In the locker room of the arena, Utami and Rylie find themselves face to face, the tension palpable between them after their recent disagreements. Rylie is preparing for her upcoming match against Ayu Megumi, while Utami stands nearby, a hesitant expression on her face.Utami Takahashi: (tentatively) Rylie, can we talk?
Rylie looks up from her preparations, her expression guarded but willing to hear Utami out.
Rylie Page: (curtly) Make it quick, Utami. I've got a match to focus on.
Utami takes a deep breath, gathering her thoughts before speaking.
Utami Takahashi: (softly) I just wanted to say... I know I messed up, Rylie. I let you down, and I'm sorry. But I want you to know that I'm still here for you, no matter what.
Rylie regards Utami with a mixture of skepticism and begrudging appreciation.
Rylie Page: (sighs) Look, Utami, I get it. We're a team, and teams stick together, even when things go south. But you've gotta understand, I can't afford any more slip-ups, especially not tonight.
Utami nods in understanding, her gaze sincere as she reaches out to place a reassuring hand on Rylie's shoulder.
Utami Takahashi: (earnestly) I know, Rylie. And I promise, I won't let you down again. Whatever happens out there tonight, just know that I've got your back.
Rylie meets Utami's gaze, a flicker of trust returning to her eyes as she nods in acceptance.
Rylie Page: (softening) Alright, Utami. Let's do this.
With a shared nod of determination, Rylie and Utami exchange a brief but meaningful glance before Rylie heads off to the ring, ready to face her opponent with renewed focus and determination.

Dominique Ciotti: Hello, everyone, I'm standing beside a woman who is just about to go out and kick off the pre-show. Orphynn, you really got onto the show tonight at the last possible minute with your challenge to Jimmy Bones. Why are you putting such emphasis on challenging a member of the enhancement roster? Are you looking for an easy victory on a bigger show?Orphynn: I'm glad you asked this question. No, I told everyone last week why I'm challenging Jimmy Bones. It has nothing to do with being on this show tonight. I wasn't even expecting management to sign the match so soon, but they did, they listened, and here we are tonight.
Dominique Ciotti: Orphynn, some people are claiming that you did this as a strategic way to get to a bigger paycheck at the end of the day. I know you didn't intentionally ask to be on the show tonight, but is a little part of you glad you did so that you get the bigger paycheck?
Orphynn: Not at all, Dominique. I'm accepting donations tonight after the show to help Chicago's first responders. I'm also taking half of my paycheck earned for tonight's match to make my own donation. Does that sound like I'm in it for the money? Not at all.
Dominique Ciotti: Any last comments to Jimmy Bones before going out there?
Orphynn: Jimmy, I challenged you and I'm glad you accepted. I saw something in you that needs to be developed and brought out. Accepting the challenge tonight for the sake of the challenge shows me that I'm not wrong in what I'm seeing. Defeat me in the ring tonight and you'll confirm it to everyone else. Lose to me tonight and you'll have two more chances at a future date to face me again. All you need is one victory over me to show the world that Jimmy Bones is ready to fly to the top. I've never wrestled a spider monkey, as you said to me during the week, but I'm about to tonight and I'm ready for whatever you can throw at me.
Dominique Ciotti: You do know what monkeys are known for throwing, right?
Orphynn: I didn't even think about how that sounded. Basically, Jimmy is stepping up and I know he won't let me down. Jimmy, show me what you got tonight.
Dominique Ciotti: There it is, everyone, Orphynn donating to help others out and giving opportunities out to less showcased talent. Let's get to the ring.

The bell rings on this kickoff match for March Mayhem and we’re off to the races! Well…off to the wrestling rather, as Orphynn and Jimmy Bones come out of their corners following entrances and a handshake and start circling up. The two lunge in and lock up, collar and elbow, jockeying for position before Orphynn immediately gets Bones into a side headlock. She wrenches hard on his neck and he tries to fight her off but she’s got her powerful arms around his head like a vice. He goes to try and shove her off into the ropes but Orphynn drops down to a knee, taking Bones down with her. Bones fight his way back to his feet and wraps his arms around Orphynn’s waist, looking for a Belly to Back suplex but Orphynn anchors her feet down, staying grounded before taking Bones to the mat with a Headlock Takeover. Despite having early control in the match, Orphynn appears to be talking to her opponent, in which she can clearly be seen saying ”C’mon, Jimmy. You can get out of this." Bones struggles and struggles and doesn’t seem to be getting anywhere until he plants his boots into the mat and hits that “rise from the dead” move, managing to pull his head free. Orphynn’s quickly back on one knee, turning to face him as she rises up to her feet again. She looks impressed at the local talent.
Orphynn motions him in to lock up with her again. They do and Bones quickly slips behind her to throw on a rear waistlock but before he can capitalize, Orphynn breaks his hold with her thumbs and quickly slips around, reversing into her own rear waistlock before sending Bones up and over with a jaw dropping Release German Suplex. Bones bounces off the mat and back into the corner, pulling himself back up. Orphynn motions for him with a hand to come on and Bones lets out a determined huff before rocketing out of the corner at her. Orphynn reaches down and scoops him up for a Flapjack but Bones catches his hands on the ropes just before eating it with his face. Orphynn gets back to her feet and Bones sees his opportunity, springing back off the ropes with a Springboard European Uppercut that seems to take Orphynn by surprise! Bones is back to his feet and Orphynn comes at him, looking for a lariat but he slips underneath her arm and starts laying in a barrage of forearms and chops as she turns around. The crowd watches with their jaws dropped as Bones starts to gain a head of steam.
Seth Ernst: Jimmy Bones’ got Orphynn rocking!
Lucas Knox: Oh my god! Go Jimmy go!
Miranda Augustino: It’s like Orphynn’s challenge woke something up in him! Get you some boy!
Bones barrage sends Orphynn stumbling back in surprise and he looks to capitalize, running off the ropes but Orphynn quickly recovers and comes off the ropes, slamming right into him with a Running Shoulder Tackle and Bones hits the mat hard. Orphynn reaches down, grabbing Bones around the neck with both hands and effortlessly pulls him up off the mat but before the referee has to warn her about a possible chokehold, she yeets Bones back to the mat with a Choke Toss, crashing him into the corner, then runs in, following up with a big Corner Clothesline, flattening him against the turnbuckle. Bones slumps down to the mat and Orphynn grabs him by the boots, hitting an Alleyoop Powerbomb, sitting out on the mat and looks to end the match there.

NO! WHAT?! BONES KICKS OUT?! Orphynn checks with the referee who confirms it was only two. She shakes her head a bit…but then smiles a little as she gets back to her feet and drags Bones out by his feet, reaching down and lifts him up for a Powerbomb…BUT BONES SUDDENLY TUCKS FORWARD, ROLLING OVER ORPHYNN AND SLIDING DOWN TO PULL HER INTO AN INSIDE CRADLE!!
Miranda Augustino: AYO WHAT?!

Orphynn kicks out and Bones falls back onto his ass, looking a bit frustrated like he thought he had it. He doesn’t waste time though, getting to his feet and hits the ropes as Orphynn sits up, coming back in with a Basement Dropkick to the seated Warrior. He covers again!

NO!! Orphynn fires up her shoulder again!! Bones slaps the mat and gets back up, pulling Orphynn up with him. He goes for an Irish whip but Orphynn reverses and sends him off the ropes but Bones comes back with “SLINGBLADE”, taking her back down!! Chicago can’t believe their eyes as Bones gets eyes on Orphynn and finds her surprised as well, working on getting to her feet. He rises behind her, staying low, almost like he’s creeping to stay out of sight until the right moment. That’s when she turns around and Bones leaps up into her, grabbing her by the back of the head but as he starts to drag Orphynn down for whatever he was going for, she catches him, wraps an arm around the front of his neck and hoists his feet back up off the mat, dropping down and spiking his head right into the mat with a brutal impact!! “ANNIHILATE” (REVERSE IMPLANT DDT) OUTTA NOWHERE!!!! Bones is on the mat like a bag of bricks as Orphynn covers him.

Isabella Salvatore: Here is your winner, by pinfall…ORPHYNN!!!!
Orphynn rises to her feet, the referee raising her arm in victory as “Annihilate” fills the arena.
Seth Ernst: Guys, I’ve never seen that level of competition from Jimmy Bones before!
Lucas Knox: Me neither! Wow!
Miranda Augustino: He got his licks in but it still wasn’t enough to take down Today’s Warrior!
Orphynn smiles to the crowd, celebrating a moment before turning towards Jimmy Bones when she notices the referee kneeling over the man who’s still not moving. Her smile fades to a look of concern as she kneels down on the other side and gently taps him on the chest. The referee asks her to step back but she respectfully refuses and pats Jimmy Bones on the side of his face. Light little slaps to jar him awake. When there’s no response, Orphynn rises and turns to lean over the top rope towards the stage.
Orphynn: GET THE EMTS DOWN HERE!!
There’s genuine concern in her voice as she calls for the medical team and a pair of EMTs come running down and sliding in the ring. They coax Orphynn and the referee back but Orphynn stays in the ring, hanging back in the corner with remorse in her eyes.
Seth Ernst: Guys, I hope Jimmy’s okay…
Miranda Augustino: Me too, that was a nasty dunk he took.
The crowd talks in a hushed murmur as the EMTs examine the man until, a moment later, he stirs and there’s a sigh of relief from the crowd. Orphynn puts a hand to her chest and gives a visible sigh as well. The EMTs sit Jimmy up and Orphynn moves in to help him stand, hugging him out of pure relief. The crowd applauds the gesture before Orphynn, in a bit of a twist of circumstances, takes Bones by the wrist and raises his arm, prompting the crowd to cheer again. Bones still isn’t sure what happened as he holds the back of his neck and looks around.
Lucas Knox: That’s what I’m talking about, let’s go!
Miranda Augustino: Now that, we love to see!
Seth Ernst: Congratulations to Orphynn and let’s hear it for both of them!
Miranda Augustino: I’m glad that it wasn't worse than it looked.
Orphynn and the EMTs help Bones out of the ring and Orphynn walks with him up to the stage with the EMTs sticking close by just in case as the cameras cutaway.
Winner: Orphynn

The cameras immediately cut backstage where Jimmy Bones is seen being lead by the EMTs and Orphynn through Gorilla. He stops at the interview table and leans against it, looking around for a chair.Jimmy Bones: Wait wait…gimme a minute.
He motions to the camera. The EMTs nod to Orphynn and motion that she can continue on.
EMT 1: We got him, you go ahead.
Orphynn nods, her and Jimmy dap up and she excuses herself. Jimmy leans back against the table, pressing an ice pack to his neck and sighs in pain.
Jimmy Bones: Ah man…
EMT 2: You good?
Jimmy nods again and looks at the camera now.
Jimmy Bones: What can I say? Taking an L out there is nothing new to me. At this point, it’s almost commonplace. It’s expected. I got to do my thing here, though. I got to wrestle at a live supercard and I got to do it against someone that I’ve quickly earned a lot of respect for in this company. I took a bump on the head and–oh hey…
He looks over for a second as LeeAnn Viskan comes out of Gorilla and stands off to the side. She gives him a silent signal to not let her interrupt and finish his words.
Jimmy Bones: ...I took a bump on the head, yeah, nastier than usual. That’s not gonna stop me though.
He gestures towards the door leading out into the hallway, indicating Orphynn.
Jimmy Bones: I know she’ll watch this back. Orphynn, I think you’re one of the only few people outside of a few whoever showed belief in me, so…for that…thanks. I’m gonna use that as motivation to not let them down, to not let you down. We got what…one more? Two more?
He says, wiggling two fingers on his free hand.
Jimmy Bones: I’m gonna get back in the training facility…I’m gonna put my nose back on the grindstone… I’ll seeya next time.
His silence after signals he’s done and LeeAnn comes in finally, sitting next to him with a hand on his shoulder. Their conversation, while heard, isn’t so much directed at the camera.
LeeAnn Viskan: Hey, you okay?
Jimmy nods and LeeAnn pats his shoulder gently.
LeeAnn Viskan: You did good out there. Go get checked out, lemme know what they say.
Jimmy Bones: Thanks.
As LeeAnn thanks the EMTs and excuses herself back into Gorilla, Jimmy watches her go with a look on his face as if touched by her words. He stands off the table and continues backstage with the EMTs in tow.

Ayu and Rylie meet in the center of the ring and lock up together. Ayu gets on a Hammerlock and torques Rylie’s arm hard but Rylie gets around her and throws on a side headlock. Ayu pushes Rylie off into the ropes and hits the mat, causing Rylie to jump over. Ayu hops up and leap frogs Rylie as she comes back her way. Ayu hits the ropes and delivers a Slingblade to Rylie, taking her down to the mat. Ayu goes for a Standing Moonsault but Rylie rolls out of the way, however Ayu lands on her feet and immediately hits a Standing Shooting Star Press, hooking the leg.

Rylie argues with the ref that she has until 5 as Ayu rolls out onto the apron, feeling the pain in her legs and back. She pulls herself up on the ropes and Rylie rushes in with a forearm. Ayu falls back, holding onto the top rope and uses the spring in it to propel herself back into Rylie with a forearm of her own, sending Rylie stumbling back! Ayu catches the top rope and keeps herself standing and Rylie climbs up on the middle turnbuckle, taunting her opponent and the fans before starting to throw a series of 10 count punches into Ayu’s head. She gets about five or six in before Ayu manages to block one, grabs her by the head and sits out onto the mat, pulling Rylie to where she’s bent over with her head trapped against the turnbuckle. Ayu comes up onto her feet and nails Rylie with a Cheeky Nandos Kick! Rylie stumbles down onto the mat and Ayu looks for “Starstorm” but Rylie grabs onto the rope with one hand, refusing to let Ayu get her setup for the Dragon Suplex. Instead, Rylie drops down and grabs Ayu by the trunks, pulling her violently into the turnbuckle where Ayu’s head bounces off the padding. Rylie locks on “Elegant Execution (Tazzmission)” and pulls Ayu back into the corner of the ring before dropping down, proceeding to choke her out. She goes to get her legs wrapped around Ayu but Ayu manages to have enough awareness to bring one leg of her own up to keep Rylie from fully entrapping her. As Rylie pauses for a second in her attempt to leg hug Ayu, the Joshi pushes off the mat with her feet and rolls back over into a counter cover on Rylie while in the chokehold still!
