During the opening drum fills of FFDP’s Making Monsters, lights flash all over the arena before they all center on the entranceway. Eavan Maloney rides out on a 2018 matte black Harley-Davidson motorcycle in street clothes of black leather and her Shieldmaidens kutte, her blonde hair normally in pigtails is in a ponytail. Eavan throws her right arm in the air before riding down to the ring, doing a lap around the ringside area and parking her bike at the bottom of the ramp. Eavan takes a bat out of a saddlebag on the bike and slides under the bottom rope and gets up on the second rope of all four corners and raises her arm again at each corner, before leaping backwards off the last corner and asks for a microphone.
Eavan Maloney: Oh! Hey Chicago, welcome to Saturday Night Trauma!
Crowd cheers and Eavan puts her hands together and bows to the crowd before continuing..
Eavan Maloney: Now, as you can see, I’m not in my usual ring gear, I had a few things I wanted to get off my chest before my match later on tonight. So, bear with me as I take you all on a trip down memory lane. May 2019, I won my first NFW title, the Women’s Television Title, from Candi Brodeur. Week in, week out, I took on every challenger until I lost to a very game Angel Kusanagi a few months later. Not long after that, November 2019, I won the Silver Mountain Title from Rick Dickulous in a hellacious match that I still have a few scars from. As you’ve probably noticed, there’s no Silver Mountain Title around my waist, yet my shoulders never touched the mat nor did I submit. So far as I’m concerned, I never actually lost that belt. You know what? I ain’t even mad anymore. Besides, I still have the old version of the belt, and if everyone else wants to consider themselves a champion, least mine would be legit. I know others have held that title since and my reign only counts in the archives. I know Morgan Payne held it for a while and good on her. I couldn't even tell you who has it now. I hadn’t exactly been following since I left the last time.
Eavan smirks and shrugs before looking sheepishly into the camera.
Eavan Maloney: That’s the other show though. Hell, there’s even a third show now. Y'all been busy since I was away. I’m not going to disparage what the others do and have done, I have friends on the other brands so let’s focus on what we’ve got here, shall we? Since I’ve been back, I’ve defeated a former Trios Champion and a current Trios Champion, so maybe it's time I start taking some Trauma gold. Socialites, no need to be nervous. I work alone, so those titles are safe from me. I considered for a brief, trust me VERY brief, second about going for the US Title, but seeing as nobody else wants it either? I’m just saying.
Eavan gleefully puts a hand over her mouth like she was caught saying something she shouldn’t, before starting to laugh.
Eavan Maloney: Oh I’m sure I’ll get blasted on social media for that, because how dare I allude to certain people. But hey, since I’m living in your head rent-free, I’m bringing a half dozen angry chihuahuas and sixty-three fussy babies. Let THAT shit ring in your ears. Sorry, got side-tracked. Now I know Adrianna Salavtore is busy for a while with that Guardians of the Galaxy or whatever they’re calling that tournament. However, I’m going to remind you, Adri, I kicked your ass once before, maybe even twice, to keep the TV Title. Just know, sooner or later, I’m coming to do it again.
Eavan extends her bat toward the camera and makes a motion of a gun firing before smiling wide and cocking her head, showing her pearly whites.
Eavan Maloney: Which leads me to The Ringmaster and his Psycho Circus. Wait, wasn’t that a KISS album? Sorry, I meant Chaos Circus. Now, I like a circus like the next person, except for the clowns. I… kinda have a thing against clowns. They’re REALLY not funny. The highwire acts, the trapeze artists, the elephants, though? Love it all. What I like about you and your circus specifically, Ringmaster, is your Genesis Title. The title first held by ‘Venom’ Dona Rotten...
The crowd cheers for Dona Rotten, which makes Eavan smile.
Eavan Maloney: ...My ride-or-die Katie Anderson...
The crowd cheers again at the mention of Katie Anderson.
Eavan Maloney: ...and now you. Wait, wait, I know a couple of others held it but really, who are they in the larger scheme of things? As I told you this week over social media, I was impressed by your handiwork in getting that title. And I agree, we’re two people cut from the same cloth. I don’t tend to give respect to people I hardly know, but I respect you. I respect your circus. I respect what you built here… but we have a problem. That problem is you have a championship and I want it. Now, I don’t need the title tonight, but what I DO need is to beat you. That way, Izzy… her and I are tight if you define tight as me blowing up her phone and she ignoring me, so I can call Santiago Izzy. A win tonight will let Izzy see that, despite the fact I’ve been gone awhile, I can be the highlight Trauma sorely needs. I can bring back, and elevate, the prestige of the Genesis Title. And that continues tonight when you, and your admittedly glorious mustache, step into the ring against TRUE chaos. Come play, big boy.
Eavan tosses the microphone and waves to the crowd before exiting up the ramp on her bike.

The scene opens with the manager of the Heroes for Hire, Gregory Murphy, standing in the forefront of the frame - whilst his clients linger behind him, all holding onto their Zion Wrestling Trio's Championships as Murphy grins from ear to ear, rubbing his hands together in excitement.
Gregory Murphy: "It was only a matter of time."
He turns to face his group, nodding his head in approval.
Gregory Murphy: "I told you people that the Heroes for Hire were coming with numbers. I told you that the Heroes for Hire would become the most sought after team in this industry, I said that we were about to shake the foundations of this promotion to it's very core. We've already got ourselves three of the best in Liam Richardson, Miles Watson and Takashi Shinobu - who have ran through each and every obstacle that has been put in front of them since they've been here. Tonight, they finally get to test their chops against the Trio's champions, The Socialites."
"And like I've been saying since we got here, this is the match that we've been waiting for, and despite it being a non title match - we know that the implications in this one, it runs deep... we've already cemented ourselves as one of the best trio's on Trauma and now, an opportunity to knock on the doors of the champions, who we have been hunting! This is everything we could've wished for and more and don't think for a second, we're going to be wasting this shot... and now, we've completed the puzzle. The last missing piece of the jigsaw... one of the most renowned and respected professional wrestlers in the world, who has been a world heavyweight champion, has been a multiple time champion - everywhere he's been, he's cemented himself as a staple. And now, Your Hero and Mine, is ready to lead the Heroes for Hire here in New Frontier Wrestling, and the possibilities are endless."
Emerging onto the screen is the debuting newest signing, Mark Storm, with applause and cheers being heard from the main arena.
Mark Storm: "The hard work starts now. You guys have already laid the foundations, spread our name and boosted our reputation as one of the best teams in the world. Now, we're about to affirm that fact. The Heroes for Hire are here to salvage New Frontier Wrestling, from all the vermin, all the douchebags, scumbags and assholes you have roaming through these locker rooms, just know that they've been put on notice. They already know that, sitting there in catering - probably watching this, scared, intimidated, as they should be because they now, that when it comes down to it, they're no match for us."
We're only just beginning to scratch the surface, we're only just beginning our climb - our descent to greatness, and together, anything is possible. Tonight, I'll make light work of Jimmy Bones whilst my trusted partners, they'll get the job done against The Socialites because this is all we know. We're all about business, we're all about getting the job done. This is the beginning of a beautiful union, ladies and gentlemen... I'm looking forward to it."
The scene gradually fades with all four h4h members posing for the camera.

Loree Merope looks a bit puzzled.
Loree Merope: No, she's outside occupied at the moment, would you like for me to fetch her?
Dakota Winters: NO!
Loree gives the Trauma interviewer a peculiar look.
Loree Merope: What are you on about, girl? Why do you seem so dodgy?
Dakota look frustrated and slightly annoyed, but Loree quickly figures things out.
Loree Merope: Ah, you don't want the girl to interrupt you again!
Loree flashes a goofy smile with those words, combs her fingers through her hair for a moment, and then walks up closer to Dakota.
Loree Merope: Ok, ask away!
Dakota Winters smiles and gets her microphone while the cameras for the interview start rolling and the scene changes to the view from said camera.
Dakota Winters: Good evening, everyone, I'm Dakota Winters and I'm here with my guest, the manager of Ibbie, Loree Merope! Loree, you've had a couple of high points this past week. Do you care to share?
Loree Merope: Certainly. When I recruited Ibbie, I knew she would excel in the ring and when Lorna began training, I saw her natural ability would bring her far. Last week on Trauma, Ibbie gained a victory and a spot in the Guardians of the Pyramid match. Lorna, on Collision just a few days back, won her match as well. Both of my clients were in the main event of their respective brands. So, both of my clients have shown they have what it takes and shown the world what I saw in them in the past and still do today. There will be a lot of downs, though, but we'll take the ups as we get them.
Dakota Winters: Shifting gears a little, some of the roster had questioned the methods with which Lorna won her match. What do you have to say regarding this?
Loree Merope: Lorna is a Collision roster member and so this doesn't really matter on this show, but she was trained to win by any means necessary and that's just what she did. She's got a mean streak in her that she taps into under certain conditions and those were met. I can't say much more on the matter other than don't flip a switch without knowing what it does.
Dakota Winters: Fair enough. Now, as far as Ibbie, tonight she is once again in the main event and has a trios match where she teams with Kasey Kash and Lana Corvin going against the team of Alexandra Caldwell, Ashley Kenyon, and Lluvia Cane. What do you expect from your clien--
Ibbie: Hi, I'm Ibbie!
As Ibbie walks into the scene, Dakota looks extremely frustrated.
Ibbie: You are you and you are Dakota Winters most likely, but probably not, but then again maybe named after the state where I...
Ibbie stops herself and points to Loree.
Ibbie: Where we live. Anyway, I don't know why you gave me the open mic last week, but I took it and ran with it just like I did with my match that same night.
Dakota Winters: Ibbie, thank you for, uh... joining us. I was just discussing, with Loree, your match tonight where you are teaming wit--
Ibbie: Oh yes, I am facing Alexandra who is the cream of the crop, in her mind, at least. I mean, if you don't have confidence in yourself, who is it that you rest your confidence in each day? So, I can see where she's coming from and she's backed up her claims holding onto that Genesis championship for as long as she did. Although, she did lose it after being defeated by her own manager.
Ibbie snickers to herself.
Ibbie: Then, you have Ashley Kenyon, someone who is part of the trios team Arsenal. She's probably got more experience in trios matches than any of us tonight, but that's with her normal team members, she's gotta mesh with a new team tonight. Ashley defeated Coda to get into the Pyramid, but I've defeated Coda before and faced her and Kai Morgan together to get into that match. Lluvia Cane defeated Kai to prevent him from qualifying, and I defeated him to prevent him again. I will say, however, that Kai was one of my greatest challenges to date making me earn that spot, so to face someone tonight who defeated him too will provide another big test. Lluvia won the first time to qualify for the Pyramid and didn't need a second chance like me, so I respect that she was able to pull that off against Kai.
Dakota Winters: Speaking of Kai Morgan you will be team--
Ibbie: Oh, look at this main event! It has Kai Morgan written all over it. I defeated Kai last week, Lluvia defeated him before me, I'm even partnering up with one of Kai's former friends, Kasey Kash!
Dakota Winters: So, you've covered your opponents, but what--
Dakota pauses thinking Ibbie is going to interrupt again.
Dakota Winters: --are your thoughts--
Dakota seems almost flinching as she pauses another time in anticipation of Ibbie's interruption, but it doesn't happen. She continues.
Dakota Winters: --on your teammates for ton--
Ibbie finally interrupts and Dakota sighs while almost ready to leave.
Ibbie: Hey, I'm teaming with Kasey Kash, the Desputed Undisputed Champion. Start printing the shirts. I'm happy to be aligned with him because of how tough of a fighter he is when that bell goes off. He's got confidence enough to call out anyone he wants to face in the ring and make demands of management here. I have Loree to do that for me, but we all can't have a Loree to look out for us. I'm glad that in this match, Kasey will be one of the two looking out for me. Besides, if he lets something happen to me, I'm sure he'll hear about it from my man, JAHJAH! So, I'm confident he'll have my back, as they say. As for Lana Corvin... She defeated me and prevented me from qualifying for the Guardians of the Pyramid match the first time. Sure, we had a lot of words before, but I feel after that match, we gained respect for each other. I'm sure Lana respects me like I respect her, but tonight we'll see how that respect translates to the ring. I'm feeling pretty confident going into this because I know my partners will be on top of things and I will be the best Ibbie I can be tonight! I'm always improving!
Dakota Winters quickly asks her next question.
Dakota Winters: Final thoughts, Ibbie?
Ibbie: I'm partnering up with one of Kai Morgan's former friends in Kasey Kash, I'm Happy to be aligned with him, I'm glad he'll be looking out for me, I'm sure he'll hear from JAHJAH if he doesn't, I'm confident he'll have my back, I'm sure Lana respects me like I respect her, I'm feeling confident going into this match with both my partners, I'm always improving, and I'm also still Ibbie! The best Ibbie! ALWAYS IBBIE!
Dakota Winters: Well, there you have it, Ibbie seems confident--

Vanessa gets Miles Watson and sends him through the ropes out onto the apron as well. Danielle nails Liam Richardson and then rolls him up. Tiffany Lynn shuts up allowing the referee to see the pin attempt. He counts.

I've always put up with what you say on social media, I hope I can shut your mouth up this week but in the end I don't think so because you'll be bringing someone along with you. So this is your chance to get dirty like that and I'm not afraid. I am ready to prove myself against every obstacle you try to challenge me. After that I will prove that what you are trying to insult me is an idiot. Oh and congratulations on your success. You did it before me and I have no excuse for that. It's a pleasure, isn't it!? But that doesn't change my opinion of you. And I'll do what you don't expect, I'll show you what I can do. I am someone you will worry about because you think you are above me in everything. But really, there's nothing you can do better than me.
Ayu Megumi bowed his head for a moment before sighing and looking at the camera again, Ayu's face was rather plain. And rather emotionless, Ayu didn't show any emotion.
Ayu Megumi: You seem proud of what you did to me. Such a pathetic but who accepts you, Jessi, you only have your friends. You might say you don't need fans. But that's just your excuse. You need respect from everyone here. But you failed from the start, that's why you failed. Don't wonder why your challenges can't stop me. Because the truth is you are not strong. Even if you try to be creepy But for me, what you are, it doesn't scare me. But it made me feel quite funny. And it doesn't make me nervous about what you'll bring to me. Come on, Jessi. Everything you think you can hurt me. I'll wait to see what you have to say and then you can really give me. You should worry about what I have prepared for you. Because you said some of your plans, but remember I haven't said anything about my plans, don't think I don't have a plan. I'm not a brainless person when I meet people like you I always have a plan. And I'll give you the unexpected. You said you would teach me a lesson, right? What if it was me to teach you a lesson? A lesson you didn't think you would get it. Maybe it will give you something to think about. I still expect you to be able to come back to how I was, I hope my expectations are not too high, right? Jessi, whatever you've done to me, this is my chance to get revenge on you. And the more you do, the more I will take revenge than what you did to me. Just the slightest mistake of yours will be your lesson forever. No matter how nasty you can think of it will end up here, Jessi, you can't stop me. You can't stop my revenge. Ayu Megumi finished speaking and she smiled again before she took off her glasses and walked away from the camera and after a while the camera went off.

We cut to ringside, where we see Ayu Megumi already in the ring. She paces the canvas, obviously ready for this match as a look of determination crosses her face. Just then, the hard rock remix of “Oh No!!” by grandson plays, signaling the arrival of Jessi Ozborne as she strolls onto the stage, with Marina Flores, Kyleigh Rose, and Macy Sanders flanking her! She’s adorned in her usual leather jacket/leather gloves/sunglasses/bandana combo, and of course, her NFW Canadian Championship! However, one look at the rest of her attire shows that she’s not all dressed to compete tonight, with it consisting of skinny ripped blue jeans and a crop top!
Seth Ernst: What the hell is this? Jessi Ozborne hasn’t even shown up tonight in wrestling gear! I knew she’d flake!
Miranda Augustino: Hold on now, Seth! I’m sure she’s got a perfectly reasonable explanation for this!
Jessi takes a microphone Marina, who shushes the crowd before she speaks.
Jessi Ozborne: Hello, Chicago! Papi’s home!
The crowd boos at what seems to be Jessi’s new catchphrase.
Jessi Ozborne: Now Ayu, I know you’ve been waiting so long to get your hands on me. And who couldn’t blame you? It is me we’re talking about here!
Jessi’s posse laughs along as she continues.
Jessi Ozborne: But here’s the thing, mon cheri, I did indeed promise you a fair fight! And trust me, you’re going to get one. But…I never told you that I was the one you’d be getting that fight against…
Seth Ernst: You gotta be kidding me…
Miranda Augustino: I mean…she’s not wrong?
Jessi Ozborne: So let me do the honour of introducing your actual fair fight…
Seth Ernst: Well would you look at this! That’s Alexandra Calaway!
Miranda Augustino: I knew for sure that Jessi was friends with the Dark Queen, but I didn’t think she’d actually bring her here to fight Ayu Megumi tonight!
Seth Ernst: Is this even allowed?!
Miranda Augustino: I’m sure Marina Flores worked her magic on this somehow! Regardless, the referee is in the ring and ready to go, so I guess this match is happening!

Calaway rushes across the ring, hitting Megumi with a Big Boot while she’s caught off guard staring at Ozborne! The soundtrack for the match is set immediately following this, with all four of the women occupying the ringside area whooping and cheering at an insufferable volume! This generates two distinctly different reactions from the two competitors in the ring, with Calaway taunting as Megumi rolls her eyes! She gets to her feet, with Calaway looking to go after her! Megumi sidesteps Calaway, sending her into the ropes before catching her with a Drop Down as she returns! Calaway hits the ropes again, this time coming to the receiving end of a Dropkick by Megumi! Calaway scrambles back up now, rushing after Megumi to regain control of this one! But she trips her down, getting on top of her for the cover!

Kick out by Calaway! The two scramble back up to their feet, this time with Megumi being the one to charge after Calaway! In a reversal of fate, Calaway is the one to sidestep Megumi, sending her into the ropes! Megumi tries to turn the tables on Calaway with a Lariat upon her return! But she ducks underneath it, taking Megumi down with a Teardown Suplex! She kips up off the move, much to the very audible delight of her group at ringside! She takes the time to communicate with them from inside the ring, pointing to them and drawing a little heart with her fingers before turning her attention back to Megumi just in time to see her on her knees! This proves to be very advantageous to The Dark Queen, with her hitting the ropes and attempting to nail Megumi with a Curb Stomp! She gets her head up and out of the way however, grabbing Calaway from behind for Schoolboy Roll Up that doesn’t even glance the count of one before she kicks out! She rolls back to her feet, catching a still prone Megumi with a Basement Dropkick! Cover by Calaway!

She looks to get back into the ring, climbing to the apron before being met with a Kick to the midsection by a recovered Calaway! She pulls Megumi back into the ring before hitting her with the FALLEN ANGEL!! DOUBLE UNDERHOOK FACEBUSTER CONNECTS!! She goes for the pin!

Winters beams while staring at her engagement ring before then switching back to professional mode.
Dakota Winters: Anyway. Onto business.
Stacy Jones: Indeed.
Jones nods as she folds her arms across her stomach.
Dakota Winters: Stacy? Tonight is your first match back in over three months and you’re going up against Cherry Addams. How are you feeling going into this bout?
Stacy Jones: Well like I said on social media, I’ve been thrown right into the deep end in my first match back being put against Cherry, but I also said that I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Cherry is as tough as they come and I know she’s going to be a true test for me to see if there is any ring rust there.
The interviewer nods.
Stacy Jones: See the last time Cherry and I shared a ring together, we were partners against Faye Brown and Adrianna Salvatore and we were victorious after Cherry put Adrianna away. The fact that she pinned the current Undisputed Champion speaks volumes on just how tough she is. So of course, it’s gonna be a tough challenge… but I’m “Unbreakable” Stacy Jones baby… and I always welcome a challenge.
Winters nods again.
Dakota Winters: Well after your monumental return last week, you mentioned on social media that you have championship aspirations and you just mentioned current Undisputed Champion, Adrianna Salvatore. Does this mean you have your sights set on that title?
The Unbreakable One smirks.
Stacy Jones: Who DOESN’T have their sights set on the Undisputed Championship? It’s what everyone on this roster is striving for. Thing is, Dakota… you know me. I do things the right way. I work my ass off week in week out and I climb my way up that proverbial ladder in an attempt to reach the top. Now that I’m back, you bet your ass I have my sights set on that title… but I also know there are others who have their sights on the same thing. So I’ll keep doing what I do best… climb my way up… do my best to defeat as many of my opponents as possible… and when that time comes? I’ll fight like my life depends on it to take that championship from whoever is holding it at the time, whether that be Adrianna or someone else.

Ashley Kenyon: Fucked if I know. They both came in here through opposite doors, took one look at the other and pulled a Grandpa Simpson… turned around and walked right back out the doors.
Dakota nods slowly.
Dakota Winters: Are they coming back?
Again, Ashley shrugs.
Ashley Kenyon: I don’t know but I would tend to doubt it. After that tête-à-tête they had the other day on Twitter, I don’t think they wanna spend any more time together in the same place than they absolutely have to, especially when that time is not to be spent trying to beat each other’s brains in with their fists and other blunt objects they might find handy.
Dakota Winters: So how will this affect your match tonight where you three have to work as a team against Kasey Kash, Lana Corvin and Ibbie?
Ashley almost laughs.
Ashley Kenyon: Considering how much everyone else tends to get pissed off at Kasey Kash every time he takes a damn breath and he’s likely to do that many times during this match, they might just have somebody to be annoyed with more than each other. Add in that Lana Corvin is likely to not take kindly to us existing in her presence either because she's a Corvin, it’s kinda what they do is attempt to remove whoever is standing in front of them from existence just because they can and… well, we exist… they might be able to stand there and fight despite their personal dislike for one another.
Dakota Winters: Won’t that hamper their ability to mesh together as a unit?
Ashley almost laughs.
Ashley Kenyon: There have been teams for a hundred years that prove you don’t have to like each other to kick ass together. They don’t need to give a shit if the other one makes it out of that match alive, they just have to give a shit that they win and we know they both give a shit if they win. Alexandra prides herself on being “Dat Girl” and anything that stands in the way of her being “Dat Girl” gets hit… hard. Lluvia’s the same way, if not in the same verbiage. Kasey, Lana and Ibbie, they’re in the way and that means we’re gonna see them wanna fight like hell to remove them as an obstacle!
Dakota nods.
Dakota Winters: What about you?
Ashley Kenyon: Me? I’m just ready to fight and I really don’t give a damn who they put in front of me. I’ve had matches against my sister, my best friends and everyone in between for championships before and I’ll be damned if I’m gonna start half-assing that shit now!
