“RATATATA” hits the speakers as Collision goes live, and the crowd is immediately on their feet as the “Immortal Queen” RISA begins her walk down the ramp.Nick Hanson: Looks like the recently unretired RISA has something to say to kick us off tonight.
Jim Reynolds: Oh is that why she's coming out here? I thought maybe she was looking to share recipes.
Olivia Mayfaire: Shut up Jim.
RISA is in the ring now, taking a microphone from the tech at ringside.
RISA: What's up Chicago?
The crowd cheers, but the Asian superstar doesn't seem impressed.
RISA: Oh come on. I live here. I know you can get louder than that! I said WHAT'S UP CHICAGO?
The response from the assembled crowd is thunderous this time, and RISA grins.
RISA: Now that's what I'm talking about!
She laughs, clapping her hands as she looks out at the crowd.
RISA: Now, I know what you're all probably wondering. What could I possibly be doing out here? Well never fear, I'm not going to keep you all in suspense.
RISA makes her way over to the corner, climbing up to sit on the top turnbuckle.
RISA: As you all know, I retired. It didn't sit with me so well, clearly, but I was gonna do my best to keep it that way. I was following along with everything going on… and suddenly the Queens of Chaos were down a member for Monster's Ball against the Wolves of Odinn.
The crowd is focused on RISA, hanging onto her every word.
RISA: So, naturally, my phone rings a couple days later. I won't mention any names specifically, but I was asked what it would take to get me to come back to fill the hole. Nothing. It was exactly the excuse I needed. So I came back, fought in a brutal Monster's Ball match, and the Queens won.
The crowd cheers, and RISA nods, holding up a hand as she hops off the turnbuckle and moves to the center of the ring to quiet them.
RISA: So now, the real question is what's next? What's next for, if I may say so, one of the greatest to ever tie up a pair of wrestling boots?
The audience clearly agrees with this statement based on their reaction.
RISA: You really wanna know? Alright, alright. I'll tell you. My next challenge? It's time I-
The crowd shares a collective gasp as Cait Flannigan slides into the ring, smashing a steel chair over RISA's shoulders!
Nick Hanson: What brought this on?!
Jim Reynolds: RISA is one of the most decorated women in the sport, idiot. Cait is out here to show everyone she's not anywhere near as good as she says she is.
Olivia Mayfaire: Oh my God shut up already.
Jim Reynolds: What did I say?
Cait is screaming at RISA, but the words aren't loud enough for the microphone to pick up. Security is already on its way, but the ambusher speedily exits the ring, moving through the crowd.

We pick up from the backstage area and it is there where we are able to see Laura Steele. She smirks as she runs her hands through her long blonde hair and looks deeply into the heart of the camera.Laura Steele: Bloody hell Collision. It certainly has been a long time since I have graced all of you with my wonderful presence. It’s a travesty that you haven’t bear witness to the greatness that it yours truly but you don’t have to wonder or question that any longer because I will proudly make my way back inside of a wrestling ring and I am going to show the entire world just what I am about. I am ready to finally have my moment and I don’t give a bloody hell if all of you like it or not. The truth remains is that I know I have a future to be great in this company. I have a future that involves me showing off the beauty of elegance and of course sophistication.
Laura smirks as she keeps her focused on her camera as she begins to speak some more.
Laura Steele: Now tonight I get to step into the ring against the likes of a stupid wanker. My opponent is inferior to me in every single way and they definitely do not bring what I am bringing to the table. I am being managed by the best manager in all of wrestling and my wonderful sister Kath-Lyn is going to take me to heights that one cannot even fathom. Consider tonight the first step of me going to my ultimate destination. I will get to where I eventually need to be and after I do it will spell trouble for the entire roster. Brace yourselves everyone, because this is where i change things for the better. Cheers!
With that Laura smirks as we go elsewhere.

Match #1/Singles
Laura Steele vs. Yui Watanabe
Darlyn Fajardo: The following contest is your opening match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, in the ring at this time…YUI WATANABE!And introducing her opponent, from London, England…LAURA STEELE!
As the two prepared for the start of the match, Laura Steele put on a smug smile and offered her hand out, palm facing down, for an attempt at a handshake. Yui Watanabe bowed and reached to accept but Laura threw her hand up and waved dismissively at her opponent. The crowd booed as Yui sighed and turned to walk back into her corner and that’s when Laura seized the advantage, rushing across the ring to blindside Yui from behind with a hard lariat to the back of the neck, causing an abrupt start to the match!
The bell rang to kick things off officially but Laura was already on Yui, putting the boots to her before mounting her with grounded punches, holding on by a handful of hair that prompted the referee to start counting to make her break away. Laura kept at it until four before rising and getting in the referee’s face to argue about ordering her around. As she turned her attention back to her opponent, Laura grabbed the hair right back again but as the referee stepped in to warn her a second time, it was Yui who batted her arm away and caught her with an elbow to the jaw! Yui came at Laura, hitting her again and again, backing her into the corner with repeated elbow strikes that got the fans popping! The referee started to count for Yui to back out of the corner from Laura but only needed a count of 2 as the Joshi back rolled up to her feet to get some distance before running in and leaping for corner splash. Laura scouted it and was able to step out of the way, causing Yui to slam into the turnbuckle. Clutching her chest, Yui turned around and walked right into Laura’s waiting grasp as she caught her with a Codebreaker to the sternum! Yui collapsed to the canvas but only for a moment as Laura picked her up and delivered her Fisherman Suplex she liked to call “E & E 2.0” where she planted Yui’s head into the mat and bridged for the pin.
Darlyn Fajardo: Here is your winner…LAURA STEELE!
Nick Hanson: Laura Steele picks up another win here to start the night off!
Olivia Mayfaire: She sure is full of herself, isn’t she?
Jim Reynolds: I think she’s great!
Winner: Laura Steele
Result: Pinfall (E & E 2.0)

Alastair had been spending some time at the D.C. Clubhouse for the Wolves of Odinn after recovering from the Monster’s Ball match at Cruel Summer. There were a lot of wounds he had to recover from and he didn’t want his wife, Banshee, to be overly stressed from him being in such a state while being pregnant with his twins.Alastair Frost: No, I am not in Chicago and no I am not going to be away for too long in the ring. What the Wolves of Odinn went through in the Monster’s Ball match was very grueling and it will take some time to recover from. In the meantime, I have been keeping an eye on Collision and the events going on. The Wolves have been well represented in my absence and it is important to see in order that we are still a strong unit.
Alastair could hear Thunder from another room that there was a call for him from the base and it was something that can’t wait for him to answer. He grabbed the drink he had been sipping but he tapped his foot for a moment.
Alastair Frost: I may still be recovering but once I return to Chicago, I will make every enemy of the state be put on notice. This soldier and warrior Wolf needs to be on the hunt and will purify the ring of the people who are destroying the sport.
Alastair went to join Thunder to take the call that she informed him of.

Cameras come back to ringside as the Collision ring announcer stands in the ring with the microphone and starts to announce who the wrestler is coming down to the ring.Darlyn Fajardo "Ladies and Gentleman, please let me welcome at this time your new NFW Perseverance Champion, Konrad Raab."
Feuer Frei by Rammstein plays over the sound system as Konrad comes out through the curtain with his flanged German mace and the NFW Perserverence Championship on his waist, raising the flanged German mace in the air, wearing red and black skull face paint on the right side of his face with a red and black suit hoodie over his head he wears with pieces of flame blood designed all over them. He also has a penguin, walrus and a polar bear stitching on the left-hand side of his chest on his gear, stating Stop Climate Change. He also wears black boots along with Red and Black Gloves on his hands before he crouches down on the floor with the flanged German mace in front of him, looking at the ring for the first time with tears in his eyes.
Konrad picks up his flanged German mace and slowly walks to the ring, with mixed reactions but mostly cheers, before he runs up the steps and goes underneath the ropes. As he's in the ring, Konrad shows acknowledgement from the fans, primarily as he's pointing up to the skybox, which then the camera sees that it's his NASCAR team, Kaulig Racing, with Chris, Matt, AJ, Hemric, Dye, Derek, Ty, Shane and Christian who was apart of Kaulig Racing next year in the skybox, applauding Konrad before the cameras pan towards Konrad again. The music stops before Konrad goes on one knee, still as emotional as he'll ever be. He takes the NFW Perseverance Championship off his waist and raises it on one knee as the microphone slides under the ring to him. he picks it up and gives it a test before speaking as Darlyn leaves the ring and sits down.
Konrad Raab: "Thank you, Darlyn. This means so much to me that you don't know how much I've had to overcome all the mental barriers to win this championship. When I came here, I was in a bad place, feeling unwanted and unloved by the world. I even went on to say that I hated everyone and hated myself. I was lost on where to go, and I came here unhappy, unloved and unsupported, which isn't a nice feeling, especially after the hell I went through when people mocked and took the piss out of me for my off-camera activities where I was getting help to improve my behaviour and some parts I was ashamed of on them taking full advantage of it."
He shook his head at the hard times he went through in another company and how depressed and unhappy he was. However, that mood was a different story today as the fans reacted somewhat to Konrad, but he had much more to say.
Konrad Raab: "But NFW took the risk of hiring me when I was unstable and uncontrollable with my emotions mentally because I was angry at everything, even at myself at times, putting myself and everyone else down. So I came here to make drastic changes with my mentality of being a much happier man and lost my way of winning championships. For a long time, I never had the guts to challenge a champion for a title match because I never believed in myself or had the confidence to because I was always afraid of losing and being viewed as a bad wrestler."
Konrad started to stand up. As it got to the good part of his career, the fans clapped and chanted, "You deserve it" to Konrad, which meant so much to him.
Konrad Raab: "I've never been in a much better place than I am right now. Things, even in my off-camera life, have improved so much that I look at Konrad back then now to think, what was I thinking about the stuff I said and done? Admittedly, I will still have my anger issues; that's going to be a thing throughout my entire life, but now, I've not had to use anger nearly as much as I've had to do my entire life. It also took a lot of physical hard work to win this championship and the mental side of things. I wasn't even considering a championship match at Cruel Summer Five Supershow, but Cait bothered me with the comments, and I challenged her in a non-title match, but it turned into a championship match."
Konrad, it felt like he was still sinking in the moments of being champion for New Frontier Wrestling, which he was in many ways than one. He continued.
Konrad Raab: "I couldn't thank Jessica Morian enough for pushing through that decision of motivating me to win this championship. I admire the hard work of Kasumi Kaneko, who I have no doubt will be a champion here in the future. But I thank Cait for motivating me too with her words because that did trigger a light in me that needed to be lit in my ass, quite frankly. I didn't realize what had happened when I put Cait through the table to win that match and the championship, until the referee gave me that title, whispering in my ear that I'm a Perseverance champion. It also fits with the title because it represents how much perseverance I had to endure with my life and wrestling career to win this title."
The cameras again show Konrad's VIP box, with his NASCAR team, Kaulig Racing, cheering and applauding his efforts. They raise their drinks, and he mentions them and the fans while patting the title on his shoulder.
Konrad Raab: "It's you fans, some wrestlers in the back, Jessica and my Kaulig Racing team from NASCAR who are up in the skybox tonight that gave me the support I needed to win this title and it's the first time for a long time, I was cheered for something I accomplished on my own merits. Regarding the NFW Perseverance title, I'm looking forward to whoever the two challengers will be stepping up to face me for the title. I'm looking forward to enduring the challenge against me to face not one but two different wrestlers."
He had a short break as he was still sinking in the feeling of being a champion, but he loved the moment, and he patted the title again and raised it above his head.
Konrad Raab: "Unlike Cait, who didn't want to defend her championship against two other people, I love the challenge, and I'm looking forward to it because it's not a manageable title to defend. I'm taking great honour and pride in doing so. I'll be the champion that NFW deserves to have and bring the challenges because I will take them head-on, whether it's on Collision or Supershows; I'd be proud and honoured to defend this title, whoever the first two wrestlers will be and successfully defend the Perseverance title. Let the celebrations begin."
Confetti shaped in flames comes from the sky, and pyro and fireworks go off. Konrad raises his hands and his NFW Perseverance championship in the air as everyone, even the commentators, applauds him. He leaves the ring and goes up to each staff member and shakes their hand before he slaps a few hands from fans. He jumps over the barriers and goes up the stairs, getting pats from fans. He high-fives them along the way before reaching the VIP skybox, with every Kaulig Racing staff member and driver rallying around him and raising their glasses of drink with Konrad. Then they pour drinks all over Konrad before he cheers with the title on his shoulder. He goes down the stairs again while high-fiving the fans, jumps over the barriers again to high-five more fans and walks to the back before the show goes to a commercial break.

We cut back to the ring, where “Kool-Aid” by Bring Me The Horizon begins to play, with the lights going out. The arena is left in suspense, with lights over the stage pulsing with each beat of the drum, eventually a spotlight rains down, with a silhouette underneath it. Everyone knows full and well who it is, but the lights only reveal it once the song really takes off with a…CLAP! CLAP!
“We are the children of the devolution
The infamous martyrs, the scars on the sun
Asphyxiating with a smile on your face
While they pull your teeth out, one by one”
All the lights then burst to life, with the NFW World Champion, Jessi Ozborne, illuminated under them! Her title is already raised in the air, with the entire sight getting a huge reaction from the fans! She buckles her title around her waist before she makes her way down the ramp.
Darlyn Fajardo: Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome…the New Frontier Wrestling World Champion…Jessi! Ozborne!
Nick Hanson: Jessi Ozborne comes down to the ring, still champion after a hellacious 2 Minutes 2 Midnight Match against Jason Shade at Cruel Summer!
Olivia Mayfaire: That was a huge night for The Queens of Chaos as a whole, as the rest of her crew ended up defeating The Wolves of Odinn in a Monster’s Ball Match earlier on in the night!
Nick Hanson: The big hits are gonna keep coming from there for the QoC! Diamond Caldwell, Jordan Majors, and Sanada have already made some impressive headway in the Vlad Blackheart Memorial Tournament, and Ozborne herself is closing in on the all-time defense record for the NFW World Championship!
Jim Reynolds: And now she’s out here to gloat…not just about that, but about nearly getting a man KILLED at Cruel Summer! Because like the attention-starved, narcissistic leech that she is, she can’t possibly accomplish a damn thing unless she gets to rub it in other people’s faces!
Olivia Mayfaire: Hey, Jim?
Jim Reynolds: Lemme guess…”shut the fuck up”?
Olivia Mayfaire: Attaboy!
Jessi makes her way into the ring, stepping to the second rope and raising up a “Too Sweet” to the delight of the fans. She wanders towards the ropes, grabbing a microphone from one of the ringside production members as she gestures for her music to be cut. Once the music begins to die down, Jessi begins to be taken aback. While they’re still rather quiet, she begins to notice a few boos from the audience as she quickly looks to get her words out.
Jessi Ozborne: Hello, Chicago…
Crowd: PAPI’S HOME!!
Jessi Ozborne: You’re damn right she is! And Papi’s missed a whole lot of you, so let’s cut to the chase and get down to business!
The crowd cheers, drowning off the few boos amongst them as Jessi continues on.
Jessi Ozborne: When I won this title, I came out here and I told you all that I was gonna fight to become the greatest NFW World Champion of all time. Now I’ll admit, I didn’t make it very clear how I intended to do that at the time. For the most part, that’s because I wasn’t exactly clear on how to get there. Of course, statistically, I can chase the most defenses, I can go for the most days. But I’ve come to realize that being greatest to ever hold this isn’t just about numbers.
Jessi unbuckles the title from around her waist, continuing to speak as she stares at it in her hand.
Jessi Ozborne: It’s about creating memories while I hold this thing. Putting it on the line in THE best matches, against THE best challengers, on THE biggest stages that NFW has to offer!
The crowd cheers at Jessi’s sentiment as she throws the title onto her shoulder.
Jessi Ozborne: And I can confidently say that Jason Shade ticked all those boxes for me. Jason proved at Cruel Summer that not only does he belong here at NFW, but that he belongs in the main event. I hope that everyone here, from the locker room to the office, saw exactly what I did: And that’s that Jason Shade is the future of NFW and the future of the business. The only thing that stopped him from taking this title at Cruel Summer…is that we’re not living in the future. We’re living in the now, and the now is Jessi Ozborne!
The crowd once again cheers for Jessi, though to a lesser extent.
Jessi Ozborne: But let’s circle back around to statistics, because while the numbers may not be everything, it’s still be cool as hell to see my name next to “longest reigning” and “most defenses”. Now, I have a ways to go from getting that longest reign distinction, but I’m just one win away from tying the record for most defenses. One pin, one submission, that’s all I need to at least have the opportunity to share that accolade, nevermind come close to claiming it for my own.
Jessi pauses before continuing.
Jessi Ozborne: The problem is, with 20 people across NFW fighting for the opportunity to main event WrestleWar, and at half of them being in this very locker room, the line of people ready to take on the champ right now has only gotten smaller. Still, I wanna see who steps up, I wanna see who’s out there that wants a shot at what I have. I said it before, and I’ll say it again: Anyone who wants it, come get it, I’ll be waiting for ya! That’s not a threat, that’s a promise. And when I promise, I deliver.
Crowd: YOU’RE!! FUCKING!! WELCOME!!
Jessi drops her mic, as “Kool-Aid” begins to play over the speakers again.
Nick Hanson: Bold words from the World Champion, with no room to misread exactly what she wants!
Olivia Mayfaire: Even before she became World Champion, Jessi Ozborne showed that she was eager for the challenge! I can’t wait to see who steps up to her!
Jessi walks towards the ropes, about to leave until…
Nick Hanson: WHAT?!?!
Jessi looks up at the titantron as though she’s seen a ghost, a feeling exacerbated as the woman herself steps through the curtain. Out onto the stage, staring daggers in Jessi, is Gianna Rojas, who gets a massive ovation from the fans!
Nick Hanson: It’s her! It’s Gianna Rojas!
Olivia Mayfaire: Coming all the way from promotions such as Zion Wrestling and XIX! It looks like Jessi didn’t have to look long for her challenge!
Nick Hanson: The longest reigning Zion Wrestling Viral Champion, the recent winner of the Zion Fusion Victory Series Match, and a former XIX Wrestling Weekend Warrior Champion!
Olivia Mayfaire: And Nick, that last title was one she lost recently…to Jessi Ozborne!
Gianna steps into the ring, with Jessi still looking shocked. The two come face-to-face with the crowd at a fever pitch as we fade.

Sofia Hilton could be found sitting at catering. Her eyes are wide open as she crosses her arms and shakes her head in utter disgust.Sofia Hilton: What do you know, Collision has your girl competing and honestly for as long as I have been here I feel like I haven’t been getting my rightful respect. Tonight I step into the ring with Kasumi and I will get what I am afterwards. I will get on the winning track and I will be on a one way destination to rise straight to the top. It seems like there is a lack of respect for just who I am.
Sofia is angry as she continues to share her heart.
Sofia Hilton: Whatever happened in the past none of it really matters. The only thing that matters is what’s about to go down tonight, and tonight everything changes. As a woman who is part of the famous Carbajal wrestling I demand that I get all of the respect. I demand that you look to me to do some big things. It starts with tonight. Just watch me putas.

Match #3/Singles
Kasumi Kaneko vs. Sofia Hilton
The bell rings but Sofia refuses to leave her corner. Instead, she continues to confer with Brayden, who is giving her guidance. This continues for a few minutes before Kasumi, bored of waiting, approaches Sofia from behind and clears their throat.Sofia, hearing this, acts as though she has barely escaped a sneak attack by lunging out of the ropes and onto the skirt with her true love. Both Sofia and Brayden accusingly point at Kasumi and scream accusations. Brayden demands the referee disqualify them then and there and declare Sofia the winner, to which La Coneja nods her head in vigorous agreement.
The referee palms his face and swears under his breath.
Then, he turns to Kasumi and asks them to back up so Sofia will get back into the ring. Kasumi does not hide their annoyance at the whole situation but does as they are bade. Sofia is not thrilled at not being declared the winner due to Kasumi’s “sneak attack” of casually approaching her and making themselves known, but eventually does slide into the ring. She warns the referee to be more, “fair.”
The referee warns her to stop wasting time.
Kasumi and Sofia begin to slowly circle each other, with Sofia warning the Japanese wrestler not to try anything underhanded. The two lock up at the shoulders and Kasumi slowly begins to push Sofia back to the ropes. This stops when Sofia grabs a handful of Kasumi’s hair and starts to yank. The referee sees this and admonishes Sofia, pulls away from Kaneko and screams at the referee she did no such thing. Kasumi, more than fed up, shoves Sofia.
Sofia, shocked at the gall of Kasumi to dare touch her, slaps Kasumi across the face.
Kasumi rubs their cheek, smiles softly at Sofia, and uppercuts the woman with all her might. Sofia flops to the mat while Brayden again shrieks for Kasumi to be disqualified for “sneak attacking” his beloved. Sofia begins to scoot back to her corner but Kasumi reaches down to grab at her. Instead, Sofia jabs her in the eye since Brayden has the official distracted and pulls Kasumi to the mat for a cheap roll-up pin, aided by grabbing tights. The referee sees the pin and drops to count.
One…
Two–

Kasumi bucks out of the pin. Outside the ring, Brayden scolds the referee’s “slow count” while Sofia shoves Kasumi back to the mat to straddle them. She lays into the Azure Assassin with a series of vicious blows to the face but Kasumi manages to ram their palm into Sofia’s throat, forcing them off.
Both wrestlers scurry to get to their feet but Sofia is up first, sending a rolling sobat kick into Kasumi that knocks them off their feet. La Coneja kips up and runs back to the ropes, propelling herself off of it and delivering a running dropkick into Kasumi. Kasumi takes the hit, ending up flat on their back. Sofia rises and drops an elbow into their sternum, then grabbing Kaneko’s legs and hoisting them for a pin.
One…
T–
T–
The ref sits up and calls for a rope break. Sofia looks up and sees Kasumi’s hand holding the bottom rope. She goes to yank the limb free but Kasumi rams an elbow into her face. Sofia yelps as Kasumi pulls her into a side headlock and rolls on top of her. After a few moments of frantic scrambling, Sofia does manage to hook her foot on the bottom rope.
Kasumi releases the headlock and gets off of Sofia. Sofia then grabs Kasumi’s legs but the Assassin is too quick and jumps over the swipe, repaying Hilton with a boot to the side of the head. Sofia screeches but Kasumi pulls her to her feet, only to snapmare the woman to the center of the ring.
Sofia lands on the mat and Kasumi kicks her onto her stomach, immediately locking on a knee bar. Sofia claws at the mat and tries to pull herself to the ropes but it’s no use. The referee checks for submission. Sofia says no but it’s obvious she’s close to giving in.
That’s when Brayden crawls into the ring and yanks Kasumi by the hair, pulling them away from Sofia. The referee turns in time to see Brayden scrambling from the ring. He didn’t see the actual attack so he can’t disqualify Sofia, but he immediately rushes to the ropes to begin arguing with Brayden.
Kasumi rubs their head as they return to Sofia, but Hilton is up and sees the official is distracted. She slams a low blow between Kasumi’s legs, following it with an eye gouge. The Assassin cries out in pain as Sofia wraps an arm around their neck before sending Kasumi over in a snap suplex.
Kasumi lands and sits up, but Sofia greets them with a running dropkick to the back. This is followed by a kick to the front that lays Kasumi out. Sofia jumps on top of them and goes for the pin, screaming at the referee to pay attention. He turns and runs over, dropping to count…
But Kasumi bridges out before he even gets one.
Sofia doesn’t even trying to hold back her scream of frustration.
Kasumi sits up, smiles at her, and mouths, ”Boo hoo hoo.”
Sofia stares in shock at Kasumi’s audacity. Kasumi then slugs Sofia right in the jaw.
Kasumi is up on their feet before Sofia, backhanding her across the face. Sofia takes the hit and tries to pull away but Kaneko snags her arm and whips her to the rope. On the return, Kasumi sends a discus elbow right into Sofia’s face. This is followed by a kick to Sofia’s left hip. Kasumi sends another to her right but Sofia manages to catch it, smirking at her attacker.
The smirk is wiped off her face, and Sofia is wiped out completely, by Kasumi leaping up and kicking Sofia in the face.
Desperate, Sofia jumps up from the mat and runs at Kasumi and attempts to club them across the face with a forearm. The Azure Assassin deftly ducks this, and follows with their own forearm into Sofia. La Coneja, already battered, stumbles and falters. Kasumi immediately grabs and lifts her, dropping Hilton to the mat with a Michinoku Driver.
The second Sofia is down, Kasumi is on top of her. Draping a leg over Sofia’s head, Kasumi grabs both Sofia’s right and arm and pulls them up in their Hydrangea submission finisher, Family’s Mark. The referee drops to check for a submission while Brayden screams at Kaneko to unhand his love. Sofia lets out a muffled cry of anguish and does her best to hold on…
But eventually her left hand slaps the mat.
Darlyn Fajardo: Your winner by submission… KASUMI KANEKO!
Kasumi pops up in celebration, letting the ref raise their arm. Brayden storms into the ring, looking like he’s about to lay into the victor, but the second the Azure Assassin takes one step towards him he loses all nerve and, instead, scoops Sofia up and hurries from the ring.
As the Hiltons slink from the ring, Kasumi Kaneko runs from ring post to ring post, jumping atop the turnbuckles and raising their arms as the fans cheer their well-fought victory.
Winner: Kasumi Kaneko
Result: Submission (via Family’s Mark)

We cut to the backstage area, where we see Cassie Quinn, annoyed as ever as she stands by with Devyn Mitchell.Devyn Mitchell: Ladies and gentlemen, I am joined at this time by Cassie Quinn! Cassie, you’ve hit a bit of a rough patch here lately, and it’s clear you’re still trying to find some legs to stand on in NFW. How do you feel about your current career momentum?
Cassie Quinn: This is such a stupid fucking question. Like what are you expecting me to say here? “Gee whiz, Devyn! I sure wish I could just stop losing. Oh golly, if I could only get one win. I’d be the happiest child at the fair!” That’s goofy as shit, Devyn. I’m not in the winning business, I’m in the fucking people up business. Every time I go out to the ring, my one and only goal is to hurt my opponent as much as I can before the bell rings. Everything else about “momentum” and shit? Secondary.
Devyn Mitchell: I guess that leads to my next question. Tonight, you face off against Trixie Decker, who’s coming off of a loss of her own at Cruel Summer. She may not see taking losses the same…optimistic way that you do. How do you plan to stand up to her enough.
Cassie looks towards the camera as she answers.
Cassie Quinn: God, I hate that dumb bitch Decker. All I’ve ever seen her do is cry and cry. “Wah, my bestie wife decided to side with my opps. What am I gonna do?” How about you shove it up your ass, big dawg. Everyone in the world has problems, yours aren’t special.
Cassie darts her head to Devyn.
Cassie Quinn: Hey, there goes your answer, Devyn. Maybe if I say something mildly offensive that flares up her very obvious abandonment issues, she’ll just leave the ring and hand me the match by forfeit. Hell, it doesn’t matter how I win, Dev. All that matters is that I get my pound of flesh by the end of the night. Because like I said before, I’m in the “fucking people up” business, and it’s been some time since business has been booming. Tonight’s the night I turn a motherfucking profit. I’d say sorry that it’d have to be Trixie, but we all know that I’m not.
Devyn turns towards the camera, seemingly believing that Cassie has walked away.
Devyn Mitchell: Very crass words as always from Human Rat! Back to—
Cassie Quinn: May I?
Devyn is taken by surprise as Cassie outstretches her arm towards her. She opens and closes her hand until Devyn hands her the microphone. Cassie then immediately tosses the microphone over her shoulder and out of frame.
Cassie Quinn (Off-Mic): Fuck you.
With that, Cassie walks off, leaving an annoyed looking Devyn as we fade.

The camera opens on Trixie Decker, sitting backstage on a large case for NFW’s camera equipment. She is throwing back a beer when she notices the camera.Trixie Decker: Well, congratulations, Diamond. You finally managed to pin me. It only took a stable versus stable match where I had to fight other people, and me having all those chairs collapsing on me and Risa – who I’d mostly been fighting – for you to be able to do it. But that’s okay, right? A win’s a win. You finally got the attention you desperately needed, and now you can say you finally beat me. Not on your own, of course.
Trixie empties the bottle and tosses it into a nearby garbage can.
Trixie Decker: Oh, I know. You’ll either go on some diatribe about how I’m the monster and worst person ever, or do your, “lol I don’t care” act. Because none of it really mattered to you to begin with. You were just a pissy little cunt who trolls. Nothing more. And you got the Cunts of Chaos to back you up because you can’t get shit done on your own.
Trixie hops off the case and starts walking towards the camera. Her expression turns dour and her tone is unmistakably hurt.
Trixie Decker: As for Risa… honestly, you don’t deserve to have any more of my feelings wasted on you. We had a chance to talk this out. It never happened. So I guess that says it all.
Trixie quickly forces a smile.
Trixie Decker: But that’s okay. Tonight I get to face Cassie Quinn in a main event. Cassie Quinn… who’s never done anything deserving main event status… ever. Cassie Quinn, who talked about skull fucking previous opponents and, when she fucking lost, did the equivalent of the fox in the fable whining, “Those grapes were probably sour, anyway.”
She stops, rolling her eyes.
Trixie Decker: I can only assume this is the newest hack NFW management hopes I can help put over. How many times did I have to face Steele in Destiny before she finally beat me? How many times did I have to face Lil here before she got the win? How long did I have to put up with Diamond? ‘Cuz it feels like a fucking pattern. “Make Trixie face this idiot until she finally loses against them so they look like they have talent.”
Trixie leans toward the camera.
Trixie Decker: I’ve held two belts in this fucking company. One, I was the first to ever hold it. The second one – the Perseverance title – I am the person who held it the longest. Which, Lil promptly defended it once and then lost because she has shit taste in friends. Oh, and Cait, you did no fucking better. Christ.
She straightens up, the fake smile returning.
Trixie Decker: And there’s no better use of a former champ than making sure your pet talent looks good, right? I mean, fuck the fact I hold seven belts currently in other companies, and have proven I’m a hard worker. Throw me against the hacks. Yeah. Fuckin’ great.
She heads towards gorilla but stops, turning back to the camera.
Trixie Decker: Quinn, I own my losses. I’ve been beaten here in NFW by amazing talent. And if you somehow beat me, without cheating or outside help, I will be sure to give you your props and admit I was wrong. For once, though, if you get beaten, fuckin’ own it instead of acting like a little whiny bitch who pretends she never cared to begin with. And on the off chance you really don’t care, you don’t belong in the ring. Because if losses aren’t personal, you don’t have the heart for this shit.
Trixie raises a middle finger before vanishing through the curtain.
