The cameras cut to backstage, where we can see “The Bastard Son” Ryan Peters pacing back and forth in front of the camera.Ryan Peters: ”I… I’m gonna keep this short and brief for you. I’m still… processing what happened at Invasion between myself and my father… I don’t… don’t know what this means for me and… well… my career. This is… uhh… confusing times. I’m still gonna be in NFW… I’m still going to be taking my own path in this wrestling business… but… yeah. After what happened… I just need to figure some shit out.”
And with that, Ryan waves the cameras off and puts his head in his hands, taking a deep breath in.

She demanded it. Even in Inarra’s dreams, She demanded it. The Blessed Lady of the Seas.. The one true Goddess that all pirates, seamen and navigators feared. All the smart ones, anyway. But, not Inarra.
Inarra, in fact, worshiped and prayed to Our Lady of the Seas. This was apparent as the camera came to life within her locker room at the arena.
There were many signs of the Goddess within the room. It was turned into a Captain’s quarters. Candles, fishing nets and the like adorned the walls and along the floor of the room. And on the northernmost wall an altar was set up. Set upon it were various crystals and pieces of shells and the like. Upon this altar burned a few candles and an incense burned upon it.
Capt. Inarra "Applejacks" Black: “Blessed Lady of the Sea. Mother of the Monsters of the Deep. I call to Thee! I present to you this sacrifice of gold and silver.”
She lifted a black velvet back up to the sky and then leaned forward to place it upon the altar.
Capt. Inarra "Applejacks" Black: “So, Hayley Halsey called tha police on me. An’ all ‘cause I gave her tha impression tha’ I had taken tha Perseverance Belt an’ melted it down. Now, I must say tha’ m’ plan worked flawlessly. But, ye must ask yerself… Did I really yoink tha belt?”
Inarra grinned towards the camera. A mischievous grin at that.
Capt. Inarra "Applejacks" Black: “One day, perhaps ye’ll all find out. Now, I would like t’ point out tha’ Hayley brings ‘lot on herself. She walks ‘round tha arena makin’ demands tha’ make nae sense. An’ fer tha most part, Mr. Brody doesna entertain any o’ these asinine demands. He does wha’ he can fer tha members o’ NFW an’ those o’ us in tha locker room.”
Inarra stands up and moves so that she is standing in front of the camera.
Capt. Inarra "Applejacks" Black: “But now, she’s t’ face Griffin Hawkins. An’ try’na run from wha’ she’s obligated t’ do.. Per her contract.”
She leans forward and laughs.
Capt. Inarra "Applejacks" Black: “Hayley, yer nae goin’ t’ win tha’ battle. I make ye this promise.. T’ keep ye honest in tha’ match wit’ Griffin, an’ t’ make sure ye dinna cheat, I will be at ring side.”
She turns and starts to head towards the door.
Capt. Inarra "Applejacks" Black: “Now, if’n ye’ll ‘cuse me, I have a match tha’ I need t’ head out t’. Ryan, I hope yer ready. ‘Cause tha seas are unforgivin’. ‘Nd me e’en more so. Ye’ll be tellin’ nae tales…”
She cackles madly as she turns and skips out of the room and the camera switches back to the commentator’s table.

As the show returns from the ad break after the opening match, NFW’s Chief Executive Officer Steven Brody stands in the center of the ring, dressed in his newer attire of a dark suit with a microphone in his hand. Beside him is a table with a red velvet cloth covering the surface. The crowd shows their support for the company, still standing after the grueling two night series of battles they had against Zion Wrestling at Invasion. Brody smiles slightly as he looks around at the screaming audience before raising the microphone up.Steven Brody: Chicago, Illinois! Home of the New Frontier! How are we doing tonight?!
The crowd responds in kind, reaching a deafening volume once more. The camera sweeps over the faces in the crowd, applauding.
Steven Brody: I honestly can’t express enough in simple words how good it feels to be standing here, greeting all of you here on Tuesday night Collision. Last week was a dark period. Perhaps the darkest that this company has ever faced. We stood in the face of an adversary like no other. We fought them head on and…when it comes down to brass tacks, we most certainly almost didn’t survive.
There’s a mixed reaction this time. Some cheering for the fact that NFW is still here; some starting to boo for the fact that Zion even had them in that situation but Brody quickly raises a hand, asking for silence.
Steven Brody: No, no, no. Please, don’t. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the men and women of Zion Wrestling. Like us, they have some of the finest talent in the business and I can admit, without shame, that had it not been for a Hail Mary near the end, Kai Morgan and his roster would have had us beat. In fact, it makes me sick to my stomach to see what happened at the end of the night, following that spectacular main event because I never got to congratulate that young man for the valiant effort he and his own put into that war. New Frontier may be the present of the sport but mark my words, Zion is the future of professional wrestling at its peak, and when we find out what has happened to Kai Morgan, when we have him back, I’m going to shake his hand and give that tough son of a bitch the proper recognition he deserves!
The crowd responds in unison now, cheering and applauding. Brody gives them a moment to express themselves before asking for silence again.
Steven Brody: Now, I’m not going to take up much of your time, as I never like to do. You all came to see some wrestling, not listen to me ramble on and on.
He cracks a sly little smirk.
Steven Brody: I have a couple of announcements to make. First, I’d like to inform everyone wondering about it: next week, Luthor Callaway will be reinstated to his General Manager duties next week.
Another pop from the crowd.
Steven Brody: Secondly, I want to thank everyone in the locker room for fighting your hearts out to keep this company alive. Win or lose, you all are some of the hardest fighting men and women I have ever seen. I think that should be recognized! This isn’t the first Invasion event we’ve had. We have a little sense of tradition I’d like to keep. So! Over the next several weeks, as my last order of business for Collision - and yes, I’ve talked to Luthor, he knows what’s going on - there’s going to be a series of matches. One of those matches will be…Salacious Intent versus the Last of the Valkyries. The winner of that match will go onto Ascension III on April 26th, to challenge for the NFW Tag Team Championships.
Another pop from the crowd.
Nick Hanson: Hey now, how about that!!!!!
Jim Reynolds: That’s what I’m talking about!! Effort should be rewarded, Nicky! Especially to a group of sexy a—
Nick Hanson: I’m gonna stop you right there.
Brody lets the crowd quiet down again before he continues.
Steven Brody: Another match we’re going to have… Actually a series of matches. Call it a short little tournament, even. A pair of matches followed by a finals match. The names involved will be Ryan Peters…Jansen Myrrh…Johnny Towers…and Damon Cross. The winner at the end will go on to Ascension III to challenge, alongside Danni Anderson, for the NFW World Heavyweight Championship.
The crowd pops again, as Brody nods with that same little smirk on his face. He makes a little display of raising his hand up and motioning that he’s got another piece of news.
Steven Brody: Also! Also…there’s going to be a fatal fiveway. Inarra Black…Alastair Frost…Rei Park…Sylvia Lopez…and Katelin Descarrilado will compete for the opportunity to challenge for the Mariana’s Trench Championship on June 28th at Reckoning Day IV!!
Nick Hanson: What a match that one’s gonna be!
Jim Reynolds: I like this so far! What else is he gonna announce? What’s with that table?
Steven Brody: Now, then! Finally, to my main point. We had one hell of a war against Zion. They brought the fight. They backed us into a corner. Things looked bleak for New Frontier Wrestling. However, not once did Team NFW show any signs of backing down. They never offered surrender. They stared possible defeat in the face and they refused to go down even when it looked absolutely hopeless. So I want to ask the Collision members of Team NFW for Ultimate Battleground to come on out here, right now. Cass Baumer, Dona Rotten and Morgan Payne! Come on down here!
Brody waves his arm from the stage to the ring, inviting the three individuals down.
As the vocals of Queens Of The Stone Age burst through the Vlad Blackheart Colosseum speakers, the crowd stands to their feet when a Collision red spotlight beams down at the entryway. The camera cuts to the whirling, descending live stream of a camera drone slowly moving down to gradually reveal Cass Baumer with a small controller in her hands. The old-school brawler struts down the aisle in a red leather jacket over her ring gear until she nears the center of the clearing. She spins and steps backward, spreading her arms with the remote still in her grasp to unashamedly show off the glossy “Pākehā Warrior” emblem at the back of her distressed coat.
Nick Hanson: And here comes the very outspoken Pākehā Warrior! She’s looking rather serious tonight, doesn’t she?
Jim Reynolds: It seems ever since Morgan Payne gave her that pep talk at INVASION Night Two, she’s taken things much more seriously. She wants to be here, Nick. And she’s proved it time and time again.
"Smooth Sailing" continues while Baumer's lips form a triumphant smirk, her head turned to the side 'til she leisurely twirls back when she nears the apron. She stops at the steel steps to survey the crowd with a smile. The drone camera catches it all as she grabs a microphone from an official, then slides into the ring. The palpable cheers grow in intensity as she bounces back to her feet and mounts the ropes, raising the microphone with pride as she answers the visceral reaction of the crowd with a guttural shout of her own! The camera cuts back to a normal camera operator while the drone buzzes around her while she’s on the ropes. Then, she dismounts and looks back at Mr. Brody with concern as if she’s in trouble at the principal’s office.
"Bulletproof by Godsmack" hits the PA getting a cheer from the Chicago crowd. As the music plays on, Dona walks out onto the ramp, donning a pair of greasy jeans, a white tank top, and a leather jacket. The Scream Queen nods in rhythm to the music, just taking a moment to soak in the atmosphere, before making her way down the ramp. She takes time to banter with the fans a bit, dulling out the occasional high five as her trek down the ramp continues. Once at the bottom of the ramp, Dona tilts her head back, and fires a fine green most skyward. Dona wipes a small patch of green, from the corner of her mouth, smirks, and rolls into the ring, to join her teammates.
Nick Hanson: Dona Rotten put her career on the line against Katelin Descarrilado in an exploding deathmatch to end the year, 2021. She started this year off on a hot streak and the last time she laced up the boots before Invasion, she pinned the World Heavyweight Champion.
Jim Reynolds: I won’t beat a dead horse on how that matter came around, Nicky but I can agree Dona’s a tough bitch.
Nick Hanson: If I had to guess why Morgan Payne picked her for Team NFW, I think we just need to look at her track record. The woman’s a fighter and she might be one of, if not the toughest in the company.
Jim Reynolds: No argument there.
A moment later, the speakers come back to life with the Amity Affliction’s “Pittsburgh” with the all too familiar “Behold The Kingdom” banner filling the tron screen. As the crowd reacts accordingly, Morgan Payne comes walking through the curtain in her Timbs, black jeans, “Dal Primo Giorno” t-shirt and a black knit skullcap over her braided hair. The hints of bandaging on her forehead can be seen peeking out from underneath from being busted open inside the cage last week. She’s still sporting some bruises that are fading yet still visible. She pauses on the stage for a moment to take in the crowd with a simple sweep of her gaze before descending the steps to the walkway and coming down the aisle.
Nick Hanson: Here comes a woman who has breathed and bled NFW from the day she left the indies. She doubted herself throughout her career but she’s scraped and clawed her way to get where she is now.
Jim Reynolds: Look at her shirt, Nick. You speak Italian?
Nick Hanson: No and neither do you.
Jim Reynolds: You’re right but I can tell you what that means.
Nick Hanson: “Since Day One.” I know what it means, Jim. It’s a motto she’s taken to going by since last year. Not a false claim either.
Morgan reaches the ring and walks up the steps, entering between the top and middle rope to come stand by Cass and Dona. There’s a short pause before she bumps fists with her two teammates and shakes the hand of the CEO.
Steven Brody: Thank you for coming out here, ladies. Cass, you can relax. You’re not here for a lecture.
Some of the crowd laugh while Brody just gives a little shrug, almost as if he understands the woman’s newfound apprehension around him. Cass does try to relax, though she still seems a bit on edge.
Steven Brody: Listen, the three of you, and your teammates over on Trauma, you absolutely killed it last week. As I said before, you stood firm when it looked like all hope might have been lost and you fought your hearts out. You put your careers and bodies on the line. You got knocked down and stood right back up. So, as per tradition with Invasion, you’ve all earned some proper recognition. I know Ms. Santiago has similar plans for her people on Saturday but tonight, it’s my pleasure to award the Collision side accordingly.
Brody reaches over to the table and pulls back the red cloth covering the surface. Revealed, underneath, are three different colored folders. Unique looking designs with a metallic sheen to the cardboard texture. Bronze. Silver. Gold.
Steven Brody: Cass Baumer. Come here.
Cass steps forward, apprehensively. Brody looks at her intently as he continues speaking.
Steven Brody: Cass. You showed your loyalty to this company from the moment before the war even became official. Even when behind enemy lines, you continued to rally in support of New Frontier Wrestling. Even when you found yourself sidelined for almost a month, you never gave up. You never backed down. You never quit. You showed toughness. You showed grit. You showed perseverance. So…
Brody reaches and picks up the bronze folder and presents it to The Headliner.
Steven Brody: After the Perseverance Championship match at Ascension III, the multi-competitor rules will return to that title. However, for everything you’ve done for this company, for the physical and mental sacrifices you’ve endured, this right here…is your contract, your guaranteed entry, into a Perseverance Championship match at Reckoning Day IV.
Cass looks genuinely surprised, her blue-green eyes wide towards Brody, then down at what he’s holding. Then, she reaches out to take the folder with a firm nod of approval.
Steven Brody: Dona Rotten, would you step up, please?
As Dona approaches, Brody rests his hand close to the silver folder.
Steven Brody: Dona, you’ve been with us for a long time. You’ve had some tough battles and win or lose, you always gave it your all. Last year, at Invasion, when Trauma stormed the gates, you went so far as to stand out as the sentry of Collision. A position that put you at physical odds with your own flesh and blood. Then, again, this year, you continued to stand with us when family chose the other side. I can’t thank you enough with words alone because you deserve more than a simple thank you. So, as a token of New Frontier Wrestling’s gratitude, I’d like to present you with this.
He picks up the silver folder and hands it to Dona.
Steven Brody: This is your contract into the match at Ascension III…for the NFW World Heavyweight Championship. Now, most individuals might look at the situation as a tough obstacle, but I know you’re all about grit. You’re a Shieldmaiden. You like to fight. So, I want you to do what you do best and fight your heart out. Only this time, you get to fight the winner of the tournament, Danni Anderson, and Tren Descarrilado..and you get to fight for the biggest prize here. Because you’ve earned it.
Dona raises an eyebrow, and eyes Brody up and down, to make sure he was serious. She goes suddenly from apprehensive, to looking like the cat that swallowed the canary. She reaches out to take the contract, but pulls back. She throws a thumbs up, and yells "OK USA!" before winking, and taking the contract.
Finally, Brody’s attention goes to Morgan Payne.
Steven Brody: Morgan Payne. What can be said that hasn’t been said already? It says it right there on your shirt. You’ve been here since the day NFW relaunched four years ago. People have come and gone. They’ve made the jump to Trauma, they’ve come back over, but not you. I’d go so far as to say you’ve been a mainstay on Collision through thick and thin. The first thing you did after it was announced you were home from rehab, you called me directly and said “hey, Mr. Brody. When can I come back to work? I want to get back inside the ring.” You were ready to come back to your second home. So, I knew when it was decided to hold Ultimate Battleground again, to have someone represent this company and lead the team into the biggest battle we’ve ever fought, I knew I needed someone who knew what was at stake. I needed you. We needed you. NFW needed you. The goddaughter of Vlad Blackheart.
Steven Brody pauses and stares directly at Morgan Payne.
Steven Brody: You lead the team that helped save this company, Morgan. I can’t think of any other way to put it. So, for that, as the captain of Team NFW in Ultimate Battleground, as we’ve always done before…
He picks up the gold folder and presents it to her.
Steven Brody: I present to you, the Wildcard contract. A guaranteed shot for the NFW World Heavyweight Championship. Anytime. Anywhere. For the next year.
Morgan stands with her hardened expression beginning to soften as he starts speaking about her commitment and history in NFW. As he picks up the folder and announces what it is, her eyebrows raise and we can see the genuine surprise, even disbelief on her face. She gazes down at the folder, reaching out to take it from him. When she looks up again, she has a satisfied, confident smile on her face. She holds the folder up high over her head, grinning big with a devious gleam now noticeable in her mismatching eyes.
Brody nods, looking across at each of the contract recipients. Handshakes go out before he turns to the audience and brings up his microphone again.
Steven Brody: Let’s hear it for them, ladies and gentlemen!!
He opens his arms, prompting the crowd to let out a roar of approval before he leads the way for the three out of the ring and up towards the stage as the shot cuts away.

We see a broadcasted shot of the Syndicate at their office back in Atlantic City, as Viola is seated at her desk, flanked by Camila who is puffing on her cigar, and Isabella who is counting from a stack of money they had extorted from a local business, as she spoke to her.Viola Mancini: "There's a bit of a stigma that the sanitation departments are connected with Cosa Nostra, which cannot be confirmed or denied. However, we can confirm that the trash has been taken out on Collision. Getting rid of Brea has relieved ourselves of a long overdue payment that should have been made. Now that it's behind us, we can collect what else is owed to us."
Viola said in a demanding tone, as Isabella would add onto her statement.
Isabella Terrano: "We've all been neglected from our proper title opportunities. Camila and I should be holding the tag titles right now!"
Camila Morricone: "It's anti-Italian discrimination!"
Camila added, as Isabella nodded, approving of that statement, while Viola would lean in for some intensity.
Viola Mancini: "We've been neglected on the sidelines for too long. It's our time for glory, and we're going to take it by whatever means necessary."
Viola said, as she leaned back, while the feed would begin to cut off, and return to the regular programming.

Match #2/Singles
Jessi Ozborne vs. Etsuko Mitzusaka
~DING DING DING~
Jessi Ozborne sheepishly smiles as she extends her hand towards Etsuko Mitzusaka as a show of respect. It’s the same gesture that River Chance offered Jessi two weeks ago. Except this time, the Red Oni pulls her opponent in for a hug instead! With Kai Morgan kidnapped by the Chaos Circus, she needed this right now. Except, it’s not a hug! Unfortunately for the Soul Punk, it’s revealed to be a belly-to-belly suplex that slams the blonde rookie into the mat! Pet cheers on her client from the Harem corner, excitedly watching as Mitzusaka mounts her near-defenseless opponent. Raining down bunches of punches, it takes a little while for Jessi to raise her arms to block from the shock of Etsuko’s surprising speed. Faint bruising has already started to form around the underdog’s right eye when she slips out from underneath and climbs back to an upright position as quickly as she can. When Jessi’s up, she rushes at Etsuko, turned in the other direction, and stomps her head down mid-run. With momentum behind her, Etsuko’s glare immediately gets single leg high kneed when Jessi bounces back off the ropes in one fluid motion. Jessi’s on her back now from her own impact, rolling to her stomach to smack the mat to get the crowd to their feet! Stomps and claps follow the pattern of her beats, willing Ozborne back to the corner where she taunts Etsuko to get up! Mitzusaka slowly does, except Pet hops on the apron to shout a one-word warning to her presumed lover.
Pet: Spear!
Etsuko dodges Jessi’s tackle with the help of her manager, then release German suplexes her opponent to a chorus of boos! Ozborne flops to the ground, grunting in pain as she crawls to a corner to rest against a turnbuckle. The face-painted outlaw rushes forward to hit a sliding dropkick straight towards the bruise around Jessi’s eye, worsening the contusion! Ozborne crumples to the side as Etsuko taunts in time with Pet, soaking in boos from the ruckus Collision crowd.
After that brief lull, the veteran between the two violently tugs Jessi to her feet. With one captured arm, Etsuko forces Ozborne’s head down into a front facelock. Etsuko reaches down between her opponent’s legs and starts to hoist the fan-favorite into the air, but Jessi struggles against the Mitzusaka Driver lift by squirming. Etsuko fights back with superior strength, eventually lifting the smaller opponent over her head with a shout! Upside down, Jessi shows a mean streak when she starts to hammer the top of Etsuko’s skull with high knees as hard as she can until she gingerly falls out of the grip onto the apron. Dropping to her knee, she climbs back to her feet and tries for the springboard when Pet grabs her ankle! Stumbling, Jessi falls off the top rope to ringside with a sickening thump. On the apron, Pet looks proud as she dismounts and heads back to her space while Etsuko climbs to the outside.
As Jessi writhes on the ground in pain, the frightening Red Oni Queen slowly approaches with menace in her vacant eyes. Grabbing both of Jessi’s wrists, Ozborne screams aloud for her opponent to stop before Etsuko jumps. Her feet smash down on the fan favorite’s face, its ruthless impact heard from the cheap seats! It’s the Mitzusaka Bunny Hop finisher! Scooping the athlete up like she’s a toddler, Etsuko fireman carries Jessi back to the ring and rolls her underneath the ropes. Pet looks pleased, raining down praise on the demon while the audience is much less charitable. Now, Mitzusaka climbs into the ring too, drops down, and hooks a leg.
ONE!
TWO!
TWO!
Kickout! To everyone’s surprise (including Etsuko, Pet, and Jessi Ozborne herself), this match is not over! In desperation, Etsuko grabs one wrist, then two. Instead of jumping, though, she starts to stomp Jessi’s head in with cruel intentions! Jessi has to pull herself into a crunch as quick as she can, and bite the wicked masochist’s fingers — hard! When Etsuko coils back in pain, Jessi staggers to her feet and spits the blood she drew from Mitzusaka’s finger. She looks disgusted, though! She tries to shake it off, but there’s no time! Etsuko rushes at her! On adrenaline, Jessi counters with Happily Ever After (spinning back suplex)! Then, she lurches herself towards the turnbuckle, strains as she climbs to the top, and hits The End (moonsault double foot stomp)! Then, crawling on top of her opponent, she hooks the leg for the pain.

We cut backstage as we see Ronnie “Wicked” Lester swiftly making his way towards the locker room as from the inside, we hear crashes and banging along with blood curdling screams which are quite clearly coming from Sylvia Lopez. Lester immediately opens the door to find the locker room looking like a bomb site with chairs, tables and various other things strewn all over the place and several dents in the lockers and even the walls as Sylvia Lopez stands in the middle of the wreckage breathing heavily and angrily.Ronnie Lester: Timber? What’s got your charcoal burnin’?
The Bellevue Banshee swiftly turns her attention to Lester as she begins to pull at her hair.
Sylvia Lopez: Sylvia’s opponent doesn’t want to play! Sylvia’s opponent just wants to “get it over with”! This bores Sylvia! Sylvia wants to play! Sylvia wants to play!!! SYLVIA WANTS TO PLAY!!!
Ronnie takes in the sight before him and nods slowly.
Ronnie Lester: Well course she don’t wanna play y’all’s game, Timber, she’d lose and she knows it. If she has to play Timber’s Rules…
He pauses and shrugs.
Ronnie Lester: What happens to people who play by Timber’s Rules?
Sylvia Lopez: Sylvia has fun! And her playthings suffer and lose! That’s what happens!
Lopez begins to giggle as she bounces up and down on the spot and claps her hands. Ronnie nods again, smiling back at his tag team partner.
Ronnie Lester: So now what happens when she don’t wanna play?
The Bellevue Banshee’s smile fades and is replaced with a snarl as she begins to pull at her hair again.
Sylvia Lopez: Sylvia will make her play! Sylvia will make her play!!! SYLVIA WILL MAKE HER PLAY!!!
Ronnie walks over to her and nods.
Ronnie Lester: Now we’ll see if we can temper Timber’s jets a little so she’s got that fire goin’ good when it’s playtime!
Lopez looks up to the man she considers a brother and she nods.
Sylvia Lopez: Temper Sylvia’s jets! Save the fire for later! Descarrilado will play with Sylvia! Whether she likes it or not!
Ronnie Lester: That’s the ticket, Timber. Then y’all go in hot and burn the place down if ya feel like it!
The Bellevue Banshee smiles wide and nods her head vigorously as Lester turns around, offering his back to her and Lopez jumps onto his back and he gives her a piggyback ride out of the locker room as we cut elsewhere.

We head back to the arena where Griffin Hawkins is already in the ring, sitting uptop the ladder as tables and chairs are at the bottom. He waits for his music to end before he begins to speak on the mic.Griffin Hawkins: Ladies and gentlemen....welcome back to NFW Collision!
The crowd begins to cheer.
Griffin Hawkins: Home of The Jukebox Hero...Griffin Hawkins! As you can see....NFW is STILL standing. At Invasion, NFW's best fought their hearts out just so you all can be here tonight! Everyone from top to bottom worked to keep this place going! But...not all of us wanted this company to succeed. One of them being your Perseverance Champion...Hayley Halsey…
The crowd's cheers suddenly turn to boos.
Griffin Hawkins: You'd think that she'd want NFW to prosper because this is the company that gave her abilities...but that's not the case at all. She wanted this company to go under. Why? Because of me. She has tried everything humanly possible to avoid giving me a rematch for that title. She tried sending her boyfriend after me...she tried sending her bodyguard after me....she tried putting a bounty on me..she even tried to go over Steven Brody's head by going to the courtroom to try to have my win over Curtis Hughes reversed just so she can pick her stipulation in our match....only thing is she didn't count on the fact that my Father in Law is a judge who threw her case out. So with no other option left..she wanted NFW to lose at Invasion just so she can weasel out of defending her title. Imagine being so self centered and narcissistic that you hope for a company's downfall..a company that so many men and women left their families to perfect their craft in this very ring...all so you can avoid fighting someone for your title. And to no surprise..Hayley doesn't even got the balls to show up here tonight.
They boo some more.
Griffin Hawkins: She realizes she's a pariah in that locker room, and in an attempt to avoid any backlash for her comments...she does what she always does and runs away. But I will say this.....on April 26th..Ascension III....there will be nowhere for you to run or hide. Because like it or not, you and me are gonna fight in a TLC Match. See, this match doesn't cater to Hayley's strengths. She can't pin me, she can't make me submit, and she sure as hell won't be able to hide behind a third combatant as they do most of the grunt work while she swoops in and picks the bones like a vulture. These sideshow apparitions that you see below me will be worn as a medal on my chest..signifying the honored guard as they accompany me on my road to be the first ever two time Perseverance Champion.
He looks down at the camera man.
Griffin Hawkins: Hayley...I know you're watching from home...or whatever rock you're hiding under because you're afraid to answer for your actions. So I want you to listen to me and listen good. Your time...is coming. You got no one left to hide behind. Nothing is going to stop me from taking back my title. Not your steroid junkie of a bodyguard, not your balless simp that you call a boyfriend...nobody. I will put you through a table if I have to. I will bash your skull in with a chair if I have to. I will throw you off this ladder if I have to....I will walk through hell....if it means leaving with that Perseverance Title. So enjoy yourself..have a good night. Because I'm coming to take back what's mine...and you can bank on that...bitch.
He drops the mic and leaves the ring as "Separate Ways" plays.

The view crossfades to a darkened locker room, occupied by The Devil In The Details, Katelin Descarrilado. However, instead of the quiet confidence she's usually seen with, Katelin stares off towards nothing. That confidence has seemingly been shattered. Mrs. Descarrilado takes a deep breath, but the locker room remains eerily quiet as Katelin continues staring at the wall in front of her.Katelin Descarrilado: "Save for my marriage, everything is falling apart around me. XIX and my ascension therein is on a break. I've lost the last four major matches I have participated in. The only things I can win, seemingly, are on television. That's how I won the Genesis title. But that was last year now. Now, for the first time since I got to NFW, then or now... I don't know what to do."
Descarrilado slowly shakes her head no, quietly popping her lips before continuing her diatribe.
Katelin Descarrilado: "I could just accept that my window closed when Ricky Rodriguez eliminated me in the Infinity Battle Royal. That perhaps my being a world champion really wasn't meant to be. That I'm just a manager playing wrestler after all. But that doesn't feel fair."
Again, Katelin shakes her head no, though not nearly as slowly as before. She raises her eyebrows a bit, in a fairly rare showing of emotion. She even holds a hand out to emphasize a comparison.
Katelin Descarrilado: "Others made the jump from manager to wrestler with ease. They didn't get criticized for it. Some of them didn't even take the proper steps to make the transition in the first place. They've won more than one championship for it, too. And they didn't even have to use any nefarious means to do so. They did so legitimately."
Katelin holds her other hand out, completing the comparison.
Katelin Descarrilado: "On the other hand, I've done everything right. And nothing's paid off since before Cruel Summer. I lost at Cruel Summer... then I lost at WrestleWar... I lost at Zion's Madness... and I lost at Invasion..."
Descarrilado purses her lips and pinches beside her eyes with an exhale. Failing to hide the frustration that she usually hides very well.
Katelin Descarrilado: "I'm... just at such a loss that I don't know what to do or say. I'd rather not even be here tonight. But here we are, doomed to eight more weeks of meaningless drivel where I likely win every match of mine on Collision, only to choke away my fifth straight supershow in what's likely to be a match that also means nothing long-term."
Katelin looks back to the wall, though down before closing her eyes and taking a breath. She exhales before looking to the camera.
Katelin Descarrilado: "Sylvia Lopez, just be quick about it."
Descarrilado rises from her chair as she leaves the locker room and the view crossfades back to the ring.

The show switches backstage with a tight shot of a pair of Timberland boots. Slowly, the camera pans upwards and zooms out to reveal the Second City Riot Squad of Leah Aguero, Layla Diaz and Jed Coffey dressed and ready to go against the Cornbread Mafia later this evening.Leah Aguero: To say we’re pissed off is an understatement. We wanted nothing to do with your little war with Zion Wrestling but we got dragged into it. We accepted the terms because it meant we got a crack at revenge against La Sirvientas de Yum Kumil. I’ll give it to you all. You pulled one out and you did it by any means necessary. I don’t need to like it, though. Lady Death, you hit me with that war club and knocked me out cold. That only enrages me even more. You three took off back over to Trauma and now we got to sit back and wait for a little retribution.
Leah looks over at Diaz.
Leah Aguero: Diaz, you pissed off?
Layla Diaz: Fa sho. I’ma tinkin dat we ready ta take out sum a dem frustrations lata tanite.
Leah Aguero: I’m thinking you’re right. Tonight, we return back to the tag division and continue our path back to those tag team titles. The First Class Bitches were only the start. Tonight, we line up the next opposition in the Cornbread Mafia. Shawn and Cameron Worley, I see you like to fancy yourselves a bit of brawlers. You like to throw the rules out the window all for the sake of a bit of fun.Tonight will not be fun, well… maybe for Diaz and I. We will climb the tag team division back towards those tag team titles that belong around our waists and all paths go through you.
Layla Diaz: Yous gawd damn right we fixin ta plow right tru dem so we can get dem straps back. First Class Bitches, Cornbread Mafia, dem Valkyrie bishes, all da way up ta Gallus Mag. We be comin fa yous. An we be comin hard. Yous knows wut it all bout tanite. Knees an Cuttahs all muthafuken nite.
Leah just stares at Diaz for a moment in silence.
Leah Aguero: You really need to say that EVERY time?
Layla Diaz: Like yous ain’t out her sneakin in dem “by any means necessary” lines o dat “Inevitable” crap. I’ma jus keepin it realz.
Leah Aguero: Cornbread Mafia, gear up because the Second City Riot Squad is ready to bring it…
One more glance over to Diaz with a smirk before looking back at the camera.
Leah Aguero: ...by any means necessary.
Layla Diaz: Ah snap. She said dat ting.
Leah Aguero: Let's get the hell up out of here.
The Second City Riot Squad disperse as the show goes back to the ring.

As the crowd begins to settle in, Unleashed by Epica begins playing, much to the confusion of the fans, they begin to talk amongst themselves in semi hushed tones, attempting to figure out who this was. Their answers come quickly though, as a focused looking River Chance makes her way from behind the entrance curtain.Nick Hanson: I recognize the face, but that music is new.
Jim Reynolds: Haven't you seen, Nick? River is a new woman, and a much better one at that. Personally, I think the song fits.
Without fanfare, River starts her slow methodical walk down towards the ring, her eyes locked onto the ring in front of her. Once she finally gets to the bottom, and makes her way into the ring, she requests a mic, a stage hand hands her one, to which she simply nods towards him. River exhales sharply, and raises the mic to her lips.
River Chance: For a good while now, I have had people attempt to inform me. The Kingdom is evil, and care only for their own. I see, the people partially responsible, for your even being in attendance, for the roster having jobs are evil, are thereabouts? Jealous, peasants, I think not.
The crowd isn't sure what to think, it hastily falls silent, but a chorus of boos slowly begin to fill the soundless void in attendance. River snears, her focus shifting to various parts of the crowd.
River Chance: By all means, jear. I have seen what makes you applaud, and I am not impressed. The fact remains you should all be on your knees right now, thanking them. Lil, most of all. Had her, and Chrissy not done what they had, where would you be? Hmm?
Nick Hanson: While I agree, Kingdom members played a huge part in us taking Invasion, this is just uncalled for.
Jim Reynolds: She's tired of the disrespect, Nick. She's heard the murmurs, and she's not having it. Girl is growing a backbone, good on her!
River Chance: What, because we manage to maintain multiple lovers, while people such as Crystal Zdunich can barely satisfy a single one, that makes us evil. Does it now? Your jealousy is sad, and duly noted. It is a failed attempt to remain relevant, on your part. But I care not anymore. Upon joining The Kingdom, people would often ask me. River, are you in danger? Verily, danger of having any need, or desire I could ever have met, and having only to reciprocate in return, what hell. We look after one another, as equals, if one needs something, we make sure they get it. If one is unable, we get as many of us as it takes, to make it a reality. I pity you, for viewing that as anywhere near evil. One last thing, before I leave you to your inadequacies Behold the King....
“Smile Bomb” plays loudly across the speakers and that is when Crystal Zdunich could be seen walking down to the ring in a Todoroki half hot, half cold hooded sweat shirt. She has a microphone in her hands and shakes her head as she quickly enters the ring.
Crystal Zdunich: Now time out! I get it you wish to run your mouth and honestly you have a right to say whatever you wish to say. However your biggest mistake is when you decided to mutter my name out of your mouth. You also want to throw out insults as if I can’t satisfy the people that love me but that is so far from the truth. I love my Seleana… I love my Alexandira…
Crystal gets into River’s face as the crowd is behind her.
Crystal Zdunich: I am sick and tired of people trying to talk me down and the people I love. We all love one another and if we didn’t we wouldn’t have had our special ceremony to showcase that love. I will admit that a few months ago I was honestly a lost individual. I kept thinking that I would never be good enough. I only saw the depressed alcoholic that would try to drown out her depression with another drink. I saw the woman who fell into so many different addictions that I could write a book on it. The biggest drug being that of selfishness but I refuse to have people hold it against me anymore. I refuse to stay in that dark place and to have people like you constantly talk me down so I don’t bring myself up from it.
Crystal smiles warmly.
Crystal Zdunich: The truth is and you can read my lips. I…AM…NOT…THAT….WOMAN…ANYMORE! That’s not me and I don’t need your approval or the acceptance from anybody in the locker room. As long as my family supports me, my wives, and of course the fans, that’s all I ever needed. So let that sink in. Let it sink in that this little Nerdy Gaming Girl Actress is about to unlock a special achievement. This is when my Gamerscore skyrockets and a special trophy unlock flashes across the screen.
Crystal looks at the crowd as she looks right back at River.
Crystal Zdunich: It says… Don’t talk down Crystal or her family.
With that Crystal gets in River’s face. River smiles back, taking her time to size up the woman standing in front of her. She lets her gaze linger a moment, and brings the mic up to her lips.
River Chance: You have said many words just now. Perhaps a quarter of which were understood. I do not doubt that you love Selena, or Alexandria. That was not what I implied at all.
River raises an eyebrow, and leans in placing her mouth next to Crystal's ear, she pauses a moment, and sighs, before speaking.
River Chance: I simply said, you were not good at it. I realize that it is a difficult subject to grasp. However, if you keep practicing, you will get better. The question, though, is this. Will it ever compare to us? Well, there are always your dreams, I suppose. Now, if you are quite through, I will be on my way. I have more pressing issues, this interaction, it simply is not worth the time.
River backs away, keeping her eyes on Crystal the entire time. Waiting to see how she'd respond to what she'd just told her. The crowd didn't seem to care for her words, and she doubted Crystal would either. Crystal thought about it for a brief moment but her instincts took over as she quickly took a step forward and slapped the bigger woman right across the face.
Crystal Zdunich: I…. We don’t compare ourselves to anybody else! We are happy with how we live our lives!
The crowd actually cheers loudly at this motion. Crystal however stares at her hand as it dawns on her that her natural instinct may have gotten her in trouble as she had struck the much bigger woman. River drops her mic, her jaw clinches, and eyes begin to narrow. The big woman licks her lips, and moves towards Crystal, shaking her head, as if to say that was a bad move. River hastily grabs Crystal by the neck, and lifts her into the air, she begins to speak but the camera can't quite pick up what's said. Before too much damage can be done though, security swarms the ring and somehow manage to pull the women apart. River fights them, managing to floor a couple, but in the end she calms herself down, and points at Crystal. "I challenge you, accept at your own risk!" Crystal holds her neck as she sits on the floor back against the ropes. She breathes heavily keeping her eyes locked on River. She nod’s her head. “You want a fight you got it…”

"Heaven Don't Want Me (And Hell is Afraid I'll Take Over" hits the speakers, and the World Heavyweight Champion makes his way onto the stage in a pair of faded black jeans, black motorcycle boots, a 'Champion of Champions' t-shirt and a leather jacket. He grins, the title over his shoulder as me makes his way to the ring, ascending the stairs and stepping through the ropes. He makes his way over to a tech, asking for a microphone.Tren Descarrilado: "What's up motherfuckers?!"
The crowd cheers, fully behind the champion after his performance at Invasion. A chant starts up, and Descarrilado smirks.
Crowd: "BRO-KEN BARBIE!!! BRO-KEN BARBIE!!!"
The Man Who Feels No Pain grins, laughing as the crowd continues for a few minutes before he raises his arms, and the crowd goes silent.
Tren Descarrilado: "Yeah you goddamn right, NFW Universe. I broke that bitch, despite her and her entourage tryin' to gang up on the Champ. Breakin' bottles over my head, kickin me in the nuts, hittin me with chairs, and what did it get her? A one way ticket on the motherfucking BULLET TRAIN TO HELL ending in a three count!"
Tren raises the NFW World Heavyweight Championship over his head as the crowd roars it's approval. He lets it go for a few moments before beginning to speak again.
Tren Descarrilado: "But enough about fucking Invasion. Now we're looking forward. Got a new number one contender. But I'm tired of waiting around. Champ wants to fight. I wanna put the strap on the line, and I got the perfect opponent in mind."
Descarrilado throws the title over his shoulder as the crowd chants. Even commentary is baffled, speechless at the champs announcement.
Tren Descarrilado: "That opponent? Muscles on muscles. A pure specimen of athleticism, power, and brains. Before Ursula Von Rossbach joined us after Invasion, she was, guaranteed, the strongest woman on the roster. The World Heavyweight Champion train is making it's next stop in… UTOPIA. That's right motherfuckers!"
The champion points to the stage.
Tren Descarrilado: "Isis, the Utopian Female! If you accept my challenge, if you wanna square the fuck up and take a shot at the strap? Bring your ass out here, stand in this ring face to face with me, and say so!"
The fans wait with anticipation to see whether or not ISIS will accept the challenge of the World Champion. “Bad” by Royal Deluxe plays. The Amazonian Goddess steps out on the stage already with a microphone in hand. Isis is wearing denim blue jeans, black boots and a sleeveless black t-shirt. Reaching the ring she walks up the ring steps. She takes a moment to look at Tren. He walks over to ropes. Being a gentleman he sits down on the middle rope so she can enter the ring. She nods at him before she enters the ring. Tren goes back to where he was standing before. Isis joins him. Her music stops. She doesn’t say anything initially. The crowd is soaking in this moment between two physical marvels.
ISIS: “And here I thought the World Heavyweight Champion had no idea who I was. Color me surprised.”
ISIS half smirks.
ISIS: “Not gonna lie, I’ve had my eye on you for a while. Back when I was on Trauma I thought, who in this company is capable of giving me the fight that I am looking for. You are one of the names on that list. You don’t need me to vouch to the world how great you are. We’ve seen what you’ve accomplished. Beating Damon. Accepting any and all challenges. Being able to fight through everything an opponent tosses your way. Never imagined we would be standing across the ring from each other. Even when I was drafted to Collison, my focus was on me and Jenn gunning for the tag team titles. I’m a little surprised you chose me. Not surprised you want a fight. You’re always ready to go. Against me? Felt ignored lately. I am honored you would think enough to challenge me to a fight. To put the World Championship on the line? Only an insane person would turn down an opportunity of a lifetime.
ISIS looks at the NFW World Heavyweight Championship with admiration in her eyes for a couple seconds. Then she looks at Tren.
ISIS: “Damn right I accept, Tren!”
The crowd goes crazy.
ISIS: “The only thing I am going to promise, Tren. I am going to prove you right by choosing me. We both know there are a bunch of temperamental people in the back who are gonna whine that I am getting this opportunity. I don’t care about them, they can kick rocks far as I’m concerned. You and I are going to show everyone what a true battle of the titans looks like.”
ISIS extends her hand to Tren waiting for him to accept the handshake. The Champion reaches out, gripping ISIS hand in his and giving it a firm shake before raising her hand over their heads.
Tren Descarrilado: :"God damn right we are. I don't give a fuck what anyone in the back has to say. Brody approved me picking an opponent. I chose someone I thought deserved the shot. They got problems, they can deal with the boss. Next week, ISIS. You. Me. Main motherfucking event for the World Heavyweight Championship. We're gonna blow the roof off this motherfucker and prove that NFW is the best goddamn promotion on the planet. No need to talk shit. I chose you because I respect you. Let's have a good fucking match, yo."
The crowd cheers, the chants alternating between "Let's Go Isis" and "Let's Go Tren" as the Man Who Feels No Pain walks the challenger to the ropes, sitting down to help her exit as the broadcast continues while Tren's music plays.

Main Event/Singles
Danni Anderson vs. Jonna Austin
Before Danni Anderson and Jonna Austin made their entrances to the ring, the haunting cries of cetaceans filled the arena as Mariana’s Trench Champion Milisandre Crowthorne came out to the ring, title over her shoulder. She stood by ringside, away from the commentary table, watching the ring as Anderson and Austin entered the ring; each of them taking a moment to acknowledge that she was at ringside. Neither of them looked too happy but Milisandre stood there with a stoic expression on her face.
~DING DING DING~
Anderson and Austin circled up on the mat and locked up, collar and elbow. Jockeying for position, Austin pushed down on Anderson with her strength advantage but the smaller Sweetheart Esper twisted out of the lockup with an arm wringer. Austin overpowered her into a counter wristlock. Anderson rolled forward on the mat, popping up and twisted Austin’s arm around again. Austin powered out of it and slipped behind Anderson into a rear waistlock, looking for a German Suplex that saw Anderson land on her feet. Danni rushed at Jonna but the Gamer Punk dropped down, prompting Danni to hop over and hit the ropes. Austin popped up and went for a back body drop but Anderson hit a leap frog over her. She came back for a dropkick but Austin sidestepped, making her fall flat on the mat and went for a jumping knee drop. Danni rolled out of harm’s way, popped up and ran in with a dropkick to her kneeling opponent. She came up again and hit a Standing Moonsault, hooking the leg for a cover.

Kickout from Jonna Austin! Danni picked Jonna up and started looking for her next bit of offense. She started hitting Jonna with rabbit punches to the back of the neck, followed by a European Uppercut before coming off the ropes but Jonna bent back, hitting the Matrix evasion then came back off the ropes, catching Danni with a Lou Thesz Press and started laying into her with punches. This got a mixed reaction from the crowd, some loving the brutality of Jonna Austin while others didn’t like seeing the sweet Sugar Plum Fairy get laid into so viciously. Austin came back up to her feet, fired up and taunted the crowd before she stopped to exchange glances with Milisandre Crowthorne at ringside. Jonna pointed and taunted a bit but Crowthorne remained stoic and motionless. Jonna went right back to Danni who had enough time to recuperate just a bit to come up and start laying into her with open palm strikes but as she came off the ropes again, Jonna snatched her up off the mat with a Sitout Spinebuster. Jonna got right up then and picked Danni up into a Gutwrench Powerbomb, stacking her up for a cover.

Kickout from Danni Anderson and she rolled out of the ring, leaning on the apron to rest while Jonna got up to her feet. The Gamer Punk wasn’t allowing any leniency in her offense and came off the ropes as Danni stepped back from the apron and hit a Suicide Dive, driving back first right into the commentary table with a sickening smack! Jonna picked Danni up back to her feet and pinged her head off of the table then the ring apron before throwing her back in under the bottom ropes. Danni rolled towards the center of the ring, holding her head and neck, prompting concern that her old injury might have been aggravated. The referee motioned for Jonna to get back into the ring and take a corner before kneeling down to check on Danni. Jonna stepped towards the ring but paused as she caught Milisandre out of the corner of her eye. She turned towards the Mariana’s Trench Champion to see the slightest hint of a smirk on her face. Jonna stepped right up to her, immediately mouthing off and shoved the woman back against the barricade, pointing at the belt to declare her reign was on borrowed time. When Jonna finally turned back towards the ring, however, Milisandre rushed forward and violently shoved her face first into the ringpost! Jonna grabbed her face and staggered back where Milisandre quickly grabbed her and hit Path of Hastur right on the ringside floor! Crowthorne pulled Austin to her feet and rolled her into the ring before picking up her title and resumed her position at ringside.
At this point, Danni Anderson confirmed she could continue the match and pulled herself up to her feet. Neither she nor the referee had seen what happened on the outside but the referee looked confused. He looked to Milisandre immediately, seeing her back in that same posture from before. Meanwhile, Danni moved to the nearest corner to Jonna and climbed to the top. She took just a moment to look down at Milisandre, having her own history with the woman. Crowthorne merely stared up at her with that empty gaze as Danni came off of the top turnbuckle, hitting Altitude Drop Heaven’s Dream (Double Rotation Moonsault), landing all of it on her opponent and hooking the leg!

Roger Arden: Here is your winner, by pinfall…DANNI…ANDERSON!!
As “Overtime” by Cash Cash came on over the PA, Milisandre Crowthorne calmly moved over to the commentary table to set her title down so she could remove her robe. She grabbed her title and slithered into the ring, eyes going right to Jonna Austin.
Nick Hanson: Aw no, come on, now. What’s she doing?
Jim Reynolds: I don’t think it’s gonna be good, Nicky!
Milisandre slowly approached Jonna, watching her like a predator on wounded prey. The referee stepped up to try and intervene but Milisandre grabbed her by the shirt and shoved her to the mat. This didn’t sit well with Danni Anderson who stepped up and spun Milisandre around to confront her. Milisandre wasn’t having it and shoved her back in the face to get her away but Danni responded promptly, stepping in for a Shotei Palm Strike. Milisandre swooped under the extended arm to get behind Danni, letting the title fall to the mat as she grabbed Danni and swiftly hit another Path of Hastur!!
Nick Hanson: Good GOD!!! Path of Hastur to Anderson!!
Jim Reynolds: Well, the Ritalin Kid shouldn’t have gotten involved!!
Nick Hanson: She was trying to keep Milisandre from going after Jonna!
Jim Reynolds: Is y’all bitches crazy?! Mind yo business lady!
Milisandre picked her title up off of the mat and stood over Danni, scowling down at her before looking over at Jonna again. The crowd began to pop as Damon Cross AND Jamie Austin came running down to the ring but as they slid under the bottom rope, the lights flickered out. With the sound of cetacean howls, the lights came back on and Milisandre was gone. The show went off the air with Damon cradling Danni while Jamie helped Jonna sit up, holding her head.
Nick Hanson: That's all the time we have for tonight! For Jim Reynolds, I'm Nick Hanson; so long, ladies and gentlemen!
