The opening chords of Bishop Briggs “Champion” are heard as the cameras open up on the Golden 1 Center again, preparing for Night 4 of the Queen of the Frontier and Vlad Blackheart Memorial Tournaments. Viewers are welcomed to the event by Nick Hanson and Miranda Augustino before the camera cuts right to the ring and the event begins.

[ERIN MERCER V. QUEEN CTHULHU]
The NFW universe bore witness to the eerie appearance of Queen Cthulhu once more as she and Erin Mercer met face to face in the ring. Erin Mercer, however, was seemingly averse to starting the match off, however, as she slowly came out of her corner with a mixed reaction on her face. There was confusion, relief...yet heartbreak in her eyes as she slowly approached the silent, masked woman who stared back at her from behind her mask of tentacles and hair. Erin could be seen mouthing ‘I know that’s you. Please, say something!’ She approached slowly, reaching a hand out for Queen Cthulhu’s shoulder. That was when Queen Cthulhu exploded into a storm of offense, knocking Erin’s hand away and began with a series of forearms as if she was set off by an internal switch as soon as Erin touched her. Erin was unable to get very much offense in, however it was hard to tell whether or not she was even trying as Cthulhu just unloaded on her until the Red Queen of Rock and Roll rolled out of the ring after a reverse hurricanrana. As Erin got to her feet to catch her breath, Queen Cthulhu followed up fast with a suicide dive through the ropes, sending Erin right into the security rail. Erin slammed hard against it, directly into her weak shoulder and went down with a grimace.
HANSON
“Oh! That’s her shoulder that’s still suffering from the hands of Tyler Grey! She didn’t need surgery...yet. She might if things don’t go well!”
AUGUSTINO
“Nick if that is Alex, then what’s gotten into her?! This is her friend!”
Queen Cthulhu got to her feet and continued her unbiased, ruthless assault, brawling with Erin - or more so beating her - around ringside. Erin finally did try to start fighting back, maybe hoping to knock some sense into her opponent but her brief series of shots to Queen Cthulhu just seemed to enrage the woman more and she came right back with her own assault before throwing Erin onto the apron, under the ropes. Queen Cthulhu climbed up onto the apron and picked Erin up onto her feet. Erin hit her again but Queen Cthulhu countered with a headbutt and spun Erin around, grabbing her in a reverse DDT lock before dropping down and delivering the maneuver onto the fiery haired fan favorite. Erin went down hard on her back and shoulder on the hard edge of the apron, rolling to the floor as she cried out in pain. Finally, the referee got out of the ring to force Cthulhu back and check on Erin Mercer. After a brief assessment, the official waved a signal to the timekeeper and Roger Arden, ending the match.
ARDEN
“Ladies and gentlemen! The referee has informed me that due to Erin Mercer’s condition, she is hereby stopping this match! Therefore, your winner...QUEEN...CTHULHU!!!”
“American Wasteland” filled the arena as Queen Cthulhu slowly backed away from Erin Mercer and the referee before making her way back up the ramp….
Winner: Queen Cthulhu
Result: Ref Stoppage

[MIA HAYASHI V. SERENA FROST]
Mia Hayashi and Serena Frost fought a hard hitting match consisting of both women matching one another for Strong Style strikes but Serena taking it to Mia Hayashi with straight up brawling and street fighting while Mia Hayashi, once again, amped up the audience with her flexible acrobatics and high flying offense. Serena Frost kept Mia Hayashi grounded for much of the match, delivering a chop block to take out a leg and make it difficult for Mia to build up a head of steam and take off running around the ring. Serena continued to wear down Mia with DDTs and dragonscrew leg whips, getting several near falls.
Mia came back in the end, however, switching from her high flying to her more ground based, striking. A little bit of MMA thrown in there thanks to what her girlfriend had been showing her some of. She still looked a little green in that department and Serena was clearly the better brawler but Mia found an opening when Serena threw her into a corner and ran in for a flying elbow. Mia managed to move out of the way, causing Serena to slam into the turnbuckle before the tiny Japanese-American lifted her up onto her shoulders, biting through the pain in her leg that Serena had been working on and managed to hit the Supreme Thunder and score the pinfall.
Winner: Mia Hayashi
Result: Pinfall

[EAVAN MALONEY V. ANGEL KUSANAGI]
Fans had actually been buzzing about this one ever since the blocks were announced. With how electric and brutal their match for the Women’s Television Championship had been, they had been begging for a second round. Well...they got it. Eavan Maloney and Angel Kusanagi fought constantly for the upper hand in the match with no real advantage going for either of them. Each woman managed to muster a comeback after her opponent only gained a brief couple of moments of offense, trading cover kickouts left and right. Eavan locked in the Krigare midway through but it didn’t take long for Angel to push her weight back and roll over onto Eavan for a dangerously close pinfall before the Demon Warrior managed to kick out of it. Angel was to her feet first and as Eavan got to hers, Angel went for the Steel Feather. Missed. Eavan tried to counter with the LA Makeover. Angel shoved her back into the ropes. Eavan rebounded off, bringing up her forearm to strike but ran right into a successful Steel Feather that sent spit flying as she hit the mat. Angel failed to capitalize right then, due to collapsing out of exhaustion.
The two continued to battle it out so long the Roger Arden had to announce that they were coming up on the 1 minute remaining mark. With thirty seconds left on the clock, soon after, Angel went for the Boseki Driver but Eavan got one foot loose and drove her heel right into Angel’s face. Angel stumbled back into the ropes as Eavan got to her feet. As Angel stepped away, back towards the center, Eavan ran in and hit the L.A Makeover right on the money this time and scored the pinfall cover just before the clock ran out.
Winner: Eavan Maloney
Result: Pinfall

[CHRISTINA OLSON V. JASMINE MATTHEWS]
If there were ever two members of the Kingdom that were going to be hesitant to go at each other, it certainly wasn’t these two. Locking up in the beginning, Jasmine Matthews quickly took early control of the match by bringing Christina Olson to the floor with an MMA takedown. She went for a follow up ground and pound but when Christina Olson deflected her shots, Jasmine flipped her mount right into an armbar. Christina looked like she was going to tap but managed to get one of Jasmine’s legs up off of her to release the pressure and torque on her arm. Christina immediately popped up onto her knees then, once she was able to get free and just force fed Jasmine a stiff forearm right to the face. She backed up, goading the Queen of the Kingdom on to come get some. Rubbing her jaw, Jasmine smiled and nodded, knowing this was going to be a good fight.
Christina Olson brought the pain with stiff kicks and aerial maneuvers like springboard dropkicks and suicide dives once she and Jasmine Matthews had a brief brawl on the outside that almost saw both women get counted out. Christina had the upper hand as she threw Jasmine back into the ring and started setting up for something else off of the ropes. As Jasmine got to her feet, Christina jumped back in, coming down for a springboard forearm smash but Jasmine caught her with the Ice Cold right out of mid air and covered her for the pinfall.
After the bell, as “Big Bad Wolf” played, Jasmine Matthews pulled Christina Olson to her feet and steadied her stable mate. The two exchanged wicked smiles that said they actually enjoyed the fight before they hugged it out and left the ring together.
Winner: Jasmine Matthews
Result: Pinfall

[LEEANN VISKAN V. MORGAN PAYNE]
This match went about as anyone would have expected it to go. Morgan Payne clearly hadn’t gotten over her aversity to competing against family as she took on her surrogate mother, LeeAnn Viskan. While Morgan had no problem engaging the woman in the match, she constantly hesitated when it looked like she was gaining a real upper hand and had actually done some damage, hurting LeeAnn. This was her constant downfall as LeeAnn, loving but merciless in the ring, seized each opportunity to take Morgan to the mat and proceed to start working a limb as ruthlessly as she did just any other opponent.
Overall, it was Morgan Payne’s reluctance in fighting people she cared about that proved to be her ultimate downfall in the match as LeeAnn Viskan locked in the Chemical Wedding, forcing an almost immediate tapout victory. After the bell, as “Sacred Heart” by Sister Shotgun played, LeeAnn Viskan helped Morgan Payne to her feet and lifted her head in her hands, looking to be giving her a pep talk before hugging her and rustling the girl’s hair affectionately.
Winner: LeeAnn Viskan
Result: Submission

[CHRIS WOLFE V. WILLIAM MANNHEIM]
Despite having had his hand broken in his match with Havok, William Mannheim showed up ready to go against Chris Wolfe - cast on his hand and all. Prior to starting the match, the referee warned Mannheim about striking with his injured hand. Not so much for the risk of hurting himself further, but at the warning of being disqualified if his cast was used as a weapon. It didn’t hinder The Mangler too much as he was still able to use his other fist with his heavy strikes. Mannheim and Chris Wolfe went back and forth, trading offense while Mannheim maintained the power advantage in taking Chris to the mat to begin raining down elbow shots and administering submission techniques based around Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Chris Wolfe fought back with his own Strong Style strikes and technical wrestling.
Mannheim did find difficulty in using most of his bigger moves, however, due to his hand and even - without thinking it seemed - landed his Clothesline From Hell with his injured hand, causing him to slow down, failing to capitalize. This gave Chris Wolfe enough time to recover as the injury resulted in Mannheim not even getting all of the clothesline, resulting in Chris Wolfe hitting him with a superkick and - wowing the audience - lifted the big man up to deliver the Direwolf and score the pinfall victory.
Winner: Chris Wolfe
Result: Pinfall

[ERIC LEE V. WYLD STALLION]
Wyld Stallion clearly seemed to know what to expect, coming in against Eric Lee as he approached the man cautiously and the two started with a lockup. Eric Lee gained the early advantage, wrestling Stallion to the mat and locking in an early submission that Wyld Stallion got out of quickly and backed up to get a distance from Lee and gauge his next approach. Lee proved that he still had it in him to take on the younger stars of the new generation. Wrestling’s Richard Ramirez, as he was often called, dominated the beginning of the match, immediately beginning to chip away at Wyld Stallion with merciless kicks, knees and elbows. Wyld Stallion proved he could strike with the best of them, but Eric Lee seemed to enjoy the punishment more than anything. Enjoyed taking it as much as he seemed to enjoy giving it.
Wyld Stallion gained the upper hand after several minutes of Eric Lee just laying into him and drilling him into the mat with a wide variety of suplexes. Wyld Stallion managed to get Lee out of the ring where he came right over the ropes with a Tope Suicida, getting the crowd further behind the Television Champion. Lee turned the tables right back around as it was evident that outside of the ring was more so his true element. He even dared to go for a chair which saved him from a disqualification mainly because he missed the shots at Stallion he was taken as the younger athlete moved out of the way each time until Lee just threw the chair aside and went to join his opponent back inside the ring. Wyld Stallion briefly gained the upper hand once more by moving around the ring like a bat out of hell until he was ready to set Eric Lee up for a vertical suplex powerbomb. Miraculously, however, as Stallion tossed Lee up for the flip, Eric Lee followed through and managed to turn completely in the air and land on his feet. As Wyld Stallion’s jaw dropped in surprise, Eric Lee caught him with a stunning European Uppercut before setting him up and delivering Whispers In The Wind for the pinfall victory.
Winner: Eric Lee
Result: Pinfall

[MIGUEL VILLALOBOS V. VINCENT STONE]
Miguel Villalobos demonstrated his freakish strength again to NFW as he and the fast, stiff kicking Vincent Stone met in the ring. The Wolf King dominated the opening moments of the match as he initially absorbed Stone’s attempts to wear him down with kicks to the legs. The kicks only seemed to annoy if not even amuse the larger man before he got his hands on his smaller opponent and proceeded to manhandle him inside the ring. Even outside, when Stone managed to come off the ropes and hit a high dropkick to the face, sending Miguel to the outside, he maintained his dominance. As Stone came running across the ring and went for a suicide dive, Villalobos caught him crossways and straight up just body slammed him, spine first onto the apron.
Vincent Stone managed some comeback offense later in the match as the crowd got behind him and amped him up to persevere. Stone began nailing more of his high risk, aerial moves and eventually started wearing Miguel Villalobos down with his kicks to the body and even across his face. It did little in the long run, however, as he went for the Fatality but had a difficult time getting the Wolf King up. Instead, he stepped back and went for another superkick in the match but Miguel caught him by the foot, shoved it back down and caught Stone by the throat as he stumbled forward. This signaled the end of the match as Miguel Villalobos popped Vincent Stone up and delivered the Mordida del Lobo for the pinfall win.
Winner: Miguel Villalobos
Result: Pinfall

[HAVOK V. MATT KLAZZIC]
This match started out much like Havok v. William Mannheim did, with Havok running in from behind during Matt Klazzic’s entrance and attacking the man on his way to the ring. Jim Reynolds sat by on guest commentary. As Havok went to start taking shots with his chain wrapped around his fist, Matt Klazzic began fighting back, blocking the shot and dishing out some of his own and the brawl was on. The two brawled around the ring with Havok gaining the upper hand eventually before Matt Klazzic retreated from the fight, it seemed by sliding into the ring. As Havok went to follow him in, however, Matt revealed that he was just working on a well thought strategy to try and catch Havok off guard. Matt Klazzic caught Havok around the waist, delivering a big gutwrench suplex which the big man rolled right up onto his feet and charged in, blasting Matt with a stiff lariat, knocking him inside out.
HANSON
“Whoa!!! Did you see how Havok just popped up onto his feet?!”
AUGUSTINO
“And right into a lariat, stopping Matt’s momentum!”
REYNOLDS
“Damn right! Dude’s a fucking beast! Hey Danny! Johnny! I hope you’re watching!”
Matt Klazzic and Havok went pound for pound with hard strikes and brutal slams, intent on absolutely destroying each other. Given what had happened to William Mannheim, it was evident that Matt Klazzic was out for a little justice. Despite the relentless punishment that Havok was laying into him with, Matt Klazzic found a second wind in the match and managed to counter a big boot from Havok by catching his foot and kicked him underneath the knee of that leg. As Havok stumbled back, Matt reached for him. Havok headbutted him and set him up for the Disasterpiece but Matt managed to slip off of his shoulders and roll Havok up into a Sunset Flip cover, scoring the pinfall. As Vince DiCola’s “War” exploded from the speakers, Matt Klazzic rolled out of the ring with his arms going up over his head.
HANSON
“And that’s gonna be four points for Matt Klazzic!”
REYNOLDS
“You gotta be goddamn kidding me! ‘Scuse me, Nicky. Mir. HAVOK! C’MERE!”
AUGUSTINO
“Talk about a surprise outcome!”
Winner: Matt Klazzic
Result: Pinfall
Time: 13:41

[BUZZSAW V. NICO SALVATORE]
Nico Salvatore and Buzzsaw wrestled a brutal contest that saw a trade off of both men exchanging painful strikes and taking one another to the mat with takedowns and suplexes. Nico pushed through Buzzsaw’s more experienced and precise kicks, focusing on keeping a close distance to make most kicks difficult to hit as he wrestled with more of his ground based submission experience. Clearly taking from one of his mentors, LeeAnn Viskan, Nico tried to keep Buzzsaw grounded with Armbars and Indian Deathlocks until Buzzsaw came back with a kick to the head to get him off and started dominating the match with his own grappling.
This process continued with both men keeping one another on their toes for the majority of the match. Back and forth nearfalls and several submission attempts by Nico had the fans on their feet, in a back and forth chant for each man. Nico went for the finish moments later, attempting the Key to Orkas but Buzzsaw halted him with a stiff kick to the ribs. He followed up with a roundhouse kick to the leg, dropping him to one knee and finally brought his foot up, right across the back of Nico’s head, knocking him face first into the mat before pouncing on him and locking in the DNR. Nico continued to struggle against the hold until he could no longer take it and gave a couple of taps on Buzzsaw’s arm, signaling his submission.
Winner: Buzzsaw
Result: Submission
Time: 22:51
