Gimmick: Upon his return to NFW in 2018, Max took on a heel persona that sought to clear the way for all new blood in professional wrestling. He claims he is sick and tired of all of the long time legends and veterans of the sport, sticking around and clinging to their glory days because it keeps the focus on them as already established stars. This, he claims, prevents young stars who are just breaking into the business from getting noticed and making a name for themselves. He is essentially a "legend killer" with a misguided perspective.
Entrance Theme: "Destroy Your Life" by Huntress -
Entrance Description: The opening guitar riff starts and the lighting immediately darkens with red and white flashing across the ring and the ramp. A large red maple leaf symbol with a demonic skull face appears on the ring mat, slowly rotating. Shortly after the thirty second mark of the song, as is done with any member of the Renegades the other members appear from behind the curtain and take up the stage side by side. From here, Roger Arden begins his announcement as Max LeBrun finally emerges from the curtain, his head down under his hood. Arms shaking to loosen up.
"Making his way to the ring...being accompanied to the ring by Candi Broduer...he hails from Toronto, Ontario Canada, representing the Renegades and weighs in at two hundred and twenty pounds. HE IS -- THE TORONTO DAREDEVIL -- MAX!! LEBRUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!!!"
At this point, throws his arms out to arrogantly soak in the boos of the audience. He relishes in the hate as is seen from the twisted smile that forms on his face. He raises a fist to the crowd, 'popping the pin'. As the crowd throws numerous jeers and insults Max's way, he turns to give fist bumps, daps and high fives to the rest of the Renegades before he and Candi start down the ramp while the rest duck behind the curtain. Upon reaching the ring, Max hops up onto the apron, holding the ropes open for Candi before slingshotting himself over the top rope. He lands on his feet, immediately dashing for the other side of the ring and springboards off of the ring, backflipping and landing on one knee in a 'superhero' pose, before throwing back his hood and rising to his feet, glaring at the audience.
Favorite type of match: Ladder, Cage and Falls Count Anywhere. Anything that allows him to pull some crazy, aerial stunt.
Least favorite type of match: Any match that restricts his ability to move around uninhibited. I.e: Lumberjack, Inferno etc.
Favorite Weapon: Kendo sticks and ladders

In-Ring Strengths: Max is highly versatile in his moveset and extremely unpredictable. He is able to keep his opponent guessing and never falls into a routine pattern of offense. His martial arts background as a teenager adds a legitimate force to his kicks.
In-Ring Flaws: As a high flying "spot monkey" during his beginning into the business, Max has suffered previous injuries to his body. As a result, he must wear medical tape on his left shoulder during matches, making it a target for his opponents. Max also suffers some minor vision loss in his right eye due to an accident during his infamous Inferno Match with Kane in 2006. He isn't completely blind in the eye but can be a little delayed in noticing offensive maneuvers coming at him from the right side.
Wrestling Style: High flying, combined with technical wrestling and legitimate martial arts thrown in the mix.
Wrestling Attire: Black wrestling tights with a red waistline and the demonic skull maple leaf emblem on the right leg. On the left leg is a fiery blue hannya mask with the word 'DAREDEVIL' underneath. He wears black boots with black kickpads that have red and white outlining the edges. He wears elbow pads that are mostly black except for the red on the inner crook of his arms, as well as black gloves and red wrist tape. His gloves have red accents on the backs of them. For his entrance, he wears a hooded vest with a small Canadian flag hanging from one side. The flag is also displayed, stitched into the lower, right side. Other patches representing his gimmick as the Toronto Daredevil and member of the Renegades are sewn into the fabric on the front.

Short Bio: Trained by the likes of Dean Malenko and the late Chris Benoit, Max LeBrun stepped onto the professional wrestling scene as the beloved underdog. The young kid who put everything out there for the fans whether he came out on top or not.
Max started his career on the Canadian indie scene at sixteen but was offered a contract, at eighteen, in the original N*FW in 2005, when more of his mentors, Scott Leroux and Voodoo, noticed his drive and determination to succeed. He added much needed offense to Team Canadaβs feud against the Dominion of Pain, helping to even out the numbers. This lead to a memorable feud against Kane that culminated into what some dare call, one of if not *the* greatest Inferno Match, ever. Despite his efforts, Max came out of the match with a loss and a permanent reminder of his failure.
After N*FW went under with the former owner, Max returned to the independent scene, taking on a new attitude. He continued to wow the crowds with his antics that had earned him the moniker βThe Toronto Daredevilβ but he sought additional training, tired of feeling like a spot monkey. With the rise of the new N*FW, Max was disgusted by the signing of mostly older veteran names, rather than offering opportunity to young, new talent. Coincidentally, he felt this included him, being only in his early thirties today. Seeking out like minded individuals that shared his cause - initially, former stable rival Julian Morrison (formerly referred to as Lasher) - Max negotiated their way into the N*FW...and is now waging a war against the older generation.
