The opening notes to The Used’s ”Pretty Picture” begins to play, with a single spotlight shining on the stage as the song kicks off. Under the spotlight is none other than Kai Morgan, once again clad in a casual suit and being flanked by his manager Nova Juaquin, who looks proud as ever as she has the Undisputed Championship slung over her shoulder. The two make their way to the ring.
Kai then makes his way onto the apron, with Nova following right behind him. He sits against the ropes, opening them up so that Nova can step through before entering himself! Nova begins to talk up her client to the fans, with Kai standing still in the middle of the ring, unphased by the overwhelming vitriol thrown at him by them. Nova grabs up a microphone as the music fades.
Nova Juaquin: Awww…did you losers really expect anything different to happen at Rise of Legends? Did you really expect Bethany to take the Undisputed Championship from the rightful champion?
Nova let out a laugh as she listened to the increasing boos and jeers from the crowd. There was a smirk on her face as she let her wrist relax, causing the microphone to sort of fall to the side for a few moments. She let the crowd continue for a minute before she continued on.
Nova Juaquin: Then again…with heads as thick as all of yours, I’m not surprised that you thought Rise of Legends would go differently. You all really should listen, but I guess that’s a skill these pathetic schools failed to instill in all of you.
Kai takes the microphone from Nova.
Kai Morgan: When I won the NFW Undisputed Championship back in December, I was under the impression that I would come back to Chicago the next month to find a field of hungry challengers gnawing at my feet. I felt the pain, the anguish, and eventually the triumph that came with disposing of Kasey Kash. But if I’m being honest, the only word I can use to describe the last two months has been…disappointment. You understand my disappointment, Nova?
Kai turns to Nova, who gives him a nod.
Kai Morgan: Miles Watson was a disappointment, but what could you expect from the least well known of the traveling circus that is Heroes For Hire? Bethany Kenyon talked a big game…was still a disappointment. Those were, in all honesty, to be expected. But then, I come across Damon Cross, the man who didn’t even wait for my wounds to heal after that match with Kash to come knocking down my door. I thought to myself “This is it. This is THE guy. THE challenger. The Redeemer, the former World Heavyweight Champion!”
Kai shakes his head.
Kai Morgan: …Disappointment…But unlike the rest, that isn’t necessarily Damon Cross’ fault. It seems that for as much as we’re diegetically opposed, we have the same whiny ass, British thorn in our side, and that thorn’s name is “Nathaniel Dixon.” It just so happens that both these men are in the main event of tonight’s show. So rest assured, I’ll be watching closely. Gentlemen…DON’T disappoint me.
Kai drops the microphone, as Pretty Picture begins to play again! He sits against the ropes, allowing Nova to climb through and out of the ring. He follows her up the ramp as we fade.

Diamond Caldwell: “Do you know what I find funny...?”
She elicits a dramatic pause to give everyone watching a moment to figure out what Diamond finds hilarious.
Diamond Caldwell: “I’m scrolling through Twitter the other day. To my astonishment I notice my tag team partner, Nathaniel Dixon, acting paranoid over his tag team situation in Hybrid. Crying about being forced into a battle alone, his sister whining about Nathaniel being put in a handicap situation. Oh the freaking irony, huh?”
Diamond chuckles.
Diamond Caldwell: “Tonight... I am teaming with that man. The same one when our tag match was announced tweeted wonderful things such as I oppose Diamond. This tag match is disadvantageous to him. He’ll come up with a contingency plan, blah blah blah. Geez, for all the talk about me being a whiny paranoid bitch, my super genius of a tag team partner has me beat in that department this week. Not once have I pointed out how the relationship between Stacy and Nathianel could prove disadvantageous to ME or highlighting how I might feel like the one who is walking into an unfair situation. Least Stacy can trust her partner. I can’t.
“Since Mr. Dixon had wonderful things to say about yours truly. I fully accept this is gonna end in disaster, might as well state what’s on my mind. Nate, you’re a hypocrite, plain and simple. You expect professionalism from me? How about you practice what you preach? I get why you’re not a fan of mine. I hurt your precious, Stacy. To hop on Twitter, to essentially insinuate you’d turn your back on me at a moment's notice? Not very PROFESSIONAL, partner. You did break Steph’s ankle after your match with her was over. I tried to hurt Stacy after our match was over.
Remember your diatribe about this being a sport, people get hurt? Doesn’t feel good when the people who get hurt are the ones you care about? Whatever Nate. Whatever you say means little. You are no better than I am. I want to hurt people. So do you. Don’t cry a river cause I put poor, Stacy on the shelf for a couple weeks. Ok. If I have the chance to do it again tonight... I will. Fair warning. I don’t fear you or anyone in the locker room. Take that for what you will. See you out there... partner...”
Diamond scoffs. She flicks imaginary dirt off her shoulder. Walks off. The scene fades to black.

Cherry starts throwing punches and then hits a kick that sends Asmodeus to the mat. Cherry drops an elbow and then covers.

Cherry goes to mount Asmodeus and gets rolled into a cradle. Cherry kicks out and the two get to their feet. Asmodeus goes to kick Cherry and Cherry catches the painted demon’s leg. Cherry punches Asmodeus over the caught leg and then spins into a leg that drops Asmodeus onto her back. A second later, Asmodeus rises with the Demon’s Ascension that makes Cherry stare at her in wide wonder. Asmodeus jumps into a dropkick that catches Cherry unaware. Asmodeus throws a big clothesline that slams Cherry into the turnbuckles. Asmodeus jumps up, looking for a hurricanrana and Cherry catches her for a powerbomb.

Cherry goes to mount Asmodeus and starts to rain punches down on her painted face. Asmodeus rolls Cherry over into a modified victory roll style cradle.

Cherry goes to get to her feet when suddenly she looks around the ring to see a great company of demons in their black hooded robes. She looks around the ring, confusion setting in as she does so. She slowly looks around and turns into the mist from Asmodeus. Cherry staggers back clutching at her eyes, temporarily blinded by the mist. Asmodeus hits the Crown of Horns. Asmodeus covers Cherry.

She looks back at Lady Death and Santa Muerta who hang their heads before looking down at Amy who averts her gaze.
La Profita: We have to be better. If not, Yum Kimil will be demanding one of us be sacrificed to him. We must begin turning things around and it starts tonight. Tonight we begin our sacrifices anew and please our god once more.
La Profita snaps her fingers and in a flash, all four of them disappear.

The members of the Children of Nephilim stop and face him as a unit, all of them staring him down expectantly. Almost unnerved by this action, Christian hesitates. Sariel nods to him, her expression never changing.

Christian stares at her before stammering out the words he has been meaning to say.
Christian Michaels: You don’t talk as much as you used to… is there a reason for that?
Abaddon starts to push forward but Remiel raises a hand and she stops.

Sariel nods and the Children walk towards the curtain, leaving Christian standing there chilled and just as confused as before the words were spoken.

Remiel and Hananiel are just starting to turn away from Abaddon, Sariel and Shamsiel in their corner when La Profeta directs her charges, Lady Death and Santa Muerta, to attack in their usual manner. Shamsiel motions and Sariel calls out to the Twins from the floor. Remiel and Hananiel turn and move before starting to fight with Lady Death and Santa Muerta. Both pairs fight until the painted women both jump into victory rolls in stereo.

All four get to their feet and start fighting again before Remiel and Hananiel hit matching step-up enziguris on Lady Death. Santa Muerta clotheslines Remiel down and then nail Hananiel as well. She covers Hananiel.

Santa Muerta jumps on Remiel and gets rolled into an inside cradle. Lady Death breaks it up without a count. They all get to their feet and start trading punches again before Remiel tags in Abaddon. The biggest competitor in the match comes in and drills Lady Death with a shoulder tackle. Santa Muerta comes over and Abadddon scoops her up and slams her into her own corner. Lady Death jumps up and Abaddon catches her. Abaddon turns and slams Lady Death onto Santa Muerta. Lady Death rolls over and Hananiel physically makes her tag in La Profeta. La Profeta tries to escape but Abaddon pulls her over the ropes and gets her into a fireman's carry. She executes a Samoan drop on La Profeta. Abaddon remains for the cover.

Ringmaster: Welcome everyone! Tonight is a joyous night as I step into that ring to put on the show of a lifetime with Nakita Niles! Tonight is huge and tonight, all the people will see the greatest show on earth. We’re going to tear the roof down and show everyone why Chaos always wins.
Suddenly, out of nowhere we see Ringmistress pop up right in front of the camera, causing the cameraman to jump backwards a little bit as she laughs hysterically.
Ringmistress: I can’t wait wait to see the fun and chaos that ensues tonight! We’re going to have so much fun fun out there tonight and I get to spend more time with Mirmir!
Ringmaster: You certainly do, darling! Nakita, I hope you learned from our last encounter where I defeated you and you come into this one better and stronger than before. I want to see what you’re truly capable of. I know you can be so much here and I know you can climb to the top, but tonight is a hurdle for you and I hope you don’t fall and land face first into a pie!
Ringmistress begins laughing again as she mocks tripping and pretends to have a pie hit her face with her hand.
Ringmistress: Then she’ll be be a clown!
Ringmaster: And we don’t want her to be a clown. We want her to be a main attraction and a star in the middle of the three rings! Nakita Niles, the military woman, the next up and coming star! It won’t be easy for you though as I plan on giving you the fight and show of your life tonight.
Ringmaster gives a bow and bangs his cane on the ground as smoke billows out and when it dissipates, Ringmaster and Ringmistress are gone.

After Nakita Niles and The Ringmaster have both made their entrances, General Manager LeeAnn Viskan stands by the Wheel of Mayhem and sends it into a spin. It spins around in a blur for a moment before it slows down a stop, landing on…
LeeAnn Viskan: This match…is a TABLES MATCH!! Break some furniture, darlings!! We’ve got great home insurance!
The crowd pops as LeeAnn blows a little kiss to the wrestlers and strolls backstage, leaving the referee to ring the bell.
~DING DING DING~
The bell rang, and the two wrestlers cautiously approached each other in the center of the ring. Nakita made the first move, attempting to grab Ringmaster in a headlock, but he quickly countered with a hip toss. Nakita rolled to her feet and charged at Ringmaster, but he dodged her and sent her flying over the top rope with a clothesline.
Nakita crashed hard onto the outside mat, but quickly scrambled to her feet as Ringmaster rolled out of the ring after her. The two wrestlers began exchanging blows, trading punches and kicks as the crowd cheered them on. Ringmaster managed to get the upper hand, sending Nakita crashing into the ring post with a hard Irish whip.
Nakita clutched her back in pain as Ringmaster grabbed a nearby table and slid it into the ring. He set it up in the corner, grinning wickedly as he turned his attention back to Nakita. She had managed to crawl back into the ring, and was now on her feet, ready to fight.
The two wrestlers circled each other warily, each waiting for an opportunity to strike. Ringmaster made the first move, lunging forward with a clothesline, but Nakita ducked and countered with a dropkick. Ringmaster stumbled back, surprised by her quickness, and Nakita took advantage by charging forward with a series of kicks and punches.
Ringmaster was clearly taken aback by Nakita's sudden aggression, and she used this to her advantage by grabbing him in a headlock and slamming him to the mat. She quickly followed up with a snap suplex, sending Ringmaster crashing to the canvas. The crowd cheered as Nakita climbed to her feet, looking determined and focused.
Ringmaster managed to get back to his feet as well, but he was clearly shaken by Nakita's sudden burst of energy. He lunged forward again, attempting to take her down with a clothesline, but Nakita dodged him and kicked him in the stomach. She followed up with a DDT, slamming Ringmaster's head into the mat with a sickening thud.
Nakita quickly got to her feet and made her way over to the table that Ringmaster had set up earlier. She grabbed it and slid it out of the corner, positioning it in the center of the ring. Ringmaster was still groggy from the DDT, and he stumbled to his feet, looking disoriented.
Nakita saw her opportunity and charged forward, looking to spear Ringmaster through the table. But he saw her coming and sidestepped her, sending her crashing into the table and breaking it in half. The crowd gasped in shock as Nakita lay on the mat, writhing in pain.
Ringmaster took advantage of the situation by grabbing another table from under the ring and sliding it into the ring. He set it up on the mat, looking confident and assured as he turned his attention back to Nakita. She was now on her feet, but clearly shaken from the impact of the broken table.
Ringmaster charged forward, looking to finish off Nakita with a clothesline, but she managed to duck and counter with a dropkick to his knees. Ringmaster stumbled forward, and Nakita followed up with a powerful superkick, sending him crashing to the mat.
Nakita reached down to pick the Ringmaster back up but he exploded up on his own, stunning her with a Discus Forearm, sending her backwards against the turnbuckle. The crowd looked on as he set Nakita up on the top turnbuckle for a superplex through the table but Nakita managed to start fighting back, trading shots with him on the top rope. Ringmaster and Nakita spent a moment throwing back and forth shots before Nakita finally cocked back and NAILED Ringmaster with “Rightful Justice” (Women’s Right) rocking the Ringmaster! He started to fall back but Nakita caught him and tucked his head under her legs before flipping over into a Sunset Flip Powerbomb THROUGH THE TABLE!!!!!!

Seth Ernst: Wow, what a match Mir!!

Seth Ernst: That was a fight. Are we gonna see the same show of respect from Ringmaster–ohhhhhhh boy!
As Nakita is celebrating, the Ringmistress comes in to help the Ringmaster up. He immediately walks up, grabs Nakita and spins her around to face him. The crowd looks on in anticipation as Nakita looks ready to go another round but a small smile creeps across the man’s face as he extends a hand to her. Tentatively, Nakita shakes his hand and the Ringmaster raises her arm up, calling for the crowd to show respect. He steps back, takes his bow and leaves with the Ringmistress at his side. As they leave, he has a hand on the back of his head, letting his frustration show at another loss. His other hand, surprisingly enough, reaches out to slap the hands of some fans looking to show him some respect for his efforts.
Seth Ernst: New side of the Ringmaster we’ve been seeing, eh Mir?
Miranda Augustino: I hate to see him down on his luck but yeah, this isn’t like the diabolical madman that stepped into NFW a few years ago.

Dakota Winters: Congratulations on your defense in Rise of Legends! Just by looking at your face, you can tell us how happy you are right now. But I can't ask, now everyone wants to know how happy you are after your seventh title defense?
Ayu Megumi: I'm so happy to be able to defend my title against Asmodeus! For me it was another pretty tough match for me. Asmodeus did everything to beat me. But in the end I got through it! It was an obstacle that allowed me to develop myself to the next level. That's why I'm so happy. Asmodeus is another challenger that I will always remember, she gave me a really fun match and many things I didn't expect. Nothing makes me happier now than my seventh defense of the championship, but I think the time has come to be happy about the victory that has passed. I think it's time for me to look at my goals and my next opponent. As many of you can see, I got in trouble with my opponent Lana Corvin tonight. I already announced that Lana would be my next challenger. If I'm still stuck on winning in Rise of Legends, there's no way I can defeat Lana, so I'll focus all my attention on my next challenger. Will have to face Lana, despite how much Lana tries to play psychology on me. But I want to prove that Lana misunderstood me. Nothing Lana. Talk about me and it's right. Lana thinks I'm weak even though I've defended the title until now. But I'm going to change Lana's mind for myself and of course now I'll let Lana think whatever she wants but Lana will eventually realize just how stupid everything she said. I look forward to defending my championship. I don't know when my period will end but I will do my best!
Ayu finished speaking, Dakota nodded with a smile as Ayu's expression showed determination before Dakota asked her another question after Ayu finished her first question.
Dakota Winters: So Ayu, the next question is how ready are you for tonight's match where you face Alexandra Calaway and your next hopeful challenger, Lana Corvin?
Ayu Megumi: I'm very ready for tonight's fight. I think Adrianna will be up and running as well against Alexandra Calaway and Lana Corvin's team. and I never even thought of underestimating them in the slightest. I don't know if they underestimate me or not? But if they did that, it would be their mistake. I will fight until I win this match. I know there is a chance that I will lose this match but I will try not to let it happen and I will try to help Adrianna as much as I can. I know how much pressure this match has, I will try not to make any mistakes. I want to win this match. because it's important to me It's important because if I win I'll gain momentum before facing one on one against Lana and of course I haven't lost for a long time I want to keep this record even though I know in the end it's nothing. will stay forever But I want to keep it for as long as I can and no matter how hard Lana tries I will try harder. I know how good they are but that doesn't scare me. I know they have a chance to beat me and Adrianna but of course I'm very ready for tonight's match so this won't be an easy match for them. I will do the best I can. Tonight I will be a shining star again! I will do my best for my team and of course most importantly I will do my best for everyone who supports me tonight. After a moment the door opens to show Ashe Corvin, Lana’s father and manager, standing there.
Ashe Corvin: Hello Alexandra, come on in.
He steps aside to allow her to enter. In the locker room, Lana is finishing lacing up her boots with help from her wife Jamie.
Lana Corvin: Hey Alex, what's up?
Alexandra Calaway: Well I came to see where we stand going into this match? You and I both know that AYU is several of the Queens of Chaos’s buddies, and that’s not where I stand. I don’t care who they are friends with. Out there, it’s business. And tonight, I want to make sure we are on the same page, so that things are clear between us.
Lana Corvin: Good. I had a feeling that AYU being friends with Jessi and others wouldn’t be an issue. Especially after that social media pop off. As long as we are on the same page, and trust each other to have the other’s back, I think we’ll be just fine out there.
Alexandra Calaway: No issue here, I don’t care if AYU is their little sweetheart. When it comes to being in that ring, it’s about my legacy and leaving my daughter something she can be proud of when my time in this industry is through.
Lana Corvin: Exactly. And besides. I have a lesson to teach a princess. Don’t have the ability to do what you need, then you don’t deserve that title. Going to be the first of many lessons I end up teaching AYU.
Alexandra laughed, nodding her head.
Alexandra Calaway: People need to realize that there are things that must be done, when you hold a title, or want to hold one. If you can't do it, then why waste yours or the current champion's time.
Lana Corvin: That’s it exactly.You get it. Some of these other people don’t. Then again they didn’t have examples to live by growing up. Never had the chance to see what a real champion is like, how they act. The constant work to maintain your best. That’s why you and I understand.
Lana stands up straight and chuckles.
Alexandra Calaway: You can say that again. It seems as if everyone these days seems to forget what it’s like to grow up in the shadow of their famous parents, or they don’t understand the pressure we live under. We have a legacy to live up to. They lose a match, it’s nothing. We lose a match and it’s Alexandra or Lana is destroying their families legacy.
Lana Corvin: YES! Or they come out and say that your family name is all you got. Like you are just some talentless hack with a famous last name. I just hope Adrianna can see where we are coming from. But, who knows. All that matters to me in this match is getting the win and getting my hands on AYU.
Alexandra Calaway: Then that is what will exactly happen. If AYU comes in the ring, I’ll tag you in. I will make sure you get your shots on AYU. And when we win, they’ll see just who they are REALLY dealing with.
She extends her hand for Lana, waiting to see if she’ll shake it, sealing the deal as a REAL tag team. Lana nods and accepts the offered hand from Alexandra.

Lana and Ayu respectively start for their team. Ayu stares at Lana before deciding to extend her hands out to Lana for a handshake. Lana smirks as she shook her head before she will accept a handshake with Ayu but then she pulls Ayu in and connects with a Hurricanrana! Sending Ayu down to the mat! But Ayu quickly pops up back to her feets as Lana rushes to her and knee to Megumi's stomach making Ayu down to her knees Lana grabs Ayu's hair and force Megumi to look up at her “Aw, are you hurt princess?” Megumi groan out in pain as Lana grabs on her hair before Lana pick Ayu back up to her feets and pulls Ayu in and connects with a Clotheslines! But Ayu ducks under it! And grabs Lana from behind as she puts her arms under Lana's arms and STARSTROM!!!!!!!!!! DRAGON SUPLEX!!!!!!!!! NO! IT'S NOT CONNECTED! LANA CAN STAND ON HER FEET BEHIND AYU! Lana turn Ayu around back to face her and Lana connects with a STO! Sending Ayu down to the mat! Lana smirks and grabs Ayu's hair and pulls Ayu back to her feets and whips Ayu to the corner before Lana charging in and connects with a High Knee! But Ayu dodge again! Making Lana's knee hits the turnbuckle making Lana staggering out from the corner and Ayu connects with a Dropkick! Sending Lana down to her knees and face hits the middle turnbuckle! As Lana rest on the middle rope Ayu running towards the rope and One Foot Dropkick! Making Lana's face crash with the turnbuckle! Lana slowly rolls out from the ring as Alexandra checking her teammate before help Lana back to her feets but Ayu running towards the rope and bounce the rope back and connects with a Suicide Dive Into Tornado DDT! But Alexandra and Lana catching Ayu in the middle air and connects with a Double Suplex! Sending Ayu's back crash with the top of barricade making Ayu groans out in pain and Lana drags Ayu away from the barricade and throw Ayu back into the barricade making Ayu falls down to the concrete floor! Lana smirks and grabs Ayu's hair and pulls Ayu back to her feets and sending Ayu back to inside the ring.
Lana follow her prey back to inside the ring and kneel beside Ayu as Lana yank her hair up force Megumi to looking up at her again “Are you want to cry, princess?” Ayu tried to shook her head but Lana get back to her feets and pick Ayu up and sending her into the corner and Lana charges in and connects with a High Knee! And Lana made a tag to Alexandra! Alexandra drags Ayu away from the corner and whips Ayu to the opposite corner and charges in and connects with a Clotheslines! Leina is in the background herself, tuning her guitar while quietly strumming. She looks up as Stacy comes in, and her eyes narrow a little when she mentions Dixon, but she says nothing. Damon, pausing in his efforts, sits up briefly and stares straight ahead, not looking at Stacy just yet. A tired exhale leaves his body.
Damon Cross: Stacy…
He shakes his head and pauses for a long moment, putting his hands to his face, pressing his fingers into his eyes a bit.
Damon Cross: ...you’d have been better off saying nothing at all if that’s how you were going to start this conversation.
The Unforgiven’s hands lower, same as his head, which again shakes back and forth. Noticing this, The Unbreakable One’s demeanor softens as she folds her arms across her stomach.
Stacy Jones: I apologize, Damon… I know you do not think of me like that and… just this whole thing between Diamond and I?
Jones lets out a sigh.
Stacy Jones: It’s no excuse. Like I said, I apologize.
Damon Cross: Diamond is a petulant brat in need of a spanking that daddy never gave her. Dixon?
Another moment of silence before Damon rises, yet that moment stretches on far longer than expected. Instead of elaborating, Damon changes the subject.

Guitar draped over her shoulder, Li walks up to Damon and hugs him from the side. Damon puts his hand gently on her head, willingly accepting the affection of his daughter. It seems to calm him down a bit. Though he looks like he has something else to say, he remains silent and looks the slightest bit troubled.
Stacy Jones: You’re right. And hey… tonight I get the opportunity to receive two honors. Getting to team up with one of the greatest World Champions in NFW history… and having my match called by one of the greatest commentators in NFW history, right Li?
Li nods and grins in response. Damon, giving an odd little half-smile, acknowledges the compliment as the trio leave the locker room to make their way to the ring.

Diamond comes back and quickly all four are fighting again in the same pairings they have been the whole match. The referee tries to restore order but finds no one is listening at all. The crowd cheers on the fights even as they spill to the floor. The referee calls them back but again, no one is paying attention at all. As the fights start to get dirty, the referee can only shrug and call for the bell and throw the match out.
