Nakita is sitting in the corner of the locker room with her head on her knees. It felt like everything she fought for is heading down a twisted path. She knew what she did last week wasn’t the thing that she normally does and knows that the final call of the ref is the final call. She knew that she had Travis beat, but it didn't go that way. The way she acted wasn’t how she was raised or the way she behaved. She hears someone entering the locker room as her eyes daggers at the stranger.Rylie Page, strolls into the dimly lit locker room, the echo of her recent match still resonating in the air. She spots Nakita sitting in the corner, head bowed, clearly haunted by the recent turn of events. Without hesitation, Rylie saunters over, the sound of her heavy boots filling the space.
Rylie: (smirking) Well, well, if it isn't Nakita, the picture of defeat. You looked like you had it all figured out there, but then... (she chuckles) reality hit hard, didn't it?
Nakita Niles: What would you know? I don’t even know you or how you even got in my locker room. I’m already depressed enough and don’t need someone like you telling me about my defeat.
Rylie: Well I do know that you were robbed of your win last week and maybe if you're just a bit more ruthless like I saw last week maybe you would be able to make sure that no one would be able cheat you out of a win ever again. As for how I got into your locker room, the door was left open.
Nakita Niles: So….you think that gives you the right to enter?
She stood up from the corner as she was still wearing her street clothes which was a white top, jeans, and sneakers. She tilted her head to the side as she was speaking to the women.
She stood up to match Nakita gaze she was wearing her streets clothes which consisted of Black Sabbath shirt tucked into some camo pants some boots and she had on a leather jacket.
Rylie: It does give.me the right to enter your locker especially when I'm trying to help you out.
Nakita Niles: Helping me out? How is this helping me out?
She grunts as she lowers her hand to her waist before turning her back while trying to figure out what she's trying. She turns towards her again.
Nakita Niles: What I need help with is getting back on track and getting gold around my waist again.
Rylie: Well for starters I'm going to help you not be depressed because it's not a good look for you. So, you want to get back on track and get gold around your waist again I can help you with that but you're going to have to do it by any means necessary you need to tap in your sadistic side.
She looked at Nakita with a serious yet at the same time mischievous look in her eyes she then bent over to pick up something that she had brought with her earlier. She looks at her as she tilts her head to the side and is confused by what she has.
Nakita Niles: What is this?
Rylie: Well since you asked, I brought you a gift it's some clothing that I think really fits you and your style.
Nakita Niles: My style?
She grabs the clothes from her hand and brings it up to the face as close as possible. Black has made Nakita feel like for months now. She knows deep down that it has changed her in a way.
Nakita Niles: If Black is what I’m feeling. I need to burn my past.
Rylie: Like I said it really suits you well and maybe you'll be able to show the world how sadistic you truly are.
She lowers her hand and nods. She knows what she has to do and feels like the words of this woman pass through her.
Nakita Niles: Judgment day.
Rylie: Judgment day is coming.
She spoke with a mischievous smile knowing that that what she was saying was getting through to her.[/font]
Nakita Niles: Burn it all.
She lowers her head again as she turns around and walks towards the bathroom and puts on the new clothes. She looked at herself in the mirror and knew that she had to burn everything that she once had to be free.
Nakita Niles: Light the fire and walk away.
Rylie: Now take what is yours and make everyone your pain.
Rylie had a smirk on her face as she witnessed the darkness takeover Nakita. She walks out of the bathroom and looks at women.
Nakita Niles: Pain is just the beginning.
She walks out of the locker room leaving the women in there all by herself.

Match #2/Singles
Nakita Niles vs. Bianca Davis
~DING DING DING~
The bell sounded and the two women locked up in the middle of the ring. There seemed to be a fire in Nakita, but the question was if it was going to be enough in this match with the way her luck had been going as of late. Niles managed to lock a side headlock on Davis, but Bianca was having none of it as she shoved Nakita off of her and into the ropes. As Niles came back towards Davis, she was met with a hard Beautiful Boot which sent her down to the mat! Bianca decided to go for an early pin attempt, and the referee slid to the mat for the count.

Nakita got her shoulder up at the one and a half mark causing Bianca to let out a little screech of frustration. She began arguing with the referee which in turn gave Niles a chance to get back to her feet. She grabbed Davis and executed a gorgeous German suplex, sending the other woman crashing hard into the mat! Simple Simon was seen rushing over to check on Bianca, getting an eye roll from Nakita in the process. He had put Davis’s scepter on the ring apron before jumping onto another part of it to yell at the referee for the blatant slow count from the previous pin attempt, earning yet another eye roll from Niles. Nakita went over to Davis, ignoring Simon who the referee was still dealing with, and Nakita was met with a blast to the abdomen from the scepter! She dropped down, and Bianca took advantage of the downed woman, rushing at her and nailing a vicious Coronation! Simple Simon finally got down as Bianca pinned Nakita, and the referee slid down as soon as they turned around.

The arena lights slowly fade out. Throughout the arena cellphone lights sporadically pop up in the darkness. The arena was suddenly filled with the loud cawing of a single crow. After a few moments, it was joined by another. Then more and more join in. Before long the arena was filled with the sound of cawing crows. The cawing was replaced with a multitude of beating wings. The sound of a large group of birds flying rises to a peak and then slowly fades out. Once again in silence, the arena is filled with the voice of a young girl.People once believed that when someone dies
a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead.
a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead.
Then Stabbing Westward’s cover of “Burn” starts to play throughout the arena. A spotlight finds Lana Corvin standing at the top of the ramp. Her head is down hiding her face. She throws her head back and her arms out. As she does the arena lights snap back on. Lana stands there with her head back just reveling in the negative reaction from the crowd. Slowly she lowers her head and looks right into the camera with a smirk. She points at herself arrogantly. Her gear tonight was black, white, and gold. She strolled down the ramp like she owned the place. She even heckled the occasional fan.
"Don't look don't look" the shadows breathe
Whispering me away from you
"Don't wake at night to watch her sleep
You know that you will always lose
This trembling
Adored
Tousled bird mad girl"
But every night I burn
But every night I call your name
Every night I burn
Every night I fall again
Whispering me away from you
"Don't wake at night to watch her sleep
You know that you will always lose
This trembling
Adored
Tousled bird mad girl"
But every night I burn
But every night I call your name
Every night I burn
Every night I fall again
She starts to strut her way toward the ring as the lights rise and the song continues. She talks some smack with some of the more vocal and heckling members of the crowd. She returns all their verbal jabs as only one of the Corvins can. She continues mocking the crowd by pointing to herself and then to the crowd in sync with the lyrics. She climbs the ring steps and then into the ring. She circles, glaring out at the crowd and talking more trash. She then runs to one set of ropes and stands up on them, raising the US title high. She jumps down and gets a mic from one of the ring crew.
Lana Corvin: It seems as if I was a bit of a prophet. Halloween has come and gone, and Legacies showed everyone. I’m sure plenty of you out there wanted all of us to lose. For Zoey to take my title and that sad mishmash of a team beat the rest of us. But, no, that’s not what happened. Because that’s not what Legacies is about. We are the best. Trauma is our brand and will be until we decide to let it go.
Lana begins slowly pacing.
Lana Corvin: As of today there is only one person to have held this title longer than me. That’s my fellow Legacies member, Adrianna. I love you girl, but I’m coming for that spot. Which, I don’t see being a problem. Not like there is anyone on the roster, not in Legacies, that has what it takes to beat me. Hell, I might give Mary Matthews a run for her money on the longest single-title reign in the company.
Lana smirks as the crowd boos.
Lana Corvin: This title will go to someone else when I decide I’m done with it. Unless there is someone back there who thinks they have what it takes to take it from me.
Lana leans on the ropes looking toward the entrance area. She talks some smack that is barely picked up by the mic. She is cut off as “Smile Bomb” by Caitlyn Myers fills the arena. Crystal Hilton steps out holding a mic. Her music dies down after a few moments.
Crystal Hilton: I’ve told you Lana that I’m sick of you running your mouth.
Lana Corvin: And? I don’t care if you’re sick of it or not. All you do is talk talk talk. You never do anything about it.
Crystal starts walking toward the ring. Lana stands up and backs up to the center of it.
Crystal Hilton: Maybe that will change. Maybe I will shut you up. Get back at you for what you did to Diamond.
Lana Corvin: I’m right here Crystal. You feeling froggy? We can finish this whenever you want. But don’t go crying when I show you stand as much of a chance against me as Diamond did. Maybe after I beat you, you’ll finally decide to quit and grant the wishes of the entire business.
Crystal had gotten to the ring and climbed the steps. She stood on the apron staring at Lana.
Crystal Hilton: I’ve told you to keep her name outta your mouth!
Crystal steps through the ropes, her eyes never left Lana.
Crystal Hilton: Here I am, in the ring with you. I think it’s time I shut you up!
Before either can make a move the screen comes to life with the face of LeeAnn Viskan.
LeeAnn Viskan: Now now ladies. You two have been taking potshots at each other for weeks. It’s about time you two see what the other has, firsthand. Get ready ladies, cause you two are having a match, non-title, right now!
Crystal just smiles as Lana curses and shakes her head. A ref makes their way to the ring as this match is about to start.

Crystal Hilton vs. Lana Corvin
~DING DING DING~
As soon as the bell rings, Lana Corvin comes charging across the ring, looking to get the jump on Crystal Hilton but Hilton sidesteps, sending Corvin crashing into the corner. Hilton explodes into a flurry of strikes, letting out weeks of pent up frustration on her opponent, finally able to get her hands on her but the referee threatens a DQ if she doesn’t back off before the five count. Hilton relents, just long enough, then whips Corvin across the ring into the other corner. Hilton charges in, hits a leaping body splash into the corner and immediately rebounds off. As a surprised Corvin stumbles out into the center of the ring, Hilton uses her momentum to run off the ropes and take her to the mat with a big dropkick where Corvin immediately rolls to the outside. Her father, and manager, Ashe Corvin comes over to keep her spirits fired up, telling her to get back into the ring and get her some. Not to let Hilton punk her like that. On the other side of ringside, Seleana Zdunich is applauding and cheering for her wife. Hilton hunches down and goads Corvin to come back in, clearly even saying–
Crystal Hilton: Get your ass in here, bitch!
Lana Corvin: Oh, you fucking want some?!
Corvin slides back into the ring and the referee signals for them to continue. Corvin and Hilton lock up, collar and elbow as the crowd goes wild. The two jockey for position and Corvin gets her fingers in the eyes of Hilton, immediately turning the cheers to boos. Corvin starts hammering away at Hilton with stiff forearms. She whips Hilton into the corner and comes in for a Running High Knee but Hilton catches her with a boot to the face, stalling her enough to climb up onto the turnbuckle. However, Corvin scouts it and runs into the rope to compromise Hilton’s balance and grabs her for a Cutthroat Goriconoclasm onto the mat and catches a leg for a cover.

Hilton kicks out and the match continues. Corvin picks Hilton up and starts throwing shots again but Hilton starts firing back. A shot from Hilton staggers Corvin and The Burning Rose runs off the ropes but so does Corvin and, upon meeting in the center, The Favored of the Goddess plants Hilton with an STO takedown. She starts slapping Hilton across the head, taunting her.
Lana Corvin: Get the fuck up, bitch! You wanted this? You got it!
She grabs Hilton again and lifts her into a Double Knee Gutbuster. Hilton goes down holding her ribs and Corvin hits the ropes for an Arabian Press and another cover.

Corvin gets the shoulder up! Hilton shakes her head in frustration but stands and goes to the corner again. This time, once she reaches the top, she calls for “Rose Prism Power” but Ashe Corvin climbs up onto the apron, telling the ref he needs to count her down for being on the ropes. The referee yells at Ashe to get down from the apron but the retired legend pleads his case, gesturing to Hilton on the turnbuckle. As the two argue, Hilton hops down to the mat and just shoves Ashe off of the apron down to the floor where he lands on his feet but stumbles. Ashe starts taunting Hilton, asking if she wants a piece of him too and the referee keeps them apart as Hilton goes to turn around back to her opponent and Lana Corvin catches her with “Hecate’s Dagger” (Shotei Palm Strike)! She covers and shouts for the referee to count, which they do.

Hilton manages to kick out! No! Not only that, she manages to schoolgirl Corvin into a roll and she locks on “Photosynthesis” (Feel The Glow)! Corvin’s eyes go wide as she feels the strain of the move and kicks her legs, trying to get to the ropes but Hilton has it locked on tight and it doesn’t look like she’s gonna make it. At ringside, Ashe Corvin yells for his daughter to turn her body around towards him, at the closest set of ropes. She does so and starts scooting over, dragging Hilton with her. Just before she can reach the rope with her boot, Hilton wrenches on tight to apply more pressure. Corvin yells out in pain and Ashe reaches in, grabbing her boot and pulling it onto the rope for the break. The referee doesn’t see that part but she sees the foot on the ropes and calls for the break. Seleana Zdunich has seen it, though, and she goes around the ring towards Ashe and starts telling him off. Ashe bows up to her and Seleana throws her hands up. Ashe laughs and asks what is she gonna do before he takes his jacket off and folds it onto the commentary table. He sets his sunglasses down on top of it and slaps himself in the cheek, inviting Seleana to take a free shot. Seleana barely hesitates as she hauls off and cold cocks him right in the jaw. Ashe goes stumbling and almost hits the floor. He falls to one knee but that one clearly rocked - and shocked - him.
Inside the ring, the hold has been broken as Crystal Hilton delivers a Snapmare, followed by a Running Basement Dropkick to the face of Lana Corvin. Hilton pops right up and hits “Smell The Roses” (Handspring Standing Moonsault) for a cover!

Outside the ring, Seleana encourages Hilton to not let up on Corvin when, suddenly, Ashe Corvin is back to his feet and he runs in, blindsiding Seleana with a forearm. She goes down and Hilton leans over the ropes, trying to grab at Ashe but he steps out of reach and throws her the middle finger as Corvin gets up behind Hilton, spins her around and rocks her with a headbutt. Hilton falls back against the ropes as Corvin kicks her in the ribs and wrangles her to the center of the ring where she plants her with “The Glorifier” (Angel’s Wings) and makes the cover!

The crowd boos as Lana Corvin picks herself up to her feet and taunts them, shouting and pointing to herself as “Burn” by Stabbing Westward plays. Ashe Corvin rips the United States title away from the timekeeper and comes into the ring to give it back to his daughter.Seth Ernst: Crystal Hilton came so close, I feel!
Miranda Augustino: Well it wasn’t a title match anyway, Seth.
Seth Ernst: I know, but to beat Lana Corvin! She came so close!
Lucas Knox: You can’t deny that The Burning Rose had The Favored of the Goddess pretty shaken there!
As the music continues, Lana and Ashe Corvin are so caught up with celebrating as Crystal Hilton rolls out of the ring to help Seleana to her feet, none of them notice LeeAnn Viskan on the titan tron at first, just grinning. In fact, they don’t until she starts clapping and the PA picks it up over the music until the song fades out and all parties involved turn towards the stage and the giant screen.
LeeAnn Viskan: Brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! Damn, that match was exciting. Truly, it was! Kudos to the both of you. It goes to show what happens when two wrestlers of your caliber are put into the ring together, on a whim even, and not even with anything on the line! Respect to you both. Lana, a hard fought victory and Crystal, honey, you brought it and then some. I know close doesn’t often cut it in this line of work but you know what? I have to wonder…if you fought that hard just to get a pound of flesh from Lana Corvin and she still managed to win by the skin of her teeth…? What would happen if there were an actual prize up for grabs?
LeeAnn smirks as the crowd starts buzzing, wondering what she’s getting at.
LeeAnn Viskan: Lana, you’re an absolute beast. I like you. I really do. I know it doesn’t seem that way because you don’t think my unbiased treatment of the roster is fair to you. I’d be lying if I said I was sorry you felt that way, though. Just how it is. The fact of the matter is, though, you are a dominant force in this business. You’ve run roughshod over everybody who’s stepped in your path for that title. Yet here, tonight, like I said…she almost had your ass and there wasn’t even anything on the line. I have to wonder if upping the ante would change things? Hell, I’d like to see Hilton vs Corvin round 2, myself. This time without her wife or your father getting involved. So let’s see what happens in a rematch…when Lana Corvin faces Crystal Hilton again. Sao Paulo, Brazil. Wrestle War. For the NFW United States Championship!
The crowd pops as Lana flies into a rage, shaking her head and starts screaming at the tron, declaring that Crystal hasn’t earned a shot and that the title will always be hers. Meanwhile, Crystal is beside herself at the news, unable to help but smile as Seleana hugs her and congratulates her on the opportunity. LeeAnn says nothing more as the feed to her office cuts off, leaving everyone with the news.
Lucas Knox: Did you hear that?!
Miranda Augustino: Ayy cabron!
Seth Ernst: Crystal Hilton has a shot at the United States Championship at Wrestle War!! These fans are going wild!
Miranda Augustino: Lana and Ashe don’t look happy!

The cameras then cut to the backstage area where the Phantom Troupe normally lair as they wait for their turn in battle on Trauma and this where we find the entire unit including the “Black King” himself, Devon Slayton, all dressed and ready for war with Dylan Maverick front and center, a very serious expression on his face.Dylan Maverick: You know, normally the lot of us is here backstage, getting each other psyched up and ready for whomever the front office has decided to put in front of us and no matter what the outcome, we always bring the kind of fight that the fans of New Frontier Wrestling have come to spend their earned money on because that’s the kind of wrestlers that Devon Slayton trains…hard working, hard fighting, and hard partying. The kind of guys and gals that you want on your roster because unlike a lot of people on a roster like here in NFW, we’re here to actually shut up, learn, and earn our keep and if that means sometimes that we gotta eat the loss, then so be it because that’s how you make a better monster.
Dylan then makes “click” noise as he slowly shakes his head for a moment before he raises his right hand to point directly at the camera.
Dylan Maverick: Now while I will touch on my match here tonight, I need to cover something that concerns this unit of mine is that while we’ve been on one hell of a line where it comes to trios matches and yes, we’ve been successful as a unit but I’d be digress if I don’t acknowledge that yes we have had a couple of drawbacks with Davey’s recent losses to members of the Legacies faction and while David is fine with his loss to Otto, it’s this BS with you Jaime that I want to address because if watching one of my favorite movies all time in Brian De Palma’s “Scarface” is that you never get high on your own supply and Jaime, from the way that you’ve been acting like you’re the greatest of all time..well, it’s pretty obvious that you’re hitting the wrong kind of shit and it’s about to catch up with you because it’s not about if I’m “feeling froggy” or whatever kind of BS lingo you wanna use, Jaime, but simply because I’m a fighter and your ego needs to be adjusted, pure and simple.
Devon Slayton: Preach on, my brother!!!
Dylan licks his teeth and nods as Zach stands behind his tag team partner and nods in agreement to what the other man is saying..
Dylan Maverick: Just like here tonight when I step into that ring with you, Damon. Now I understand that there are a lot of jokers on this company’s roster that looks at me and my boys and sees nothing but a bunch of young jokers who won’t earned their spot because we’re nothing but a bunch of jokes in their eyes…but I look into yours’, Damon, and I can see that you’re at least willing to give me my shot at proving that I’m not some joke and that’s exactly what I’m going to do because all I need is that one shot and the next thing you know you’re down and out…and that’s all I really need to prove myself to someone of your caliber…one *shot*..
Devon Slayton: And that, ladies and gentlemen is at the heart of this matter because while you might point and laugh at the Phantom Troupe, you can be rest assured that we are no laughing matter and very soon, we will prove that very concept a reality because it’s time for us to get a little bit more serious because I feel the time is right for us to take things up a notch. Not just in the long run where titles are assured and firmly in our combined grasp….but even sooner than that because it is time that the Troupe gets the respect that you say our name with…and if that means tearing down a certain cult of personality lead by a little scarlet tramp with a hardon for trying to pick a fight with the Striker family…well then, so be it.
David Striker: Jaime, I really don’t care what your problem with my older brother, the Undisputed World Heavyweight champion of WWH is, but last week, you simply got lucky and luck is only going to carry for so long and you can be rest assured that very soon, that precious little “victory” that you claim is so important to you was nothing more than a mosquito bite of irritation in my opinion…and irritation that I fully intend to scratch and move on with after you are most certainly and thoroughly squished.
The camera then refocuses on a now darkly smiling Dylan as he claps his hands together loudly and then starts to rub them together, pacing just a little bit.
Dylan Maverick: You see, that’s why I love hanging with these people…because these are my brothers in arms…and in mayhem…and you can’t just can’t fake the level of dedication that they possess and that is a level that I’m going to highlight to you tonight, Damon. So make sure your fists are taped up extra tight and you keep that head of your’s on a swivel, because I’m coming for a fight son, and by fucking George tonight, I’m going to give you one hell of a battle!
The screen then cuts back to ringside.

Match #5/Singles
Dylan Maverick vs. Damon Cross
~DING DING DING~
Dylan comes in hard with something to prove after his interactions with Damon on social media. He attacks right at the bell, managing to back Damon into the buckles with a series of kicks to the thighs and ribs, ending with a Dead Man’s Hand that has the Unforgiven slumped in the corner a bit. Dylan plays to the crowd a little after this, having gotten one-up on the number one contender to the NFW Championship. Winding up for another charge, Dylan runs right into a Yakuza kick from Damon, who stands over him for a moment post-impact. The fans lay on some boos but Cross barely reacts. Instead, he backs off a few steps and actually gives Dylan time to get back to his feet. Expecting another attack, Dylan is immediately on defense, but spots Damon just standing there, waiting. Dylan comes in hot a second time, this time laying in the fists to go with his kicks. He backs Damon into the ropes, then shoots him off to the other side. A lariat is ducked and a back elbow is likewise missed. Dylan strikes low on the third run, driving an elbow deep into Damon’s midsection before shooting him off again and this time attempting a hiptoss. Damon lands on his feet, shockingly, and immediately fires off a superkick! Dylan ducks under this and waistlocks Damon for a German suplex! Damon again lands on his feet and attempts a backcracker! Dylan holds the ropes and Damon kips up to his feet! Dylan with a spinning roundhouse kick but Damon ducks it and hits a Greco-Roman throw, tossing Dylan across the ring!
With the advantage being his, Damon whips Dylan hard into the buckles, but Dylan comes right back, hitting a clothesline to drop Damon, then hitting two more for good measure! Damon bounces back up a little slower each time, and after the third, Dylan winds up the Sharknado! Knocked into the ropes, Damon rebounds and narrowly ducks under another high kick from Dylan. The side slam backbreaker is loaded up but Dylan elbows his way out! An Irish whip is reversed and Damon hits a running STO, driving Dylan to the mat and pinning him for a two-count. Dylan backs into the buckles and boots Damon when he charges before backing up onto the second rope. He comes off with an elbow to the crown and Damon drops to a knee, and is scooped up into a fireman’s carry. Dylan is thinking TKO but Damon slips out and double-legs Dylan to the mat, rolling him into a Boston crab! Dylan pulls himself to the ropes but Damon pulls him back and transitions smoothly into a sharpshooter, sitting deep and laying into the hold! After several laborious moments, though, Dylan gets to the ropes and Damon lets the hold go at three.
Crouched near the ropes now, Damon keeps watching as Dylan eventually gets to his feet, again put off by the Unforgiven not pursuing him. A charge towards the ropes leads to Damon catching him in the head with a knee, then slingshotting over the ropes into a tornado DDT for a near-fall! Dylan counters a charge by sending Damon airborne and landing a kick to the chest on the way down! Dylan’s Inferno connects and the Maverick gets a near-fall on Damon! He has the Shining in mind, but Damon breaks out and hits a snap suplex! Dylan is up quickly, though, and lapses into another series of kicks before lining up a superkick! Damon catches the leg, though, and puts Dylan back into the sharpshooter! Dylan rolls loose but a knee to the back sends him into the ropes! Damon catches him in the Father’s Sin but Dylan keeps Damon from getting a grip! They battle for supremacy until Damon headbutts Dylan in the back of the head once, twice, three times! Fully locking in Father’s Sin, Damon turns it into the Godkiller, dumping the Maverick on his head and getting the pin!

==========================================================
As soon as the bell rings and the official raises Damon Cross’ arm in victory, instead of “God Is Dead?” by Black Sabbath playing through the PA system, it’s “Unbreakable” by Kingdom Collapse that blasts out of the PA system. Both the referee and Cross glance over to the stage as the official looks on in confusion while The Unforgiven chuckles dryly and shakes his head slightly as the NFW Champion walks out onto the stage and down the ramp with purpose, the title over one shoulder and a microphone in her other hand.
Seth Ernst: Well… this is very uncharacteristic of Stacy Jones.
Miranda Augustino: It seems to be a common occurrence recently, Seth. Last week she didn’t allow Dakota Winters conduct an interview with her and she was way more aggressive than usual in her match against Lana Corvin.
Lucas Knox: She’s sick of the disrespect, guys. Legacies lately have basically been treating her as though she’s a nobody despite the fact that she’s the NFW Champion.
As she continues down the ramp, she raises the microphone up to her lips causing “Unbreakable” to fade out.
Stacy Jones: Congratulations, Damon. You now have the momentum going into our title match with that victory. Something that I was hoping to accomplish myself last week after losing at Funeral Derangements but because Legacies are a bunch of little bitches who can’t keep their fucking noses out of other people’s business, I had to settle for a damn no-contest!
Reaching the steel steps, The Unbreakable One begins to ascend them before climbing through the ropes to come face to face with her WrestleWar opponent. Damon, as he watches her approach, brushes his dark hair behind his ear and seems to say something that the camera’s don’t pick up on; from his body language, it sounds as if he might be in agreement with Stacy’s view of things.
Stacy Jones: So the fact that I now don’t know if I’ll get the opportunity to get a big win ahead of our clash at WrestleWar?! To say that I’m pissed off is an understatement!
Whatever amusement lingered at this change of pace from the champion melts away. Stacy is clearly on another level of pissed and while Damon is relatively sure she’s not gonna leap, there’s a certain readiness to his posture as she walks up to him.
Stacy Jones: Don’t worry… I’m not going to take my frustrations out on you… yet.
The Unforgiven lifts a brow slightly; not hard to see what he’s thinking at a comment like that.
Stacy Jones: In fact… I realized something recently. Because despite how ‘some’ people don’t see me as a ‘real’ champion? I realized that come WrestleWar? I will officially be the third-longest reigning NFW Champion in this company's history as by the next edition of Trauma next week? I’ll have officially surpassed the reign of Griffin Hawkins.
She pauses for a moment, the fans cheering as they like the sound of what she just said.
Stacy Jones: And THAT means there are only two reigns left for me to beat! Adrianna Salvatore’s… and Anton Crowley’s…
The look on her face becomes more and more focused with each passing word.
Stacy Jones: What does this mean for you, I hear you ask, Damon? Well, I’ll tell you. I now have even more of a reason to beat you at WrestleWar! Because if I beat you at WrestleWar and continue my reign as NFW Champion and I surpass Salvatore’s and even Crowley’s reign?! Then there won’t be a single person in that damn locker room behind me who can try and claim that I am NOT a real… fucking… champion!
Damon considers this for a moment, then walks over to the ropes, accepting a microphone of his own-
Seth Ernst: And that would make a lot of people very happy, in my estimation!
Miranda Augustino: Well, if you ask me, she’s getting a little too antsy. Like she can’t handle constructive criticism. Like she’s feeling the pressure and doesn’t know how to cope. You know I don’t got much love for Damon Cross, boys, but even I have to admit that to go up against him successfully, you need to be clearly focused.
Lucas Knox: Hey, Stacy’s right to be pissed. She’s earned everything in her career and still people make noise? They’ve been chewing on too many sour grapes!
-and remaining at the ropes as he starts to reply to the champion.
Damon Cross: Stacy… you just don’t get it, do you?
His tone betrays some disappointment, which makes Stacy look a shade more pissed. Damon finally turns and faces her, closing the distance to where it had been.
Damon Cross: Why in the name of all that’s right in the world do you give a damn about what anyone else thinks? Where’s the sense in wasting energy on the words of fools who hate you cause they ain’t you? If this is all it takes to ruffle the so-called Unbreakable One-
A glance is given to the crowd, who can smell where this is going and are starting to lay some boos on the Unforgiven. He sniffs dismissively and turns back to Stacy.
Damon Cross: -then your path to and from WrestleWar will be a trail of tears.
The NFW Champion steps right up to the face of her challenger seething.
Stacy Jones: BECAUSE I’M MY OWN BIGGEST CRITIC!!! THAT’S WHY!!!
She pauses as she strokes her free hand through her hair in frustration as she continues in a much softer tone.
Stacy Jones: If anyone out there questions my status or my ability in this ring, Damon?! I start believing them myself! Because I don’t have the confidence that you do! And no matter how long I’ve done this for?! No matter how many men and women I have seen come through this business and left while I’ve remained?! There’s always been someone… somewhere… doubting my accomplishments! Doubting my ability! And yeah, I know… it comes with the fucking territory… and I also know that I shouldn’t let it get to me either! But I just… can’t… help it! I wear my heart on my sleeve! Always have and always will! And that?! That drives me! But as much as it drives me?! It also makes me doubt my own self and it pisses me off that I can’t get past that!
The screaming in his face miffs Damon, but he keeps his cool somehow. After a few moments, he responds without moving away.
Damon Cross: It damn well should.
And the fans just heap that hate on. But Damon is past caring.
Damon Cross: You’ve been in the business three years longer than me, doing time properly in the indies before stepping up to the big time and making everyone in the world chant your name. You ran with some of the most talented, effective, and dangerous wrestlers this business has seen. And you’ve held more than your share of titles on top of that. These fans… hell, the wrestling world at large adores you! But you care more about the crap spewing from the mouths of brats like Lana Corvin and her ilk? A mouthy guttersnipe who rides her daddy’s fame for all it’s worth and denigrating anyone and everyone in her path, even the ones she knows deep down are better than she’ll ever be, be it as wrestlers or human beings? You “can’t get past that”? That’s your excuse?!
Scoffing, Damon turns his attention pointedly away from Stacy and locks in on the NFW Championship.
Damon Cross: You should be ashamed of your mental deficiency. And, for the record, I should be ashamed that I let Lana get the best of me last time we tangled. Oh, there was catharsis in beating the dog out of her old man, but it wasn’t the same. That’s the last mistake I’ll ever allow myself to make in this ring, Stacy. Because when this is on the line?
He pats the title gently.
Damon Cross: There’s no room for weakness.
Stacy Jones: Weakness, huh? You think I’m weak because I sometimes let my emotions get the better of me?!
Now it’s Stacy’s turn to scoff.
Stacy Jones: If you only knew half of the things I’ve been through, weak would be the last thing you would ever think to call me, Damon! There is a fucking reason why I was given the “Unbreakable” nickname and so many people I have stepped into the ring with have misunderstood why! Some believe it means I can’t be physically broken while others believe it means I can’t be mentally broken! The reality though is… of course I can be broken both physically and mentally because I’m human! What the “Unbreakable” nickname means… is that with everything I have been through… a lot of which I can’t even speak about on live television… and I’m talking both professional AND personal… while it would have forced many other people to just give it all up?! I have repeatedly picked myself back up and continued moving forward! Through all the pain! Through all the suffering! THAT is why I am “Unbreakable” and far from weak!
She glares daggers into the eyes of The Unforgiven.
Stacy Jones: And I’ll prove it at WrestleWar… in a sixty-minute Iron Person match! What do you say, Damon?! The champion that never gives up taking on the challenger who never stops fighting!
The fans erupt at the sound of this.
Seth Ernst: Whoa! Is she serious?!
Miranda Augustino: A sixty-minute Iron Person match for the NFW Championship?!
Lucas Knox: The fans certainly like the sound of that! I can barely hear myself speak!
Staring back, Damon simply smiles, subtle though it is. Stacy roars back at him for his comments and you can practically see his hair being blown back from it cartoonishly.
Damon Cross: You’re on.
And just like that, it’s on! The fans are roaring at the thought, but Damon walks right past Stacy after accepting the challenge, stepping through the ropes and onto the apron… where he pauses. He stares up at the stage, out at the fans, then turns and looks back at Stacy, who had turned to watch him leave.
Damon Cross: For the record, though? I never called you weak, Stacy. You did. But now that it’s out in the open? You had better do something about it. Because if this is the Unbreakable One that shows up at WrestleWar?
He leans on the ropes a little, staring right at the champ.
Damon Cross: The Godkiller will feast on your mana.
Dropping the mic, Damon hops down to the floor and heads up the ramp as “God is Dead?” plays him from the ring.
Seth Ernst: The champion that never gives up against the challenger that never stops fighting in an Iron Person Match at the biggest show of the year?! If that don’t excite you, ladies and gentlemen, check your pulse!
Miranda Augustino: And you know for sure that both of these stars are gonna show up with their work boots on! Damon, though? He might have just brought me back to his side!
Lucas Knox: You might be pretty lonely on that ride, Miranda! These fans are clearly backing Stacy!
Jones drops her own microphone, not taking her eyes off of Cross as he makes his way up the ramp. Once he reaches the stage, he turns back around to face his WrestleWar opponent one last time as she proceeds to climb the turnbuckle and she raises her title high above her head, pointing to it with her free hand as she almost angrily yells that he’s not taking the championship from her come WrestleWar. From there, “Unbreakable” overtakes “God is Dead?” and Damon stands on the stage, staring intently at champion and championship, nodding as we cut elsewhere.

Tanja Devereaux: It must have been a surprise for people to see us at Collision but we have our plans and we need to put them into motion very slowly. We will have found a proper target in the world of the living that we have deemed UNWORTHY.
The cameras focused on the shrine to reveal a small photo of the recently crowned New Horizon champion El Toro Violento. Tanja flashed a coy smile across her lips as she placed a small cloth bag beside the photo.
Tanja Devereaux: El Toro Violento is someone who is as violent as they come but he has not seen a woman as deadly and violent as us.
Tanja heard some large footsteps coming towards her and Celeste and she folded her arms without focusing herself on the footsteps. Celeste kept an eye on the environment and she noticed the owner of the footsteps.
The bull-headed monster crosses his arms over his chest, the Event Horizon championship secured around his waist as he stares Tanja down.
The Cajun laughed under her breath as she sensed how silent he was for several moments as she remained focused on the shrine. She had her own mindset against him and she had her own plans for him. She picked up the small Gris Gris bag that she had near the photo of the champion and showed it to him.
Tanja Devereaux: Do not think that your big and brooding nature will scare us. We have our own brooding ways of doing things and we don’t always rely on the world of living to do so. Perhaps we can introduce you to the world and way of the dead.
At the mention of the Way of the Dead, Toro snorts and shakes his head side to side before taking a half step back.
Celeste could tell that El Toro Violento was getting slightly uncomfortable at the situation that Tanja was putting him in and remained close by. She is heard giving a small prayer like chant and Tanja nodded in agreement.
Tanja Devereaux: We will not change our way due to your discomfort. It is our way to educate people and if by doing this, we will educate you whether you like it or not..
Toro leans down, coming to eye level with Tanja before letting out a snort, smoke billowing from the nostrils of his minotaur-like mask before he turns and walks away

Brett Irwin vs. Otto Nova ©
~DING DING DING~
The bell sounded and Brett caught Otto off guard with a quick snap suplex, sending the champion crashing down to the mat. The move didn’t keep Nova down for long as he swiftly got back to his feet, taking Irwin down with a rough spinning heel kick for his troubles. Irwin hit the mat, but Otto didn’t give him a chance to get back to his feet on his own before he picked him up and threw him into the closest corner with quite a bit of strength. Nova ran at Irwin and grabbed him, flipping him back with a monkey flip! Brett scrambled to his feet after a few seconds, the impact from the monkey flip having taken his breath away for a second. Brett went at Otto, hitting him with a hard clothesline that sent the young champion stumbling! Irwin took advantage of the faltered steps and managed to get up behind Nova, hitting him with a spinning snapmare. Slamming Otto down to the mat hard, Brett went for a quick pin, hoping to end the match quickly and earn some gold. The referee slid down to start the pin count.
ON-!
The referee couldn’t even get his hand down for a one-count before Otto aggressively got his shoulder up, a glare coming to his face as he eyed Brett. Realizing that he could be in trouble, he scrambled to his feet again, looking for German suplex, but Otto wrapped his foot around the back or Brett’s to prevent the lift from happening. Instead, Otto hooked Brett’s around his neck and lifted the other man into The Third Degree of Nova! He didn’t stop there though as he got Irwin to his feet again, this time executing a beautiful release northern lights suplex! Nova climbed the turnbuckles with a grin on his face before leaping off, looking for The Shock Splash, but Brett managed to roll out of the way at the very last second! The sudden impact to the mat took Otto’s breath away as Irwin pulled himself up by the ropes, waiting for Nova to get back to his feet as well. Once the champion was up, Irwin charged at him, but Otto was quick on his feet and tripped Irwin, causing him to land on the ropes. Nova looked at him for a second before running to the opposite ropes, coming back at the other man and nailing him with Deep Space Nine! Otto backed up to a corner, waiting for Brett to start getting to his feet before charging at him and executing a vicious Gravity X! As Irwin collapsed to the mat, Otto pinned him.
