Match #1/Singles
Eri Megumi vs. Keiji Sugiwara
Eri and Keiji wasted no time in getting the match going, locking up in the center despite Keiji having a bit of a height advantage over the new addition to the Destiny roster. He quickly got the clown around the neck, flipping her to the mat. He grabbed her arms and pulled back on them, putting his knee in the middle of her back. He wrenched back to add pressure but got his face a tad too close to Eri. She leaned her head forward then slammed it backward hard, connecting with Sugiwara’s face. The man quickly released the hold, his hands darting to his face. She scrambled away from the man, getting to her feet before running at the taller man, hitting a dropkick into his abdomen. Keiji stumbled backward a few steps, the impact of the dropkick catching him off guard. She ran and grabbed him by the wrist, throwing him into the ropes opposite of them. As he came back in her direction, Eri met him with a spinning heel kick straight to the chin, sending him stumbling again, into the corner this time.
Keiji had enough wherewithal to dodge the running clothesline that was coming his way, nailing Eri with a kick to the side of her knee causing it to buckle under her. He caught her, executing an inverted DDT to slam her to the mat. With the hope that she was down long enough, Keiji climbed the ropes and leaped off without checking, aiming to hit Loaded for Bear. Eri was still on the mat, but she rolled out of the way before the superstar elbow could connect, causing Sugiwara to grab at his elbow from the impact. She grabbed him, getting him back to his feet, only to hit a release German suplex on him. With him on the mat, Eri quickly locked in the Saigo no jōdan, putting an immense amount of pressure into the hold. Sugiwara began to reach for the ropes to break the hold, but the clown only intensified the pressure more and more until Keiji had no choice but to tap out.

She shakes her head and puts her hand against her forehead.

Jordan uncrosses her arms and holds them in front of her as she smiles.
Jordan Majors: So… that brings us to now. What now? One thing you’ll learn about me is I don’t like sitting idly by and letting things come to me. No, I’m going to MAKE things come to me. I have a match with Sue Plecks tonight and… I still can’t get over her name and occupation. But let’s be real here. As many matches as Sue has had to this point, she ain’t seen nothing like Jordan Majors. So here’s what we’re gonna do. Tonight I will remind each and every person why Celeste was so obsessed with me. Because she wants to be me.
Jordan smirks.
Jordan Majors: I know how conceited that is, but stay with me for a second here. She wants to be me. She wants to be like me. As good as me. Again, I know how this all sounds. But it’s true. I get it… it’s not my belief, but… well, been there in other ways. So all I can say about tonight is this – going in, I know you’re tough. I know you’re a threat. And you have my undivided attention. I’m gonna come at you as hard as you come at me and we’re going to give everyone an amazing match. And the better woman of the evening will be standing after it’s done.”
Trixie gives a smirk.
Trixie Decker: “Obviously, I intend that to be me.”
Trixie straightens up.
Trixie Decker: “But it’s not just my match that matters to me tonight. Jenn Drew is facing Cubic Zirconia Kate Steele-Plated and the winner faces me for my Zodiac belt. Now, this is a hard one. Who do I root for? On one hand, I want to knock Kate’s teeth down her goddamn cry-hole for the stunt she pulled, but I already caused her to lose a match.”
Trixie raises her hands, wearing two sock puppets – one looking like Kate Steele… sort of. The other looks passingly like Jenn Drew.
Trixie Decker: “But Jenn is also a shady lady who likes to manipulate people. She does seem like she’d be fun to trade punches with, and we both like puppets. I mean, she uses people like a puppetmistress and I’ve worked a few people like puppets when I--”
Trixie pauses and slowly lowers the puppets.
Trixie Decker: “We’ll save that story for NFW After Dark. Either way, I’m just excited I get to punch someone who honestly, truly deserves it. Fight well, ladies… and I’d say may the best woman win, but you’re both just… absolutely awful.”
Trixie blows a kiss as the camera fades.

Tanja Devereaux: We are facing the Zodiac champion in a non title match and it is something we are looking forward to. We will put the champion and those who wish to go after the title that we are not to be ignored in the division. We may not be an original member of the Destiny roster but it does not mean we do not deserve to be in contention for the title.
Tanja listened quietly to the environment of the arena with the various matches and other people around her but she didn’t react to the noises but she remained focused.
Tanja Devereaux: Trixie may be the champion but we only see someone who twists things for her advantage and not working on the skills that she would need in order to survive as a champion.
Tanja’s eyes flickered slightly as she shook her head in disappointment.
Tanja Devereaux: As a leader, we will not allow anyone to twist and manipulate things and that includes our life as a wrestler. We respect our craft and if someone, champion or not, doesn’t give that respect or hone the craft over the years; we will weaken their physical and mental spirit as much as possible. We will not allow this lack of respect from Trixie to continue and we will take the time to remove the title from her cold and dead hands when she least expects it.
The Cajun laughed coldly and Anna is heard laughing in kind in agreement.
Tanja Devereaux: The unworthy champion will not be allowed to continue her life as champion and if we must end her life in order to end that reign, we will do it!
Tanja nodded to Anna as the raven-haired woman left the Cajun to go and prepare her match.

Alastair Frost These idiotic marks and readers of the dirt sheets are just like my superiors who think I couldn’t amount to anything in my military career. These marks couldn’t believe I would be a Commanding Officer of a division and are just trash talking me and my skills. I shut them up real quick when I won the Rumbler to become the FIRST ever Destiny champion in the history of this brand. If they don’t like it, they can kiss my ass.
Alastair snorted loudly as he adjusted the Destiny title that was around his waist.
Alastair Frost Iida Mastuda is a woman who doesn’t know the true meaning of submission as she has not seen the life of the North American style of submissions and technician wrestling..
Alastair Frost knew that he had to nitpick Iida and her way of wrestling would put some people the wrong way but he really didn’t care. He saw things differently and he would call them the way he saw it and didn’t care about other people’s feelings.
Alastair Frost She will find out what happens to women who step into the ring with the Master Tactician, especially when they have issues with their neck or shoulder areas. I have faced women in the past and have a lot of respect for them stepping into the ring but that doesn’t stop me from treating any woman like any other enemy of the state or any civilian that doesn’t listen to orders given to them.
Alastair hears his cell phone go off but he puts it on mute before doing anything else.
Alastair Frost The Hell Hound will tap into the Black Ops of his past in order to remind Iida what is expected of her as a civilian and how much pain is important to survive in any environment, wrestling or otherwise.
He lets out a growl like laugh as he remembers the one that has been avoiding him as of late.
Alastair Frost Ronnie, Ronnie….. It seems you really don’t seem to like to get involved in things that you started with the Rumble match. The more you dodge me, the more you will become an enemy of the state and you will need to be tried for treason. You know how to find me Ronnie and I will be waiting. Until then, I have some business to attend to with Iida and her attempt of proving herself the leader of submissions on Destiny.

The bell rings and, as Diamond Steele is in the middle of gloating to the crowd, Jenn Drew runs in and just blindsides her with a running forearm, knocking her into a corner where she starts raining blows. With a title shot at stake, she’s not wasting any time! The referee starts to call for the break and Drew whips Steele out of the corner by her hair, slamming her to the mat. She runs in with a sliding lariat as Steele comes up onto her knees and levels her to the mat, hooking the leg for a cover.

Diamond kicks out, frustrating Jenn who mounts her on the mat right there and starts raining right fists over and over, clutching the hair with her left hand. The referee starts counting and gets to four before Jenn stands up and gets right up in his face. Jenn picks Diamond up and throws her against the ropes but Diamond comes back with a Cazadora Roll into a tight cover on Jenn!

Diamond pulls Jenn up, looking for a German Suplex but Jenn counters into a rolling headlock takedown, synching in the hold but Diamond gets her foot on the ropes. Jenn lets go, allowing Diamond to get to her feet but then charges in at her. Diamond jukes again, causing Jenn to run into the ropes and stumble back. Diamond pulls her down into a feigned schoolboy rollup but lets Jenn roll through and as she comes up on her knees, Diamond catches her with a grounded kick right to the head. Jenn hits the mat but before Diamond can cover her, she rolls out to the floor. The referee starts to count Jenn out but Diamond gets to her feet and runs off the ropes, going for a Suicide Dive. As she does, Kaede Tanabe grabs Jenn by the arm and yanks her out of the way, causing Diamond to painfully crash to the floor!

Jenn doesn’t give the referee time to check on Diamond as she goes right over, pulls her to her feet and Irish whips her right into the ring steps. Diamond goes head over heels over the steps to the adjacent side of the ring and the ref warns both women to get back inside. Jenn slaps her thighs, loading something up in her arsenal as Diamond staggers up to her feet. Jenn runs, kicks off of the steps for an assist and hits a hurricanrana on Diamond, taking her right back down. The referee starts to count and Jenn immediately rolls back into the ring, looking for a countout victory.
Lucas Knox: Oh, of course she’d take an easy dub!

Diamond Steele slowly gets up to her feet and makes it back in under the bottom rope at the count of 18. Jenn immediately forces her over onto her back and makes a cover.

The crowd pops and Jenn sits back, cursing at them for supporting Diamond. She even throws one fan her nation’s variant of the bird, extending two fingers at him before she pulls Diamond up to her feet. Jenn hits the corner running, looking for Cut The Strings (Tornado DDT) but as she comes off the turnbuckle, flying at Diamond, Diamond scouts it and catches her into a DIAMOND CUTTER!!!!! JENN’S DOWN!!!!! JENN’S DOWN!!!!! Diamond starts crawling towards her to make a cover. As she does, a commotion in the crowd draws the referee’s attention. The crowd’s popping as Ronnie Lester and Alastair Frost spill over to ringside, throwing fists at each other in a wild brawl.
Lucas Knox: Hey, watch out! It’s Ronnie Lester and Alastair Frost!! What’s going on?!
Olivia Mayfaire: They must have come to blows backstage but it’s spilled out here!!

The referee leans over the ropes, shouting at the two to get away from ringside. Diamond has an unconscious Jenn in a cover but looks up to see the referee distracted. She finally gets up out of the pin and tries shouting to the referee, not seeing a figure slide into the ring behind her.
Olivia Mayfaire: Hey, whoa!! Look out!!!! What the hell’s Trixie Decker doing out here now?!
WHAM!!!!
Diamond just barely turns around in time to have Trixie run up and smash her in the face with the Zodiac Championship before rolling out of the ring and dipping out through the crowd. Security finally manages to get Ronnie and Alastair away from ringside so the ref can turn around and finish her job…but he sees both competitors laid out on the mat. After checking on them both, she begins to count. Neither of the two are moving.
Lucas Knox: Referee Heather Young’s at 5, Liv! These two haven’t moved!
Olivia Mayfaire: One of them’s gotta!
The referee keeps counting up to 6…7…8… Both women have begun to stir…9…but, unfortunately…10! Referee Heather Young calls for the bell!
