Raion Kido appears on stage, letting out a lion’s roar, and flanked by Ryleigh Dixon.

Raion spreads his arms and breaks into a bird run towards the ring, slapping the fans’ hands along the way. He slides into the ring on his belly and springs into his feet - then opens a way in the ropes for Ryleigh to get in.

“Saint Seiyaaa! (Seiyaaa!)

Tsubasa wa ten wo kakeru

Erabareta moushigo no you niiiiiiiiiiiiiii!”

Facing the camera, Raion throws a one-two punch forward, his final pose as the music dies down and Ryleigh drops down the steps to ringside.

- Strength/Power: Owing to his puroresu style, he's strong and he packs a punch. Even if he ultimately loses, opponents will be feeling the pain the next morning.

- Endurance: For someone like Raion, getting up after being knocked down is all there is. There's an example to set, and he will do it, or die in the attempt.

- Versatility: Japan has many styles of wrestling, and he's learned the basics about all. From brutal hardcore fights to mat-based submission matches, he'll find a way to stay in the fight.

In-Ring Flaws:
- Speed: He's reasonably fast, but not the fastest out there, so he can be outmaneuvered by lighter, quicker opponents, such as high-fliers or lucha libre types.

- Intelligence: He's not stupid, but prefers fighting fair than seizing any kind of advantage, which he sees as dishonorable.

- Temper: He's got the courage and the heart, but that doesn't translate to making the right choices - which may occasionally make him bite off more than he can chew.
