

DONNA ROTTEN VS. LLUVIA CANE
Donna Rotten and Lluvia Cane came out next and both women were looking to finally get on the board with some points in this match, but there could only be one walking away with their first two points of the tournament. Donna took control early on in the match and was just dominating Lluvia. She used her strikes and brawling to keep Lluvia on the ropes, even hitting a Saito Suplex that got her a two count. Dona would also hit the Chainsaw Kick that saw her nearly put Lluvia away early on in the match, but it was when she went for snake eyes in the corner that allowed Lluvia to turn things around. Lluvia was able to wiggle herself free and drive Donna chest first into the turnbuckles before rolling her up for a two count.
Luvia began to take over from there as she grabbed Donna and was able to hit a tornado DDT. From there, Lluvia continued to press her advantage, using various clotheslines from a discus to a series of shortarm clotheslines that got her a near fall. Lluvia would send Donna into the corner and go for a splash and then when she went to follow it up, she climbed to the middle turnbuckle and began a series of ten punches to the head of Donna. Before Lluvia could complete it though, Donna grabbed Lluvia and hit a sitout powerbomb that almost put Lluvia away. SATIVA NEVAEH VS. LILITH MEADOWS
The two Kingdom members were in the ring and as the bell sounded, Sativa looked across the ring at Lilith and just nodded and flashed a smile. That didn’t stop Lilith though from being a little tentative to come out of the blocks with some desperation to pick up her first win of the tournament though. The two locked up and Lilith used her technical skills to get Sativa in a waistlock and then just pick her up and drop her to the mat and then stand up herself and almost allow the Women’s Champion to get back up to her feet. Sativa stood back up and urged Lilith to actually fight, even going as far as delivering a few hard chops to the blonde’s chest to try and fire her up. When she noticed that wasn’t working, she just forced Lilith’s hand and started laying in her offense. Sativa would try to hit Lilith with a Northern Lights Suplex, but The Dark Faerie was able to counter out of it.
From here, this match started to turn into a classic match between these stablemates and lovers. Lilith really started to put her technical and submission prowess on display, easily transitioning from hold to hold, even hitting a keylock scoop slam to the shoulder and arm that Staiva had repaired. Lilith would continue working on that arm and shoulder, showing everyone that she was definitely more than capable to hang with the top women in this company. Lilith would eventually lock in a Fujiwara armbar that almost made Sativa tap out. Sativa though was able to get to the bottom rope and force the break. Lilith though, didn’t stop the pressure. It looked as if something finally clicked for her in this match and she showed that vicious side she showed at Motor City Mayhem as she picked Sativa up off the mat and walked the ropes, hitting an Old School style maneuver and then trying to put Sativa into another armbar, but this time, Sativa was able to catch Lilith and roll her up for a two count.
From there, though, Sativa began to breathe new life for her in this match. Sativa started to use her quickness and speed to her advantage, keeping Lilith off balance. Sativa would eventually deliver Order 66 and almost put Lilith away, but Sativa would have to pull out one final move as she climbed to the top rope and hit the Sonic Screwdriver and picked up the win.

SAMANTHA TOLSON VS. CHERRY ADDAMS
The final match of the night had a tough one to follow, but Sam Toloson and Cherry Addams came out and certainly put on a great match to end the night. The two women squared off with one another, locking up and Cherry was able to get the advantage as she forced Samantha into the corner. When she broke, Cherry delivered a chop to the chest of Sam before backing away. Sam came out of the corner, but Cherry was able to grab her opponent and deliver a snap suplex and then grabbed Sam’s wrist and pulled her in for a series of short arm clotheslines before sending Sam into the ropes. As Sam came off the ropes, Cherry knocked her back down with a discus lariat that sent Sam inside out. Cherry would then deliver a leg drop and get a two count. Cherry picked Sam up and sent her into the corner. Cherry charged in and went for a corner splash, but Sam was able to get her boot up and drive it into the face of Cherry before firing out with a clothesline of her own.
Sam would press the offense from there, using her suplexes to disorient and punish Cherry. One point saw Sam deliver a series of three German suplexes with a bridge on the third and getting her a two count. Sam would follow that up by hitting the ropes and delivering a sliding knee to a seated Cherry and once again getting a two count. The crowd started getting behind Sam the more she pressed the advantage and the end of the match came when Sam picked Cherry up and delivered a snap, bridging Tiger Suplex and getting the three count.
